ROOM WAS GREAT STAFF WAS GREAT JUST THE HOT WATER WAS NOT HOT FOR VERY LONG, THAT IS MY ONLY ISSUE. THANK MIKE B.

Room is excellent very comfortable and clean. Pool is amazing. Only problem was with giving a credit card, it got charged accidently and messed my account up but they straightened it out.

We stayed here after going to the Bristol race. A little drive but it was worth it. The beds were comfy, and everyone seemed friendly. Breakfast was pretty good as well! We didn't use pool etc.

Great room, decent price for the event weekend. Only one complaint. There was no place to hang the towels or washclothes in the bathroom. There was only one hook on the back of the door. They need to install some towel hangers.

I found this hotel to be a welcome combination of quality and value. The staff was efficient, the room was impeciably clean and relaxing. The Mexican restaurant close by was also a real plus as a place to eat later in the evening before turning in. My week of business was enhanced by staying at this Holiday Inn Express. I'll be back.

This is our second visit at this hotel. We travel for track meets and are in Johnson City regularly. This is a clean, nice facility. We are very pleased with the hotel and the staff. They are friendly efficient and easy to work with.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with our toddler, and the staff did not mind that we sat in the lobby/lounge area and played with play-doh on the breakfast tables. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, hot and cold; the cookies and the weekday reception with beer, wine, and snacks were nice bonuses! […] The only less than ideal aspect was the loud heater in the room, which interfered with my husband's sleep the first night. This was our third or fourth stay at this HIE. We like it's location for our personal needs. The staff was very helpful. The ouly downside is it is a few bucks more pricey than the other places nearby.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. We go to visit my son that is attending ETSU. The hotel is always clean and the employees are great. The pool was clean and very warm and the breakfast bar was well presented and well stocked. It really is nice seeing how they take pride in there hotel. There are plenty of hotel's closer to ETSU […] but when something is good you stick with it. It is worth the extra 10 mintutes. Stay here and you wont be disappionted. Lisätietoja

Great place, will be back!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but it looked good. The folks (and I mean ALL of the folks) at the front desk were not very friendly. For the most part there was no eye contact, no welcome. They seemed preoccupied with the computer. This isn't what I expect from a nice hotel. I always face a pending hotel stay with a little anxiety, because I'm never quite certain that the picturesqe hotel on the website is the same one I'm booking. We were downstairs near the small, indoor pool & jacuzzi. The staff was friendly; our room was clean & well-maintained and nicely equipped. We have 2 teen boys, so having 2 queen beds is a must. […] Iron, hair dryer coffee maker, microwave & fridge were in our room. This hotel is clean, but compared to other Holiday Inn Express Properties it seems a little distressed. Scuffs in our room had been painted over with paint that did not match. The furniture in the room and lobby was a little scuffed at the bottom. The room also had a slight musty smell. We stayed overnight for our daughters graduation along with other family members. We had four rooms and everyone said their room were excellent. Very comfortable pillows and a nice breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay there again. Joel D

Located near the malls & colleges - has everything you could ask for in the area. Close to the VA Medical Center - easy on/off the freeway, yet traffic is very mild.

The room and the pool were very nice and clean. The breakfast was great and the service wad nice. The lady working the breakfast area in the morning even took the trash i brought in from my car.

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was okay. Other hotels I have stayed in have better breakfasts

Excellent property. Would def stay again. Breakfast was great, although there was no fresh fruit. That was the only thing I could question.

The Holiday Inn Express in Johnson City, TN was just what we needed. I was traveling with 3 ladies in their 80's. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was a real seller. The staff couldn't have been more courteous and so very helpful. Thank you so much.

I would have to say, this is a nice hotel, I hope to stay there again when visiting family.

Good stay, clean room, excellent temperature at checkin, adequate beds. Good place to stopover on I-40 detour! Only issue was lack of a functtional luggage carrier. The only one available had broken casters and would not turn without manhandling it--a real issue if you have a bad back!

The hotel is new. It is near I-26 and is easy on and off. Close to all three cites. Great Breakfast, great staff and the warm cookies every night were outstanding.

New facility-----good location easy off easy on Interstate Glad it had an exercise room Good breakfest. Will certainly use this facility again and reccommend to friends

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and we loved it! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff was super friendly and when you are traveling, that means a lot! Next time we stay in Johnson City, we will stay at this location!
