"Excellent Service, pretty good stay"
This was our second visit at this location and like before, excellent service, super friendly staff, clean room (mostly), nice view, comfortable bed. A couple downers though: the shower tile was awful looking and made me nervous about walking on it for fear of fungal infection or something similar. And our other complaint was with the hand carts for […] luggage. They switched to airport style carts which may be cost efficient for them, but they only hold about half the volume of the traditional hotel model cart and we had to make two trips up and down for our stay. "Awesome hotel!"
My daughter and I stayed here as a stop-over on our way back from Corpus Christi to Dallas/Ft. Worth. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful, and the view was amazing! Such a great deal at a very reasonable price. We are planning on staying here again very soon!

the hotel staff I dealt with were some of the nicest and most considerate I have ever had the fortune of meeting it was an unplanned stay, however I will definately plan on staying there the next time im in New Braunfels

Very quiet; close to Schlitterbahn
The set up in the room was odd. It was hard to see the TV from the bed. The beds were not very comfortable and there was not enough seating outside. The main attraction for this hotel should be space to enjoy the outside, especially in cooler weather. Anyone wanting to look at the river or the area outside had to do it standing. There was no seating […] available. The place was crowded and noisy. Tons of children everywhere. The pool is very small so that activity was not an option, especially with the number of children. I guess people cram large families into the rooms.. The hotel may be more appropriate for families on vacation. For us it was a disappointment. We just gave up and checked out early. Lisätietoja
We booked a king size bed only to find out that our room had been changed to an ADA room with two queen beds. Didn't like that no one mentioned that to us until we went to our room. Great view of comal river out back. Don't like the bistro in the lobby where you have to pay for breakfast, could be complimentary buffet and pay for the other stuff.

Mostly average inside, but the back of the property is stunning with a pool area overlooking several secluded acres leading up to the Guadalupe river. Absolutely amazing view and fun place to hang out in the evening after a great day floating the river. Had live music in the evenings out there as well. Would visit again!

"Wonderful way to relax!"
This is a beautiful location!! Only thing was when booking, the room was a river view room. The hotel clerk insisted that we booked through Expedia so we did not get a river view room. We did end up getting a view of the river. Stand your ground to get what you pay for!

From the moment we checked in, we had a good experience. Don't trust mapquest directions, take the exit before what they have listed. Front desk people were always friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful river setting. Staff was very professional and helpful. Location was close to attractions. I would stay there again.
"Coutryard Marriott New Braunfels"
The air conditioner was far too noisy for such a new hotel and the pillows were bad. I had trouble sleeping. The pool, gym and river location were all good poitns though. Overall, the days were good and the nights weren't that good
"A true getaway in the city"
Absolutely beautiful. Had a room facing the pool, courtyard and river and it was so peaceful and relaxing to sit on the porch. The only thing that would make it better for the price would be to have at least a Continental breakfast available with a room. I would definitely stay there again!
"Very comfortable, scenic location."
We've stayed at Courtyards before, but this particular one is extremely nice. Very clean and well maintained. Grounds were very nice, providing a great place for the kids to swim overlooking the river. Balcony room provided a great vantage point to observe all the surroundings.
"Wonderful, relaxing hotel"
It had a great view of the river with comfortable outside space to enjoy it. The rooms were really nice with balacony views. The entire hotel is new and much nicer than we expected; and we've stayed at many Marriott brand hotels around the world.
