Be Warned - Although the staff were very friendly and the hotel is in an excellent location - We stayed for 4 nights yet our bed never got changed once - we were total it was "hotel policy"!!! Also, the internet in the room is around €10 per night BUT (although its free in the reception) it took more than 30 minutes to (finally) log on - and then was […] unbelievably slow,,, We asked the staff - who were very helpful and rang the internet provider - yet there wasn't any improvement & we were told this happens all the time and everyone complains - nothing happens - so here is yet another complain! The hotel used to be a building of the Postal Services and converted to a hotel recently. Job well done! A short walk to the main station and a major tram station, so getting around is very easy. A walk to the downtown area takes about 20 min. The rooms are quite small, but very clean and the mattress is very comfortable. WIFI in the lounge area is […] free, hefty price for WIFI in the room. Breakfast was great, especially the choice of coffee specialties is outstanding. Parking spots are pretty narrow. literally 4 mins walk from the KA Hbf. tram is right in front of the hotel.

We know Ibis hotel and as often as possible we use it if we travel around for family vacation and sometime even business. We chose that hotel because we were searching for something in the middle of our road from Ljubljana to Paris. It was just one night stop so we didn't complicate too much when booking it. But we've been fully satisfied realizing […] that we can have nice walk to the city center and that hotel was pretty new and nicely decorated. The only thing we were missing is some nice environment during our breakfast. Dining place is too "cold" ... no plants, no curtains .... and there was even no music. O IBIS no Brasil oferece quartos um pouco mais amplos, com frigobar (vazio) e cofre no quarto. O Ibis Karlsruhe não oferecia Frigobar nem cofre, além de apresentar um quarto e banheiro bastante pequeno. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido. O problema foi resolvido, mas causou certo transtorno.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig doch ich finde 10 Euro extra dafür zahlen zu müssen ist schon sehr heftig. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht gerade auf zack und man muss ständig nachfragen damit es funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind im großen und ganzen in Ordnung und sauber doch leider wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut sieht man direkt auf […] den Bahnhof und man hat die ganze Nacht Lärm um sich herum.
