We are on a road trip in USA and thought it might help others to give reviews, since we read these a lot when choosing hotel. In our non smoking room clearly some1 had been smoken. A/c control panel wasnt exactly in good condition, but after using some extra power we cought it working. after that evrything was great. Not place to spend vacation, but excellent 1 nighter, and price was way less than coulda been.

Location was perfect for walking and not needing a car the whole stay. Wish the hotel allowed movie rentals in room for late at night.

The Hilton Garden Inn was very nice. It was very beautiful and relaxing, and all the staff was very nice. We arrived before check in but they still gave us our parking pass and held our bags for us. Stayed 2 nights over Presidents Day weekend. Great hotel! Very clean and friendly staff. Jerry from guest services went above and beyond by building a tent in the room for my 7 year old when the hotel was out of roll wawy beds! Perfect location with modern amenities. 5 stars!!

We have stayed here the last two years and will continue to stay here. Very modern hotel, very clean, and friendly staff. Convenient to downtown, and great parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Only thing that could be improved are the beds. Im used to a soft fluffy one and these were a bit firm for me! Otherwise, its super nice!

The hotel was very nice and very clean. Service was very polite and helpful. Close enough to walk to the main strip of Gatlinburg. The only thing I would have changed was that our room's window was directly behind the roof and skylight over the front lobby. So you could see nothing but the blue metal roof and bright fluorescent lights. We had to close […] the curtains tight after dark to keep the bright light out, but other than that, not a single complaint. "Great Stay"
Me and my fiance just went for one day but the hotel was beautiful I really enjoyed the hot tub outside looking over the river. Downtown Gatlinburg we were in and out very easily. I hope to stay again!

We stayed for 4 nights and the only problem we had with the hotel was one of the doors to one of the rooms we stayed wouldn't stay locked. We requested assistance several times it would lock then the next time you went to leave the door was unlocked and wouldn't lock.... The front desk did comp our stay for that room which was appreciated. The hotel […] was nice, we met with several employees bartender, one of the cooks, and maintenance they were all great people. It was one of the most awesome time spent in a while . Whole family was with me and my wife and plan to do the same next year . The only thing the Hilton did not provide was the snow .

staff was very friendly. we never saw one that did not ask us if we needed anything or were we enjoying our stay. the waitress in the dining room was exceptionally courteous and giving us directions on how to go to Asheville, etc.

This was by far the best night my new hubby and I spent on our honeymoon, we booked at the last minute, and still got a room with a fireplace, and a little bit of a mountain view. Not to mention how fast the checking in and out was, we didn't have a lot of time our last day so their speedy checkout was amazing! Enjoyed our stay at this new Hilton Garden Inn. The room was nicely designed and included a gas log fireplace. We were rather upset with ourselves after having stayed only one night in this beautiful new property. See, we had rented a luxury cabin (for 4 nights after our stay here) so our one evening at the Hilton Garden Inn just wasn't enough. Arrived to a beautiful and cheerful lobby with friendly staff. Our room was well appointed with a comfortable bed that could be adjusted from firm to soft. Nice quiet location. Enjoyed the relaxing "Happy Hour" after a busy day touring Gatlinburg. The breakfast buffett was cooked to order, we would definitely stay again!!
Convenient, Once you are parked all you need to do is walk. Almost everything is in walking distance. Staff is helpful and friendly

Check in was easy. Location was easy walking distance to Ober Gatlinburg, but on one end of the strip. Easy access (1/2 mile) to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Clean, small room. Bed was not extremely comfortable, but definitely adequate. Friendly service staff. Overall a great stay.

this hotel was very clean. the staff was very helpful go get us an extra room for friends who decided to come meet us for the weekend. the beds took a little to get used to but very comfortable. We thought the room was a bit pricey. We have stayed at other less expensive hotels that were just as nice and clean that included breakfast.

This Hotel was an good choice to stay at with two exceptions......It's location was off the beaten path, in Gatlingburg. It's located on Riverroad which is a back street, and there is limited access to the main street, where all the attractions are, and there are no rooms in the lower price range with balconies. "Great Anniversary Weekend"
My husband and I booked this hotel for our first wedding anniversary weekend. It is beautiful and in a great location right off of the parkway. The room was very modern and upscale.... In a totally different league than most of the other hotels in Gatlinburg. The only thing we didn't like was there wasn't an outdoor pool.... and I was a shocked that […] two members of the dining staff at breakfast were arguing with each other in front of customers, but that wouldn't stop me from going back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, was able to park the car the entire weekend and walk everywhere but go back to a nice quiet room. Room could have been a little cleaner - fingerprints all over outside of the microwave and fridge. Pool was wonderful tempature but there were beer cans behind lounges poolside. The hotel was perfect. Friendly staff, indoor pool, close to many attractions, and less than 1 mile from the park entrance. I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was very clean and we were well accommodated.

I was really impress with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night we arrived, we ordered room service. The food was delicious and the wait was not bad. Their breakfast buffet was great. Definitely would stay at this hotel again, if I visit Gatlinburg in the future.
