For a one star hotel this is good. Quite near by airport (15min). Free pickup from airport and breakfast. We (me, my wife and 4y child) stayed there only one night. No complains :)

Hotelli on hintaansa nähden laadukas ja palvelu on hyvää. Ainut todellinen ongelma turistille on hotellin sijainti. Se on kaukana kaikista nähtävyyksistä, joten kannattaa varautua riksan / taksin käyttöön. Liikenne Mumbaissa on aina ruuhkaista, joten matka keskustaan saattaa kestää jopa yli tunnin. Liikenteen äänet kantautuvat myös hotelliin.

Hotel was good. Lots of traffic in that area, getting to India Gateway or other places took lots of time, same getting back to hotel, almost 3 hours, but if you have nice car with nice driver and background music it's ok. The room service was goodl food at restaurant delicious, staff was kind. The neighbourhood not so good, but it depends on what you want to see, reality or bollywood type of scenery. Local people were nice though. If you plan on just doing tourism in Mumbai, this hotel is good for you.

I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm to check in only to be told that they did not have a room for me since some other guests had stayed on. I was offered accommodation at a different hotel. Since I didn't know anything about the other place, I tried to get a room at some of the better hotels near by, but they were all full. Therefore I had no choice but […] to accept their offer, and I was sent to a different neighborhood to stay at a MUCH lower-end hotel. Complete bait-and-switch. The worst part is that Hotels.com won't refund me unless the hotel agrees to do so. The hotel management, has, to date, refused. This hotel is run by cheats and frankly, why bother with hotels.com, it's not like they offer any kind of insurance if things go wrong. Lisätietoja

Stayed at this hotel after several years and expected changes for the good,, but unfortunately cannot report any such change that will improve its rating up from just making it to the grade of an average hotel,,, much too expensive for the type of rooms and service provided to guests. Aircon is noisy and uncontrollable,,,service providers need to be […] properly trained and be able to speak English,, bathroom fittings need to be made more contemporary ,, the complimentary breakfast is a sham ( not using a stronger language) ,, breakfast is available from 8:00 only ( !! ) with the choice and preparation of items available leaving much to be desired .
