Matka kaupunkiin sujui oikeastaan aika kätevästi: Hotellin bussilla rautatieasemalle ja siitä junalla Zürichin päärautatieasemalle. Zürich-kortti on kätevä, niin ei tarvitse joka kerta ostaa junalippua ja lippu muihin julkisiin kulkuvälineisiin. Aamiainen ihan hyvä. Executive lounge samoin. Hotellin ympäristössä on viljelyseutua, pieni kylä, metsäpolkuja. Seuraavalla kerralla ehkä lainaan hotellista polkupyörän ja lähden vähän pidemmälle.

Hotelli on erittäin hyvällä paikalla -viiden minuutin matka päärautatieasemalle - ja vanhan kaupungin tuntumassa vilkkaan kävelykadun varrella. Kävelykadun ravintolat, baarit ja yökerhot houkuttelevat paljon ihmisiä ja tästä syystä yöelämäkin on sen mukaista. Viikonlopun aikaan aamun pikkutunneille jatkunut meteli kävelykadulta oli aika tavalla häiritsevää. Muutoin hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta palvelualtista. Ja mikä parasta; aamiainen oli erinomainen ja palvelu hyvää.
Tämä hotelli ei tarjoa mitään esteettömän kulun palveluita. Valitse jokin toinen hotelli, jos haluat varata huoneen, jossa on esteettömän kulun palveluita.
Ilmoitetut hinnat ovat yhden tai kahden hengen huoneen vuorokausihintoja ja ne perustuvat majoittuvien aikuisten lukumäärään. Huomaa, että lisähenkilöt, lapset, lisävuoteet ja vastaavat saattavat johtaa lisämaksuihin kirjauduttaessa hotelliin.
Hinnat ovat riippuvaisia huoneiden saatavuudesta ja niihen ei välttämättä sisälly veroja tai hotellin perimiä lisämaksuja. Jotkin hintaluokat saattavat vaatia erityiskoodin.
"Nice for the price, Very Clean"
This was a great price for a clean nice room, with a sink in the room. Bathroom and shower were shared, but only 3 rooms per floor and this was never an issue. Very nice hotel staff. Chocolates at the check in desk were a nice welcome! there is an elevator in the first floor restaurant that goes up to all floors. otherwise carry your bags up 1 flight […] to get to elevator to all floors. Old building, but worked out great, I would stay here again, great location. The airport told me to take a train to the central station, but there's another station only 1.5 blocks from this hotel, if I had known I could've taken a different airport train to right to the hotel. "The winner!"
It was the best surprise of my European trip. Best location in Zurich for the best price, really. Very clean room, good breakfast, safe, no issues with shared bathroom. Our room was uniquely decorated African style, very pleasant. The only thing is no front desk worker between 8 pm till the morning. "Okay, but noise is a problem"
Location is great and rooms are satisfactory, though basic. Price is also okay by Zurich standards. However, even for a heavy sleeper like myself, there was considerable noise issues. In the morning at weekdays there was street deliveries from 6.30am. At night there was constant noise from the bar outdoor area till the early hours. The rooms had a lot of character, but they did show their age. Rooms were clean, but the walls were extremely thin and it was difficult to sleep due to the noise outside and the slamming of doors within the hotel. Also, I was under the impression that the triple room had its own bathroom, but it was actually a shared bathroom. "Hotel Otter"
Fun urban hotel in great location on cobblestone road in downtown Zurich. Would be great for singles or couples. Rooms were fun and clean. Probably not so good for families. Breakfast not served until 9am which was a hassle for early risers.
