Excellent stay all-around. Apartments are large, beds really comfortable. Washer and dryer (with soap powder in a small bag) a huge benefit for multi-day travelers. Breakfast was good, internet fast. This was a great hotel in a good location. Not the cheapest, but a great value because of the size of the suite - two bedrooms and a sitting room for the price of a regular hotel room. It was clean and had a nice pool / exercise facility.

Great hotel but breakfast buffet is a little expensive. The hotel restaurant closes early so when I came in from a late flight from Madrid we had to look for another place to eat. Next to it is an American Diner with excellent food and reasonable price. Make sure to mention that you want a room with the river view.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, close to old town and in the financial district. Great for business or just visiting Frankfurt.

We are fans of the Adina/Medina brand and this Adina does not disappoint. Great value for money provided accommodation with up to date facilities serviced friendly and helpful staff. I've stayed at Adian multiple times, and when my travel takes me to Frankfurt twice a year, I always check here for availability first. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is good, the rooms are clean and modern, and it's only a short walk to the street car or subway, which is very convenient.

I loved this hotel. Very modern and spacious and the kitchen area was handy for breakfast although I cant imagine actually cooking anything in my bedroom!! Just over the river is a lovely area for evening with lots of restaurants. Handy for main railway and quiet location.

We were very impressed by the kitchenette and separate bedroom, very good value for such a central hotel. Excellent shower.

The cuisine included good old Australian Hamburgers and good Australian Wines - which is very refreshing after a month o'seas! All in all a great experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Adina in Frankfurt. The hotel was spacious for any standard with a sitting area and kitchenette. The location was convenient since it is only about 2 blocks from the river and in a nice quiet area in town. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Perfect accommodation for business or travelling with a young family. Staff were helpful and hotel was clean and modern.

The Adina Hotel in Frankfurt is a beautiful hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. My travelling companions and I enjoy a gorgeous view of Frankfurt from the balcony in a spacious one bedroom suite. Their attention to detail was excellent. I made special requests during my booking and everything from the view to the bedding requirements were done. […] The location in the center of the city near the river is within walking distance of the train lines and wonderful restaurants. The brunch was wonderful and well worth the price. The fitness center with cardio equip, weights, a swimming pool and sauna were better than I ever could have expected. Having a wonderful bar to relax in at the end of a long time to socialize was a great plus too. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great rooms in a convenient location but front desk staffs aloof and unfriendly attitude detracted from our stay

Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt has got to be a truly 4.5 star hotel. It's located just a few blocks away from the main train station so very handy to get around. Don't be fooled by the not-so-stand-out building the rooms inside are lovely. We were in a studio apartment and that was spacious enough with its own lounge and dining area. We were on the […] 10th floor which was just high enough to have a very good view of the city on the small balcony. The bathroom was clean and modern looking despite a lack of mini toiletries; there's only 2 mini bars of soup, a small bottle of body lotion and bodywash/shampoo in a dispenser in the bath. The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, sink, pans, cutlery, etc. which we didn't use except the kettle for hot water. Unfortunately it was broken (worked but didn't switched itself off when the water was boiling and water was leaking out slowly), and when we asked the reception to change it they didn't understand what I was referring to so it wasn't fixed. Perhaps I should have paid more attention in German class! ;) All in all, a fantastic hotel, will stay there again and also at other Adina Apartment Hotels. Lisätietoja

Washer and Dryer inside of a room was great! Bigger than a hotel suite. Modern stylish (kinda of feel like IKEA)

Just stayed one night to catch our flight in the morning. I thought the airport would be closer, but it was a 20 minute cab ride (with no traffic.) Located close to the river and near the museums this is a fine location. Large rooms are ideal for a family stay. Directions from the airport a a bit of a challenge - make sure you have a good map or GPS.

The Adina Hotel was centrally located, near the Roemer, Dom, museums, Main River, Hauptbahnhof, and Willy-Brandt Platz U-Bahn. Great views of the Main River and city from the hotel balcony. The hotel had a great breakfast, but it was overpriced. You're much better off frequenting a nearby restaurant for dining. We only had two problems with our stay in this hotel: 1) one of the throw pillows on the bed was dirty and had some sort of disgusting substance on it; and 2) they tried to charge us for some items that had been consumed out of the minibar prior to our check in. we found the hotel to be well located and rooms very comfortable and classy.. we did wait over an hour for our dinner in the resterant on the first night but over all a lovely stay..

We were lucky to stay at this hotel so conveniently located to all me wanted to see and do, e.g. the opera is next door. The staff were very helpful - we arrived early after a long flight and were given access to our room which had an interesting city view.

Adnia hotel Frankfurt is very nice and in a very good location near the city center and the financial district. Just make sure you know where you are going because if you make a wrong turn, you will end up in a very bad part of town near the main train station. It would have been nice if they had an actual coffee maker instead of just a water heater for instant coffee. Also, the flat panel TV was nice, but the TV programming is very limited and in standard definition only. The internet access was fast and worked great, but it’s not free. However, the fees are very reasonable. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and a bar with friendly staff and reasonable prices. There is also a very nice American style restaurant and bar about a half a block away. The front desk and the hotel staff were, for the most part, professional and friendly. Most of them spoke English fairly well. A couple of times when I offered additional information about what I needed, they cut me off to let me know they got it. It seemed a bit rude at the time, but not that big of a deal really. Maybe it’s just a German thing :-) Also, when I asked for some more sugar for my instant coffee, I never heard back from them. The hotel and breakfast were fantastic. We were amazed by the size of the rooms - they turned out to be a small apartment with 2 double bedrooms. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 business travellers and ended up with 4 double bedrooms between us. Hotel apartment of its own style. Frequent business travelers like me who're tired of Hiltons the like's grand decor, chandeliers... highly recommend this. Spacious apartment, washing machine, laundry dryer, roomy fridge, stove and a useful meal table, make you happy as home after a hard day of work. Friendly, well behaved, classy businessmen neighbors. […] Not the holiday mood kind of hotel so if you are for holiday this is not going to be one for you, go get an ibis. Good breakfast, yes cold cuts and cold cuts but with a lot more other selections. As an Asia what's more enjoyable to cook your own instant noodle and make your own chinese tea after hanging out with colleagues with loads of beer in your stomach. the hotel was nice, new and the service very god god location for business and show but expensive in some way ; breakfast not included 19 euro, internet charged [ ?! ] and I don't understand I prefere a rate that's included the basic service and breakfast & internet today are basic !

Great location, well kept hotel , good breakfast, try to reserve high floor rooms so you can enjoy the river view.

I was in Europe for 7 weeks and stayed at some good hotels...this was the best hotel. The breakfast is a bit expensive, comparitively, but there is a grocery store in the old town section and the hotel room has a refrige & micro-oven - which balances out the cost of meals.

We got in and the lady who was at the counter did not even look at us, no eye contact, she was on the phone and there we were for about 6 seconds and we said hello as she did not. Then we told her that we had a reservation and after doing the check in she asked for our credit card to leave a deposit, so we handed it to her when she says "theres no credit" […] we knew that there was so we could not believe it, we asked how much she was charging it for, when she says $700 euros. We got upset as we did not understand why she was doing it for so much when we had already payed for the hotel in advance. She did not excuse herself as she made a mistake and she kept on insisting that the amount of $700 is what they always charge for a deposit. We had a bad start, no eye contact, no greeting and then taking advantage and charging an incorrect amount. Besides this the apartment that they gave us was very comfortable but dark, you could not open the curtains they had to be closed all the time and I fely I was in a burial home. We were just stopping over between flights on a long journey and this place offered us the comfort we needed to get necessary rest. Very nice!

Hotel check in was vert efficient. The gentleman checking us in spoke perfect English. Our flight arrived at 10 so tried to check into hotel at 11.30am which was early. We were allowed to check in at 12.30 which we were verty pleased about. He also gave us a map of Frankfurt adn pointed out where the hotel was located, the main shopping street adn the […] xmas markets. The hotel location was excellent. Our room was warm adn clean. It also contained a fridge, microwave, hob & kettle. The only thing we would have preferred were harder pillow & a double bed clothing instead of single as we asked for a double room. One word: wow. That is all I can really say about this hotel. It was perfect. Large comfortable room with all the fixings of a small apartment(fridge, stove, dishwasher, couch, dining set...) The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, the stainless steel pool was refreshing while the sauna felt great, location was outstanding we […] were able to walk to everywhere easily. It was very nice hotel , clean and organized. The room was very pleasant and the service of the reception was high quality and fast. We had a little slow service at the hotel's restaurant, but for general it was very fine. I would like to visit there again.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I am happy every time. Rooms are big (includes living room, kitchen, bedroom). Bathroom is also big. Everything is extremely clean. Staff is very helpful.

New hotel with great location. For European hotel room (two bedrooms, kitchen. living area, and two large bathrooms) was very large and nicely appointed. Close to train station and historic Frankfurt. Only trouble with room was that circuit breakers blew four times during the middle of the night and I had to reset in the dark with no lights or ventilation. […] Another issue was my children were using the indoor pool when a German couple entered and the man decided to swin nude in the pool while my 10 year old daughter was swimming in the pool.
