"Perfect location"
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was amazing. Room was clean and huge. I will be using this location for my next business trips to Lexington as well as for the horse races.
"Bit pricey"
The hotel was quite good but the money paid for the room I would not consider it to be of value. The hotel ran out of milk for breakfast so I walked across to a breakfast place and bought some milk from them. The hotel did compensate me for the purchase which was good but still the price for the room was too high for what you got.
The hotel was great but had a litle issues at check in they gave me a room that was not cleaned from the previous guest. then the new room didnt have a remote and the pool had no towels the towels i was given was out of big tote unfolded at the check in counter.

I took the family for an overnight stay in Lexington and found this place to be a good decision because of the location and indoor pool (the kids wanted to swim). Unfortunately, their indoor pool felt like it was left outside overnight. It was way to cold to swim in. Felt like jumping into a pool of ice! Other than the pool it was a great stay. The […] staff was courteious and kind and everything was nice and clean. If your looking for a place to stay because of wanting to swim, I would not recommend in the winter. Clean room, newer hotel. Very helpful staff. We had some car issues and needed a jump. The front desk clerk came out and helped us right away.

Nice area of town--very clean room and hotel. We were very satisfied with this room. The breakfast had hot options, if you don't mind waiting for the (singular) microwave.

Loved this hotel, friendly reception staff, GREAT room - just wish that I could have spent more time in it as I had to be up early to compete at the horse show! The ONLY hotel that I have stayed in (and I have stayed in loads whilst competing in the USA) that had PROPER tea at breakfast - Tetley!! - not just that fruit infusion or Liptons rubbish!!! Hotel common areas and room were in outstanding condition. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again.

"don't expect breakfast to be the best"
Dissapointed that weekday breakfast ended at 9AM, and the microwave used to heat the prepacked breakfast sandwiches was not operating. So much for the "hot breakfast meal." The toaster was working, Woopdeedoo!
After pulling back sheets to check for bedbugs as I always do..... I found pubic hairs all over mattress, yuck. Also found it quite hysterical that they had put an almost empty bottle of shampoo and conditioner on the sink instead of replacing them. Overall....totally unimpressed with my first experience with Fairfield inn.

Clean, friendly and delicious continental breakfast
"Great place."
This wasnt what i expected for a hotel stop on my road trip. It was very modern, very clean, everything looks new. The continental breakfast offered many different options. I wish I needed to spend 2 nights there so I could have used the pool and work out room.

The hotel was wonderful! Very comfortable and appears to be redone so everything was new. Had a microwave + refrigerators in the rooms! We loved the carpets - made the rooms/halls very cheery. Breakfast ended at 9sharp but there was extra food to take to the rooms and cook. Very nice facilities: pool/fitness rooms too.

New hotel - very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Ask for rooms to back of property - good views of horse properties from upper floors.

Check-in staff was extremely friendly and we had a nice visit overnight in this newer hotel.

Maybe because this is a nearly-new hotel this was among cleanest and most comfortable rooms and beds we've stayed in. The continental breakfast offered plenty of choices in a spacious dining area. The staff was helpful and respectful. An entirely positive experience.
