Viehättävä hotelli Perrache-aseman lähellä, erinomaiset julkiset kulkuyhteydet joka puolelle Lyonia. Huoneet pieniä, mutta siistejä ja persoonallisia. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu.

Location is good because it is near to the station (TGV/airport). Bathroom is very small and the room was quite dark and not very cozy.

You get what you pay for. A warm, dry and clean place to sleep. Plus shower. A restaurant next door is a good plus.

Spend one night here with my husband on July. The hotel is rather new and the rooms are clean, and in top condition, but quite basic. It was easy to arrive to the hotel by car and they had free parking just in front of the hotel. We continued to the center of Lyon with metro which was just around the corner. The area itself didn't seem to have much restaurants or shops, and we head to the center for breakfast even though the hotel did offer a breakfast buffet. For longer stay the small kitchenette in the room would be handy. Only minus was that the free wireless internet didn't work in the rooms, only in the main lobby.

"Charming whimsical hotel!"
I would highly recommend this charming hotel. It is designed like a primary school, with great attention to detail. We didn't try the restaurant so I can't tell you how the food is. the parking is a bit of a nuisance since it is in a cramped area and you need assistance to get at your car. "College Hotel - alternative hotel in the Old Lyon"
College Hotel is in Old Lyon. You can expect the hotel furnished simply but presented in such a way you want to smile all the time. Perhaps a bit pricey for what you get. Try and decide for the next time - it is worth it especially when combined with other "alternatives" of Lyon such as the public "velo" system.

"Very eccentric but great fun"
eVERYTHING IN THE HOTEL IS SCHOOL -THEMED - the reception desk is a pommel horse, thie dining room furniture is old school desks and benches etc. The bedrooms are pure white. EVERYTHING is white; the lockers which are wardrobes, the bedlinen, curtains, - and breezeblock bedside tables. However, the reception staff are fantastic, breakfast had the finest […] orange juice I've ever had, the terrace on the 2nd floor is wonderful and the soft drinks are free. What's not to like??! The position is really convenient - but be warned, the cafe opposite keeps going WELL into the small hours and when it's warm, that means people under your window.... turn up the A/C and ignore them! Venues suite à un article sur Lyon paru fin 2011 dans le "ELLE Déco" j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour l'anniversaire de ma mère ! Jusque là tout va bien ! hôtel bien situé dans le quartier du vieux Lyon ! sauf que ce "Collège hôtel" n'a de Collège que le nom car hormis la réception, une salle de petit déjeuner, une salle de réunion et tout ça au RDC on peut […] dire que la déco reste minimaliste dans les étages ! les chambres sont...blanches...aucune déco...à part les poils des clients précédents dans les coins, sur les tapis qui servent de descente de lit et dans la douche !! Avec le blanc pas le droit à l'erreur eh bien là c'est raté !! Sur 3 jours de séjour 2 douches froides car à partir d'une certaine heure c'est comme ça à priori (1er jour douche 22h/ 2ème jour 17h) du coup le 3ème jour ce fut à l'aube la douche !! et on vous réponds "ah oui ça arrive des fois" ce n'est pas bien sérieux pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ! on doit pouvoir en plein coeur de Lyon avoir de l'eau chaude quelque soit l'heure du jour ou de la nuit ! que dire du petit déjeuner CHER !! qui se compose soit disant d'un jus d'orange fraîchement pressé mais qui se transforme en jus de pamplemousse en brique, de viennoiseries, pain, morceaux de fromage ou de charcuterie négligemment posés sur des assiettes dans un frigo !! nous n'avons pas réitéré l'expérience les autres jours ! Le concept, pourtant très sympa du thème écolier, est mal exploité ! tout ça pour (seulement) ça...c'est dommage ! je ne suis pas Rothschild et là rapport qualité/prix je n'en ai pas eu pour mon argent ! je donc suis déçue ! "Top location but no place to sleep"
We booked the Collège hotel for its ideal, central location. The bedrooms pictured online didn't look like much, but given the price and the 3-star ranking, we assumed they were more comfortable in reality. What a mistake! The rooms are small, spartan and very noisy. On our 1st night there we couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from the street […] (lots of bars and cafés facing the hotel), and in the morning we could hear every step in the hallway. We then requested a quieter room and had to pay an upgrade for it. This room was a bit bigger but sound-proofing was just as inadequate (it was quieter only because located on the last floor at the other end of the hotel). On the bright side, the hotel staff was friendly, the lobby, breakfast and conference room are charmingly decorated, but i cannnot recommend a hotel where i cannot sleep in peace Lisätietoja
"Topp beliggenhet, litt "triste" rom"
Hotellet ligger øverst i gamlebyen i Lyon som er et veldig bra utgangspunkt for shopping og restauranter. Frokosten var bra. Rommene var rene men veldig enkle og innredet helt hvitt. Hotellet har en takterrasse som var veldig fin. Gratis brus og vann i kjøleskap i hotellgangene var også et pluss. Excellent choix, bonnes prestations, situation idéale.
Witziges Hotel in der Altstadt gelegen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, auch am Abend ruhig. Sehr guter Service, nettes Personal, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt wirklich super. Gerade auch mit Jugendlichen sehr zu empfehlen (gratis Softdrinks im Kühlschrank auf jeder Etage... :)!)

"originelles Hotel"
hatte das Zimmer für meine Eltern gebucht und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Design ist wirklich originell. Die Leute waren ausgesprochen freundlich. Besonders toll ist die große Terrasse, die 24 h geöffnet ist und auf der man einen schönen Blick auf die Fassade der Altstadt hat (inkl. ist ein immer voller Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken).
Zentral gelegen mit orgineller Ausstattung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fußwegentfernung. In der Nacht leider aufgrund der Lage Lärm von der Straße

Hotel parfaitement situé au bord de la Saône et proche du Centre ville, en très bon état d'entretien et de propreté. Accueil discret et efficace, décoration amusante (style scolaire), chambre propre et accueillante. Le quartier est cependant un peu bruyant.

Das Hotel ist direkt in der Altstadt...Lage perfekt. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgerüstet aber sauber und modern. Für den Preis könnte man vielleicht ein klein bisschen mehr erwarten aber alles ist wunderbar gelaufen.
