Wonderful location - but shame it was very misty whilst there so could not see further than the car park. We could hear the sea crashing on the rocks when we opened the window. Only drawback was noise coming from downstairs up to first floor room. We changed rooms once as we were above the kitchen & could almost follow the converstaion of the 2 people […] in there, Next room was above part of the dining room - we could hear voices but these stopped about 10.30pm. But I had to ask them to lower the music - in the dining room we could hardly hear the music but in our room it was much louder - obviously a ceiling speaker positioned just under our room & the bass beat was unbearable after 4/5 hours. Found the same problem next day when staff up & around serving breakfast. Hotel needs some serious sound proofing put in floors/ceilings for comfort of guests.
