Ystävällinen palvelu, jota sai nyt myös suomenkielellä. Huone siisti. Tekstiilit ja huonekalut eivät ole enää uusinta uutta, mutta hinta-laatusuhde mielestäni ok. Hyvä paikka oli yöpyä ajomatkan varrella.

Huone oli siisti ja edullinen. Huoneet uusittu varmaankin parin vuoden sisään ja melko hyvin ylläpidetty motelli muutenkin. Allas oli siisti, mutta vesi kylmää näin tammikuussa. Saimme alkuun huoneen tien puolelta joka oli meluisa, mutta pyynnöstä meidät siirrettiin altaan puolelle asiallisesti palvellen. Pihan puolella olikin rauhallista ja, joten kannattaa huomioida tämä jo sisäänkirjautuessa. Riviera Beachin rannalle oli matkaa autolla noin 4km, mutta pysäköinti rannalla oli ilmaista monesta muusta kylästä poiketen, joten rannalle oli helppo siirtyä autolla.Palm Beachin / Riviera Beachin alue oli mukavaa kunhan löysi oikeat ranta ja illanviettopaikat. Motellin läheltäkin löytyi helposti perusruokapaikat, mutta alue oli lähellä I95 moottoritetä, joten soveltui lähinnä nukkumiseen ja altaalla loikoiluun. Kokonaisuutena hyvä motellikokemus, mutta motelli ei ikinä ole Ritz-Carlton. Jos maksaa kolminkertaisen tai nelinkertaisen hinnan niin taso nousee ja saa hienommat puitteet. Tästä motellista löytyy siisti yösija jos haluaa käyttää rahat muuhun kuin hotelliin.

Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Huoneissa kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja joissakin mikroaaltouuni. Siivous toimi, yhtenä iltana puhtaatpyyhkeet unohtuneet mutta respasta sai pyytämällä. Uima-allas hassusti päätien vieressä verkkoaidan takana, ei houkuttele aikuisia. Lyhyt matka Lake Worthin rannalle ja muille kohteille, toki autolla tietysti.

"Must have a good manager"
My experience is that if you have a good manager it reflects in the attitude of the staff . I can only suppose that this hotel must have the best manager in the USA as without doubt this must be the most courteous and helpful staff I have ever encountered cannot recommend more highly.

It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The sheets were scratchy. The free breakfast was skippable. There was a continuous shortage of pool towels. There were two tvs but only 30 channels (2 kids) and no dvd player. I will note the staff was friendly and went out of their way to find us a dvd player. The place seemed fairly clean. Tough for older people to deal with getting luggage out of trunk and up to the room with no help. Room was not kept as clean as when we stayed for 10 days in March. We stayed another 10 days in December. I am not sur4e4 if I will go there again.

Everyone at this hotel were very helpful and nice.
The hotel was great, easy access from freeways. Very good quality for the price. Clean, courteous, bresaakfast included, pool table, pool, putting green all made for a nice 3 day stay. The carpeting needs upgrade everywhere but it was clean just dated. We'll be back....

The employees are very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast and dinner were complimentary and good. The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is Excellent. The amenities are great. We will stay here again. The BEST in West Palm Beach.

Very nice service and a nice room. We stayed in a king suite with the seperate bedroom. Nice kitchen etc. The bed was a bit hard compared to some others in the area we have stayed at and the a/c in both rooms was noisy -loud fan. Meh....rate it as average. Furnishings and room older. Ice machines on the fritz and they were hosting some type of birthday or reunion or wedding reception that had the pool, lobby, parking, etc. totally over taxed. Newer chains in the same area at comporable prices. Probably won't go back.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly (even the breakfast staff-which usually are just there to work and not outgoing and personable). Great selection of hot and cold for breakfast buffet. I went with my boyfriend to homewood suites in west palm beach for 10 days. Our room was really very comfortable with a full kitchen that we used several times for dinner, separate dining/living area from the bedroom, clean. Common areas, especially the hall leading to the elevator on the first floor, where not as clean, carpet in particular. The pool […] was heated, well kept, just a tad too small for a real swim. The fitness room was small too, but clean and with all the basics you might need. Barbecues available for guests, useful, but would need little more maintenance. Breakfast was good except for scrambled eggs: why don't they use freshly cracked eggs to prepare them? People at the front office were very helpful. The position of the hotel is very convenient close to I95, but yet very quite. Overall a very nice stay, a hotel to which we would go back in the future if we were to travel to west palm beach again. A very nice hotel. It was well run the staff friendly and helpful. There are a lot of drug rehab facilities in the area and some areas of Palm Beach were scarey. This hotel is located in a safe place we felt very comfortable. They had a very nice breakfast every morning and a dinner Mon.-Thurs. This was great for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

A 1h30 de l'aeroport de miami et 2h30 duKennedy space center, hotel de bonne qualité. attention ,j'ai pu faire une réservation pour 9 mais seuls 8 couchages disponibles. On a du se débrouiller pour le 9eme car par de lit d'appoint.

Zimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Betten sehr gut und bequem. Bad sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ett bra familjehotell till ett överkomligt pris. Väl tilltagna rum. Bra med kök och kyl/frys. Och en mycket bra frukost. Man kunde utnyttja hotellets alla faciliteter. Tex gym, data, kaffe/te grill. Härligt med en uppvärmd pool. Tillmötesgående personal i receptionen. Något mer reserverad personal i köket.
