Such a luxus. We got a suite room and it was worth the price.

Nice and clean hotel with spectacular pool area. Short boat trip to skytrain station(Saphan Taksin), where is great connection to City center(National station or Siam) and Patpong (Sala Daeng). You can also take river boat (Saphan Taksin) to the old town and see Wat Pho etc.

Hinta/laatusuhteeltaan ok vaihtoehto Bangkokin keskustahotelliksi, ei kuitenkaan kaikilta osin saamansa 4,5 tähden tasoinen. Saimme lapsiperheelle sopivan 2 makuuhuoneen sviitin kohtuuhinnalla. Very helpful staff and even the smallest rooms are great. Great pool area and awesome breakfast. I highly recommed!

Hieno hotelli ja upeat näkymät ainakin riverside huoneesta. Kohtelias palvelu ja hyvä aamupala. Allasosasto mukava ja ei uskoisi että on miljoonakaupungin keskellä. Hyvänä bonuksena vielä,että hotellilla on oma ilmainen laiva kuljetus lähimpään venesatamaan/ skytrain asemalle

+ Nice hotel and pool area, good breakfast. Shuttle boat to BTS is very important beacuse a little far from city centre. - Two person from reception try to get us upgrade our room ( we had a basic room with city view) but we didn't after that was very difficult to get early check-in and they had only two bed rooms available and etc.

Great hotel with good price/quality. Service ran smoothly, the pool was great, rooms spacious and breakfast buffet had wide selection of good food. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Chatrium Riverside Hotel for 4 nights. And we liked it a lot. The hotel is located by the river, so it´s not in the city center. But it´s really easy to get to the city center by boot and sky train or by taxi (both cost about 1-2€).The rooms were big and comfortable. We had a riverside room so wi-fi was included. Hotel is on river and rooms have great views. Clean, modern, good breakfast right on river patio. Short free hotel shuttle boat down river to a main stop for all ferries and a lot of tours on river. I'm in Asia all the time and this was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service was AMAZING. View was AMAZING! Get a river view room. You won't regret it. This hotel ROCKS!!!!

Very nice hotel, will stay again. Nice view from hotel resturant over river. Good variety of food at breakfast. Shower powerful. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. Free ferry at regular intervals to nearest train station. Pool looked nice, we didnt have time to swim.

We stayed in Chatrium for 5 days in early April as our Bangkok base to see the sights. The hotel is modern, clean and service and condition throughout the hotel was excellent. The location right on the river provides quick access to Bangkok's sights, skytrain etc. through the boat service provided by the hotel. Very poor maintenance and cleanliness. They need to hire people who want to work. I have stayed at other hotels in Thailand that have their act together, but this hotels needs to get a new maintenance & house keeping manager.

Great place, would highly recommend this hotel, the riverside rooms have great views, the grounds are beautiful, the infinity pool is very nice with a great view across the river and city. The suites are very large and comfortable shuttle ferry right to the BTS station. Hotel sent a BMW to pick up my family of 5 with 5 suitcases so then we had to wait for a van, room was not ready even though we arrived at 3pm to check in, someone else's sock was left in one of the bedrooms, room service food quality was TERRIBLE, burnt hamburger, really sweet pasta, thin bland pizza, black mold around the caulking of the shower stall, […] never any chairs available around the gorgeous pool. Very comfortable beds, beautiful pool, amazing views from the balcony of our 16th floor room...however only one chair on the balcony of the two bedroom suite for 5 people. We had a pleasant stay at Chatrium Riverside for 3 nights. The hotel staff were friendly and always had a welcome smile on their faces. Buffet breakfast was OK.

Staff were always very friendly. Shuttle boat from hotel was extremely handy and always exactly on time. The staff was wonderful. From the car that picked us up from the airport, to concierge, to the house keepers... we had a great experience. I would recommend a stay here.

My Brother & I stayed there 2 nights before preceding elsewhere at the beginning of our 2nd visit to Thailand & it was good, however on our way back staying there before coming home we stayed there again and found the even better service, room, & hospitality. Really convenient access to river transport, rather than using the streets. Traveled by river transport to most of the sites we wanted to visit as this was very convenient and cost effective means of getting about. Free boat service provided by the Hotel was excellent. Very nice to be right on the River overlooking Bangkok. Worth paying more for a high floor with a view. This hotel is nice, and well located. The big rooms are REALLY, REALLY BIG! The hotel is bright and modern, with large rooms - ours was on the 30th floor and had a small kitchen area should we have needed it - with good access to shopping and sights. They have a free shuttle boat to take you to Central Pier, from where you can catch the Sky Train. This is easy and cheap to use, punctual and clean too. Everything was just awesome at Chatrium. We stayed at 33rd floor in 36 floor hotel. The view was amazing all the day, especially at night. It was like sparkling stars on the earth at night.

We stayed 3 nights at chatrium riverside , we enjoyed it very much, nice breakfast , the boat shuttle to thaksin connects the hotel to lovely places in Bangkok and makes it easy to get around. In the early of Feb 2013, we've booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family vacation. The experience is wonderful, it's fall on their service ; food & staff attitude towards customer. The only way need to improve is the room cleanliness and the maintenance. But I will come back again.

This hotel was more than we expected. The surrounding neighborhood was dirty. But most of Bangkok is dirty anyway. very good location, along the river with a shuttle boat connecting you directly to the Metro station and the express boat. Very new hotel - excellent buffet in the evening and in the breakfast. Good for families as there is a nice swimming pool.

whether it was because we were exhausted or that the Chatrium was beautiful I can't judge but we were very happy with our stay. Attention to detail was very good. The design of the rooms was very good, as was the view. And we were only on the 15th floor.

Great, living at 2107 Chatrium made us so comfortable that we lost track of all the must see sights in Bangkok. Destination Bangkok will always be destination Chatrium Riverside for us.
