Though..I stayed in this hotel almost 5 years ago..but now the condition and rooms are pathetic.

Due o recent construction, it took me time to find to the hotel location. And the fact that Hotel Neon Signage was turned off in night didn't help. Hotel staff was helpful and rooms were in decent shape and clean. Room service was prompt. The outdoor hotel on second terrace can use some styling and upgradation. Good hotel but wi fi is not free - charge 500 per day! Lot of noise outside; service was good; clean hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here. Bandra is an exciting, busy neighbourhood so you don't come here for quiet, but there's lots to explore in the immediate vicinity and its very convenient to many different Mumbai highlights. Great restaurants in walkable distance include "Eat around the corner" (great, healthy options, although noisy) and Candies. The […] "gold" room was immaculately clean, which is always my main comfort concern. The bed was very hard, but this is typical of anywhere you find that is below 5-stars in India, so not actually a consideration for this price-point. I went for a couple of days where I had to travel to the Bandra Kurla Complex for work. The stay was very friendly and they helped me get transportation to wherever I went at a moments notice. The breakfast was good too.

Exceeded expectations. We could order dinner at 11pm and had room service that was so good!

The staff which "greeted" us were rude, mumbling their way through the check-in process. As a foreigner, they were particularly interested in "my card" -- which the manager was incapable of defining exactly what it was he was asking for. In the end, they copied my passport (not all staff were rude, but many of them seemed competent only in standing […] around and staring at you like zombies in a B movie). The room was designated as a Silver Room, which was small, dingy, damp -- complete with bedspread with various dark stains. The bathroom was okay. The balcony overlooked into trees and the street below. One of the two lifts were under repair and a source of sporadic noise starting around 8am or so. We didn't bother with the complimentary breakfast. Over all, not a good place for couples and more geared towards single travelers who don't mind some grime and rude or indifferent staff. Location was good, staff was very nice, but I think the hotel is used partially by guests from the night clubs nearby as a single night stay. The beds were a little gross, and we found blood on our towels and sheets. Kind of strange...

I had a meeting at BKC and needed somewhere close by for one night. I had asked for the complimentary airport pick up and although their representative was at the airport as I came out, there was a half hour wait for the car to arrive which was unfortunate especially after a long haul flight. The hotel is a 3 star and as such, although somewhat basic, […] it conforms to expectations. The location is superb for shopping and eating although for me that was not a concern. The hotel also has an Oriental restaurant attached as well as a bar and night club, neither of which I had occasion to experience. If you want Indian food at the hotel room service is the only option. The included breakfast was pretty basic and I had a masala omelette which was rather good. But the standout expereince for me was the tea at breakfast which was served from a small chaiwallah type of container and was far and away the best tea I have ever had in any hotel of any standard anywhere, and I'm including top 5 stars! Stayed for 5 nights as a base for exploring Mumbai. Room was next to lift shaft which was most awful noise constantly, Bedsheets were not changed at all during stay, we watched the same burn mark move around the bed as obviously just moved them around, sink/bathroom wasnt cleaned but got fresh towels. staff cheeky but hardworking. A hotel that cannot be faulted for location. The room could be cleaner (saw a few creepy crawlies). Mattress was not the best. Room well equipped. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Close to airport in badra, nice area for one day transfer,the breakfast is just sufficient, ask for a room far from the elevator to not to be hear it all night...

okay so positive points: Location, price, good service. Negative points: everything is older than the pictures, elevator is scary, AC is too loud, few bugs and cockroaches here and there. Hotellet utlovar gratis taxi till och från flygplatsen. Kom inte och hämtade oss. Och när vi skulle åka hem hade de glömt boka och lät oss betala en taxi som de vinkade in från gatan. Bilderna på hotellet är ej korrekta. Bilden på baren är korrekt. restaurangen och takterrassen finns inte. Dock väldigt prisvärt och området är ok.
