The hotel was a very good experience. We spent our last night in Vietnam in this hotel. Location is approx. 200 meters from Chó Bén Thành market area. The taxi drive to airport is only 20 min and will cost approx 140.000 dongs. Our luxury room was spacious and in good condition. The service in the reception is amazing. They even speak fairly good english. I would certainly suggest staying in this hotel. If I will be in Ho Chi Minh City again someday I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

"Close to shopping, sites"
The staff were helpful and at least one at the desk would speak English. Even the ones that didn't took concern at my questions. The tours arranged with Happy Tours were good.
"Fresh, OK price with safe neighborhood"
The reception staff wasn't really that eager to assist but we didn't need much help. Don't miss the yoghurt for breakfast which was a nice compliment to the otherwise Vietnamese oriented offering. All in all a nice hotel, but nothing out of the ordinary.
"Very Good Place to Stay"
Whiel the hotel is modest, it offered a clean room, good breakfast, and excellent service, all for a very good price. The only downside is the beds are a bit stiff, and one night our air conditioner leaked, however they were very quick to move us to another room and correct the problem. "Small cozy hotel - at a great location"
Do not expect a fancy modern hotel, but instead a small, friendly hotel in a great neighbourhood. You are close to the center. The walk downtown is no more than a nice little walk, and although the entire city is full of vehicles, you can barely hear any sound from the room. I would stay here again.
"Good location"
Booked this hotel primarily for the location and price and wasn't disappointed in either respect. Staff are friendly and will attempt to assist all be it in limited English in most cases. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and if you got there late was just, well, nothing.

"Sophia Hotel"
Unfortunately although I called to ensure that I would get two beds, no room with two beds was available for our stay. The room was fine and the service was good.

Nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to just about everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed two nights and were upgraded to a premium deluxe room which was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a jacuzzi but no shower cubicle which was a bit inconvenient. We were on 6th floor so were not bothered by the traffic noise. This 2 year old property is conveniently located in District 1. The staff are attentive and friendly. This Hotel offers good value for money.

What a pleasant surprise. This hotel has reasonable rates, staff who are always ready to hail you a taxi, refer a restaurant to dine at, or help with a smile. The hotel room was clean, quiet and well presented. The shower was large, plenty of room. I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay at. AAA+

"Buena experiencia"
La ubicacion es excelente y el personal es amigable. El desayuno es aceptable y por su ubicacion es muy facil moverse. Lo unico es que para los claustrofobicos, hay que asegurarse que tienen ventanas!

"Bra och billigt hotell i distrikt 1"
Bar hotell med standardrum. Ett lite mindre utbud av frukostbufén men helt ok i alla fall. Läget är bra, inte perfekt men det är enkelt att vandra runt i distrikt 1 med utgångspunkt från hotellet.

"No tienen triples / They have not triple rooms"
Aunque en la reserva de la habitación es posible indicar que es para tres personas, con camas separadas, al llegar al hotel nos encontramos con una habitación de cama doble+sencilla adicional. El hotel nos dijo que no existían habitaciones con tres camas individuales, y pretendía cobrar 10 dólares más por una supletoria. Tras quejarnos a Hoteles.com, […] no cobraron esta supletoria, aunque la cama que pusieron fue de bajísima calidad, un sillón plegable. Por lo demás, buen hotel, muy bien situado, y con trato correcto. ----------- Although the room booking indicated three separated beds, at our arrival the hotel let us know that there were not such rooms, and provided a double+single bed room, requiring $10 for an extra bed. After complaining to Hotels.com, they finally not charged the extra bed, although it had very low quality, it was just a foldable armchair. "Good service and location"
The reception was really nice and have given me alot great suggestions, which is really helped alot as I was traveling alone did not really plan all the trip... and location is great in D1 close to everywhere... so one week in Vietnam I have booked 5 nights there.

Clean room. They were a bit small, but o.k. Near the sights. They offered tours, that were good priced.
