Relatively new hotel, good quality, good furniture, seaview. Hotel guests mainly get to live closest to the road on the first floor, as upper floors are for timeshare guests. The traffic noise was not as bad as we expected, anyway you can never expect total silence in a place like Canarias. Great view from the well kept pool area. We played tennis in the hotel's tennis court, which seems actually to be a padel court and thus smaller than a real tennis court, but we managed to play ok. Most unpleasant surprise was a big brown cockroach, 4-5 cm spotted in the night, so quick I did not manage to kill it. My company had three single bedroom apartments and all were equipped with insect killer spray bottle below the kitchen sink. Based on the direction of the high noise the cockroach produced in the night, I assumed it stayed behind the 80 cm high black drawer inside the clothing cupboard in my bedroom. There is a 1 cm slot between the wall and the cupboard, ideal shelter for such insects. I wonder why it has been left there in building phase. I sprayed there and the noise did not come back anymore. One other of our apartments possibly had the same insect problem as they could hear the same kind of cockroach noise in the nighttime but never saw it. Otherwise the hotel was a good experience. Kitchen is most highly equipped, even with dishwasher. Ours was however clogged and did first not let the water through properly, but a repairman came rapidly and fixed it. If the price level stays, I might consider coming here again in case we revisit Cran Canaria.

Hyvä tasoinen hotelli muutaman kilometrin päässä Playa Del Inglesistä. Hotelli sijaitsee rinteessä n. 500m päässä rannasta. Saavuimme hotellille vuokra-autolla, jonka parkkeeraaminen sujui erittäin kätevästi ilmaiselle parkkipaikalle suurinpiirtein pääoven eteen. Heti mentyämme respaan aulabaarin virkailija tuli kysymään haluammeko shamppanjaa vai appelsiinimehua. Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui helposti. Olen matkustellut aika paljon ja hotellin laatuvaikutelma on erittäin hyvä. Huoneet siistit. Parveke merelle/uima-altaalle neljännessä kerroksessa. Puoli tai kokohoitoa kannattaa harkita, meillä oli pelkästään aamupala. Joka on todella hyvä. Söimme aina n. 45 minuuttia. Söimme myös kahdesti buffeessa illallisen joka on myös hyvä ja edullinen, mutta juomat ovat hieman kalliimpia. Kuitenkin halvempia kuin suomessa. Hotellin kattoterassillalta on aivan mahtavat maisemat, mukavia leposohvia ja pieni uima-allas sekä ruokaravintola jossa söimme myös kerran. Suosittelen sitä lämpimästi. Lenkille pääsee hyvin ja juoksemaan esim. merenrantaa pitkin vaikka Inglesiin tai Maspalomasiin saakka. Hotellissa oli hieman vanhempaa porukkaa, jonkun verran lapsiperheitä ja meitä nuoria n. 30 vuotiaita pariskuntia kuten minä ja seuralaiseni hieman vähemmän. Mutta sopii mielestäni hyvin myös lapsiperheille. Uima-allas alue on mukava. Vuokra-auto oli täällä hyvä, mutta myös bussikuljetus hotellin nurkalta on. Pieneen kauppaan oli matkaa ehkä n. 300 m. Hieman isompi ostos/ravintola keskus lähellä rantaa. Voin suositella pareille, lapsiperheille ja iäkkäämmille, jotka näkyivät käyttävän ahkerasti myös hotellin kylpylää, jossa itse emme käyneet. Hieman nousua hotellille tulee rannasta, jos liikuntakyky heikko. Normaalikuntoiselle ok.

Lähellä rantaa kaupungissa San Bartolome de Tirajana(Maspalomas) sijaitseva Bungalows Cordial Green Golf on lähellä kohteita Yumbo Shopping Center ja Maspalomasin uimaranta. Alueen muihin nähtävyyksiin kuuluu Palmitos Park.

Hotellissa Bungalows Cordial Green Golf on 2 ulkouima-allasta ja lastenallas. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kattotuuletin ja avattavat ikkunat. Lisäksi siivouspalveluita on saatavilla (viikottain) ja pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluu silitysrauta / -lauta.

Most things are right with this bungalow complex. The bungalows are charming two-storey affairs with tiled floors. The bedroom and bath+wc are upstairs, and there is even a little balcony - mostly suitable for drying clothes. For those who like to sit outside, there is a patio in front of the bungalow, as you'd expect with a bungalow. There are two […] swimming pools in the complex, both look inviting. Cleanliness is generally good, but I'd be more pleased if they didn't wet wash the tiles inside the bungalow. As usual, you need to bring your own dish washing implements (scrub/brush, soap), but they do supply a towel. :) My main irritation is the free wi-fi, which has mostly the same annoyances as most places I've been on Gran Canaria: it works badly. However, it works less badly than many other places. Download speeds are not suitable for anything but viewing text-based web pages, or web pages with small images, unless you are very patient. I just wish that they had implemented it with a proper WPA2 secured network, instead of a conference-style unsecured network. This is definitively not something you want to use a Windows laptop on, nor a filesharing Mac or smartphone without the most recent upgrades. It also has problems with disconnecting clients way too often, and reconnecting means you will have to re-enter your username and password quite often if you have a smartphone or tablet. Lisätietoja

"THE SOFA LETS IT DOWN"
This nice apartment - it is not a bungalow since it has 2 levels 0 is in a nice complex with good pools etc BUT has the most uncomfortable sofa we have ever sat on. The sofa is so uncomfortable that is would prevent us from recommending these apartments to anyone, TV costs moeny to hire - and only has a couple of interesting channels. "The Cordial Green Golf Hotel"
We where more than satisfied with the sevice provided in this hotel and would have no difficulty recommending to others. We where there in September when it was 36 degrees, very hot for us middle aged people and would have enjoyed air conditition at night, there were good sized fans in the bedroom and living room but they only moved the hot air around […] so were not benificial. We were self catering but were extremely disappointment with the one dinner we had in the restuatrant I returned a lasagne that was served with an ice cold centre. My husband plays golf so the location was excellent, we were suprised to find that there was no liaision between the hotel and golf club considering the proximity, usually discounts are on offer. Taking above into account we would have no hesitation in returning and loved the bungalows and ambience provided by the extremely large pool. Lisätietoja
"Cordial green golf, fint hotell och omgivning"
Hotellet med område är väldigt vacket. Små men funktionella rum. Bra städning på rummen. Hotellrestaurangen har inte någon vidare mat men vill an äta ute är det promenadavstånd till Playa del Ingles - ca 1-2 km. Taxi dit kostar 3-4 euro. Eftersom det är en bit från stranden så blåser det inte alls lika mycket vid hotellet vilket är skönt. VI har åkt […] till detta hotell två år i rad eftersom vi var nöjda med hotellet och särskilt med tanke på att det är ganska mycket billigare än många andra. L'hotel non è male ma molte camere sono poste intorno alla struttura , sono molto buie e con poco sole(magari in estate puo essre un vantaggio) e danno sulla strada Le camere che danno sulla piscina o sul golf sono molto più confortevoli.
Jättefint hotell på utsidan med pool etc men rummen var inte speciellt bra. Hårda sängar, lite varmvatten, läckande dusch, myror inomhus (fick ett spray från receptionen sen var dem väck) etc. De var dock helt OK för de låga priset.

Veldig bra standard, flott hotell område. Veldig barnevennlig. Ulempe er at det tar ca 30 min å gå til stranden, hvor det er restauranter. Dagtid er det gratis buss til stranden :)

"Sentralt hotell i Maspalomas"
Ble positivt overrasket. Fin plassering av leiligheten rundt en flott pool. Noe kaldt i vannet, men rent og pent. Fine rom og stille rundt pool området både dag og kveldstid. Sentralt ift det meste og bare 3 euro med taxi til Playa del Ingles sentrum. Andbefales!

Trés corecte,point faible une partie des chambres le long de la route bruyant,aucune chaine de télévision en français,hotel n'étant pour des francophones.
