The hotel was very nice but I was disappionted for the shuttle bus service. After landing I got my bags and made a call to the hotel to pick me up from the airport. The receptionst said it should take 25 min to reach there. I waited for 45 minutes and made a new call, and the lady said again, soon, just wait there. I waited 15 minutes more and finally […] the shuttle bus came but surprisingly I had to wait in the bus other 10 minutes to have other guests. So my waiting time was total around 1.5 hours! And the same thing in the morning: There were no shuttle buses around so had to take a taxi to the airport - luckily hotel paid for the taxi. The room was great, though. Lisätietoja

We stayed for 2 nights at this Hotel. It was perfect. The Airport Pick Up was quickly on arrival and on departutre. Very super friendly stuff. If you are just there for two days it is great. They have a shuttle to the center. You might want to make a reservation for the buss (it is free) when you arrive or even before. Great Hotel !!!

Convenient to airport with shuttle that runs every hour. We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean and had convenient internet in our room.

If you need to be near the airport, this is a great option. Nice design, clean, attentive service. In a semi-industrial area but an easy walk to a nearby large indoor mall with a full array of restaurants from Burger King to quality Italian food.

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff professional, courteous and helpful. However, in an email from the hotel, I was told that I would be picked up by the hotel shuttle at the airport within 15 minutes of my notifying them that I had arrived. Great price for this beautiful hotel that is convenient to the airport.

Great hotel...comfortable, freindly and courteous staff. Very convenient to the airport. Really liked the free shuttle service to and from the airport. Only setback for me was the neighborhodd was a little confusing. We wanted a location close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle to the airport for an early morning flight. It was wonderful. The staff were very, very helpful. The rooms are large, clean and super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Airport transfer made for an easy transition to a very comfortable stay. I enjoyed the WIFI access, a great dinner buffet, and a very comfortable room!

Excellent hotel, very convenient location, comfortable rooms, complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms a plus for long layovers. We spent the night before catching another flight out of Madrid Barajas and were thankful for the airport shuttle and the comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent--book it with your reservation and save money!

The Hotel started off to be great, quick pick-up service, beautiful modern and convenient to airport, and looking forward to a nice dinner out and good nights rest before our flight home the next day. BUT...when we went to unpack some, we noticed our camera bags was missing. The driver/bellman, never saw it "hanging" on our trolley at the airport and […] drove off without it. Very nice/clean hotel, near the airport. It provides free wifi service and an inexpensive buffet dinner. And, since I wasn't traveling with my luggage at that time, it even had a razor/shaving cream!!!

Excellent choice for quick access to Madrid airport. Close to gas station for re-fueling of rental car before return. Also close to large shopping mall if needed. Primarily a business traveler hotel; consequently, has very good business services, dining and room service.

Services were great. Hotel staff met all needs Graciously! Pickup & delivery for airport were on time.

We needed accomdations for an overnight stay for our flight back to the USA the next day. They had a free shuttle and the price was great!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly gave us pointers to all the locations we should see and made sure we had our wake up call and shuttle to the airport the next day. Its a little out of the way to the center of Madrid but after a bus and metro ride we were right there.

We got a room here because they noted being near the airport and we were flying to Italy early the following morning. It sounded like a good idea when booking. The hotel is lovely, well appointed, beds totally comfortable, etc... funky decor which we like. A few things were less than desirable- many of which were out of their control: 1) the neighborhood- […] there is nearly nothing to do-- 2) not even a restaurant nearby and the buffet - for which they charge a pretty price, was average at best. 3) When my husband went to go down to the pool, he was told he could not go- that the pool had closed the day before (which was not a happy thing, given the 90 degree temperature the day we were there), yet earlier in the day we had seen 4 people there 4) the nearest attraction was a shopping mall 15 minutes walk. Having stayed in the city of Madrid on 4 other nights earlier in our trip and having learned and used the metro, which offers a simple and timely route to the airport, in hindsight we wish that we would have stayed in the city our last night, allowing us more access to the sights- especially given that the time from the hotel in their free shuttle to the airport was not too terribly much longer than a subway ride from a central hotel to the airport. ALSO PLEASE NOTE-- THAT DESPITE THEIR FIRM ASSERTION THAT THEIR SHUTTLE LEAVES EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR (we got a very firm talking to about that upon arrival) IT DOES NOT... it leaves 15 minutes after the hour... the concierge on duty the morning we left was kind enough to get the driver to come early to get us to the airport timely. HE WAS SO KIND... So- if you are looking for something near the airport, with a free shuttle, do not mind staying in and eating ok buffet food, then this is definitely a great place--- Lisätietoja

We stayed only one night in this great hotel. Everything in our room was very, very nice. Only negative was a difficult tv. The neighborhood is a not as great as the hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel. It is a small, well appointed hotel that has a very contemporary look. The room was small but perfect for a short stay. The shuttle was convenient and on time.

We really enjoyed our stay a this hotel. We only had a few days in Madrid and needed close access to airport so we decided to stay here. What a great choice. The hotel was a 15 minute walk to a mall with lots of shops and restaurants and was conveniently located near the airport with free shuttle. I like so much this hotel...

Hotel was very clean and had a small but pleasant pool area. Breakfast was good but pricey. Convenient to walk to a nearby shopping and restaurant area but a long and expensive taxi ride into downtown Madrid.

I had a chance to visit Madrid this year and got a great deal at this stylish and comfortable hotel near the Airport. The location doesn't matter too much since the Underground is not very far and is just a 10min bus ride away. The room rates were good and the stay was worth the money. Chose this hotel because of its location--near Barajas Airport. I agree w/other reviewers: the hotel was wonderful but how I was supposed to get to the hotel from Barajas could have been spelled out more clearly--on the confirmation & on the website. The room was spacious, attractive with loads of amenities. Only service complaint was a surly bartender […] who did not have patience with my Spanish. Good breakfast buffet. Can not comment on location or surrounding neighbourhood- arrived by taxi and left the next morning by shuttle. Staff were very helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable. Over all a good place to stay - would return

The hotel was very clean. While we were there they would not let you use the pool for a reason I could understand. But very clean. The hotel was close to the airport but the neighborhood was strange.

Husa Nuevo Boston have an excelent service, with excelent food. Hotel to airport transportation was on time, even at 4:00 o'clock in the morning.
