Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.

Asuimme perheeni kanssa pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kaikki meni yleisesti ottaen hyvin. Aamupala kuului hotellin hintaan ja oli mielestäni hyvä. Ainoat mieleen tulvat miinuspuolet liittyivät epäselvyyksiin: jäi epäselväksi, onko hotellissa lapsille matkasänkyjä vai ei, sillä saimme asiasta kahdenlaista informaatiota. Loppujen lopuksi hotelli ei niitä ainakaan meille tarjonnut, joten otimme yhden mukaan. Lisäksi siivojat vähän liiankin innokkaasti poistivat lapsillemme tarkoitetut ylimääräiset pyyhkeet ja vuodetarvikkeet, mutta asia korjaantui kun sanoimme asiasta siivousvastaavalle.

"One Night Stay"
We only stayed one night but the stay was so great that when we return to the area we will be sure to use this hotel again. The hotel staff was very receptive and answered all our questions. Best stay for the price!

the hotel was nice in appearance and was very accessible to nasa/kemah boardwalk and all kinds of dining. the room was clean, but was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed. THAT was disappointing - hotel offered to send someone up at 5 pm, but we were all showering from the day.
The hotel was great. Great service, very clean and easy access to major roads. But we were charged by both Hotels.com and Hilton Garden Inn. One call to Hotels.com and the issue was resolved. Thanks to Hotels.com for taking care of it.

Me and my family just did not have a good stay was rude staff no towels at the pool no heated pool after they posted they had one breakfast was not included as they stated just wasn't a good stay for my family

"Hotel close to NASA"
One of my favorite hotels in the Clear Lake area - new, convenient and not on a major street, which has the advantage that you won't be disturbed by traffic. The only downside: breakfast is not included and you pay for each item you take from the breakfast bar, but it is not overly priced.
"Great short-term stay"
The staff was very friendly and organized, breakfast was great, and room was comfy and clean.
I'll be booking other Hilton Garden locations in teh future. Really loved the comfort and especially the bathroom.

The beds were soooo comfortable, getting off the elevator the halls smelled like baby power. The staff was wonderful. The American Grill Staff was exceptionally delightful with great smiles to greet. We were very impressed with the hotel staff and will recommend the hotel to all our friends and associates.

We stayed here when all hotels in Galveston were booked. Boy were we glad we stayed. The room was very modern and the cleanliness was outstanding, keep it up guys. It was extremely close to NASA. We will definitely book this hotel again.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at Webster, Texas from Saturday, July 2 through Tuesday, July 5. We liked the fact that it is close enough to Galveston to warrant staying there and saving $100 a day as opposed to staying on the island. We stayed here last year while going on a cruise and were again satisfied with our choice. There were some issues […] that occurred this year that did not last year which did concern me. One was that the hotel was nearly at capacity and while staying on the fourth floor, several times children and teenagers were running up and down the halls after 1am and made it hard to sleep. The second issue concerned a charge to my debit account for the room. Our room was paid in full when we registered on hotels.com and this charge was a mistake by the night auditor according to the front desk person I spoke with on 7/4. She said it would be removed within an hour and I took her at her word. When I checked my account on 7/5 after landing in Las Vegas, the problem was not solved. I again called to request this problem be taken care of on their end. The person I spoke to was very patient and assured me that she would handle the problem to my satisfaction and then call me when it was resolved. She followed through and the charge was removed, which I was grateful for. Other than these two problems, our stay was very pleasant. The rooms here are spacious, the bathroom is very well stocked, and the staff is very courteous. The in room wi-fi was used quite a bit and the best part happened on the 4th when the City of Webster fireworks show was set off two blocks south of our location. We felt as if we were right underneath the 25 minute show and did not have to deal with the traffic getting to and from Kemah, Galveston, or Houston. We checked in the room late and had a little trouble working the TV. The front desk rushed up and fixed the problem right away. We then had an early wake up were we ate at in the lobby area. The food was very good the fruit was fresh and the staff was very attentive and always had a smile no matter how early it was. Will stay their again.

Had an amazing time enjoying the Galveston area and it continued to our stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Wish I knew more about attractions for the NASA complex, but we really didn't have enough time anyway. The best visit I have had to any motel with wife and kid.
"Excellent Hotel"
This hotel was so clean and comfortable. We stayed with our 3 month old and 6 year old. They provided a crib for us free of charge. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was very nice too. We enjoyed everything about it. The only bad thing was that we got lost trying to find it on our GPS. Make sure you call to get directions!

This is a great hotel to stay in for visiting Kemah. It is just off the beaten path, very reasonably priced, and the rooms and Evolution beds are very comfortable. The 24 hour free pantry is a really nice perk that I will take advantage of next time. My only complaint/concern is that every staff member I interacted with was life-less. "Hilton Clear Lake - NASA"
This is the first time that I can remember getting a really good nights sleep my first night in any hotel; thanks to the bed system in use here. Nice kings that have adjustable firmness levels on each half and a thick pillow top. A big plus! The menu at the one resident eatery is somewhat limited, but there are numerous places to eat nearby. It has […] somewhat limited meeting facilities, but what they do have are well kept. Close to the freeway, but not so close that noise is a problem. However, since the city farhers in Webster decided to change the street directions and numbering, trying to use your GPS to find it is a problem. "Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Clear Lake."
The hotel is close to the Houston Johnson Space Center and Galveston but a bit far out from the center of Houston., As far as comfort goes, however, it couldn't have been better. The chain is using new beds similar to foam blocks that are conducive to sleep. I'm a shower person and the huge shower left nothing to be desired. The staff was courteous […] and helpful and the food from the American Grill while not spectacular was good. Many other restaurants are within a 5 block radius as is a shopping mall. "Secret"
Actually I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others because I want to keep this secret to myself. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I wasn't offered the breakfast with the room because I used hotels,com. Still the brakfast was great. The service was awesome.

Room was clean and furniture looked new. Great place for family, especially with the littte kitchenette hutch (fridge, Micro, coffee). Breakfast was tasty with your choice of hot breakfast buffet or made to order. Only minor negative was that the AC in the room was a bit too loud.
Good breakfast w/ kids eat free. Good services and location. Will stay again if visiting NASA. Mall and restaurants nearby.
