Huoneissa on parvekkeet, josta on seuraava näköala: valtameri. Majoitusliikkeen The Watercrest by Oaseas Resorts ilmastoitujen huoneiden palveluihin kuuluvat pesukoneet/kuivausrummut ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Televisiossa on digitaalikanavat.Kaikissa huoneissa on puhelin sekä ilmaiset paikallispuhelut (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Kaikissa huoneistoissa on keittiö, jossa on liesituuletin, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi ja astianpesukone. Kaikki hotellin The Watercrest by Oaseas Resorts vierashuoneet ovat savuttomia.

If arriving after the front desk has closed, guests should locate a list of instructions and lock boxes outside of the front desk and call the after-hours check-in line. The agent will collect the cleaning fee and limited damage waiver fee and check guests in over the phone. The agent will give guests the code to a lock box containing their room key.
Guests are provided with parking a maximum of two vehicles per room (surcharges apply).

I choose this condo comples because it was away from the main area of Panama where most Spring Brealkers stay. Overall, I was happy with the stay, but my unit 1205, was dirty, especially the bathrooms. There was hair still on the floor at check-in, moldy shower curtains, and dirty sinks in both bathrooms. "could use updates and repairs"
Hotel grounds were extremely nice and well kept but the two units we had needed major repairs and updating. All furnishings were very worn and dirty looking and there were unpleasant odors. Kitchen equipment was dirty, nasty and needed to be replaced. The sliding screen to one balcony was in room, not on door. I would stay at this hotel again. Close to the beach, clean and quiet. Close to great restaruants and shopping.

The accomidations were excellent, however the services were lacking. Perhaps I am not used to a condo rental but I was promised free wifi and there were no instructions at all on how to access the wifi, I called and was given a user name and password but that did not work. Also, there were 6 remotes sitting on the TV stand. 3 had no batteries and the […] other 3 did not work the TV. Could not tell which remote worked the TV. We were disappointed with our accommodations at Watercrest. The carpets were stained, the overall condition of the building was somewhat rundown. While we were in the room one morning, maintenance showed up unannounced and said they were there to repair the railing along the balcony for our room.

Hotel was right on beach. I did have an issue with the inadequate amount of parking. We had to park on the street next to hotel when we came in one night because there were no more parking spaces, of which i paid a daily rate to use. Air condition and cable was out, but staff came an fixed.

The condo was nice and well maintained. Elevators were very slow and hot. I was quite surprised when I checked in that the Watercrest charged me an additional $147 for cleaning and maintenance (only there 2 nights). I have never been charged a fee like this one and I have stayed at many condos in Panama City. I will not return because of the fees. Very disappointed in the unit we were assigned-1202. It was cjean but very worn out. One couch has a visable tear in the cushions- chairs with holes in them, 2nd bedroom with bed covers that did not match or fit the beds,only 4-5 mismatched tumblers, 1 glass, 1 beer mug, walls with many marks, floor molding in need of repair, faucet cover in hall bathtub […] about to fall off. The condo we were in was adequate and appeared to be hotel owned as opposed to a private owner. Decor could use updating, however, it was clean. Rooms were spacious. Our condo (1205) was beachfront but had a limited view of the water due to the design of the building. Be aware that you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee and a $25 damage deposit upon […] check in. This is in addition to the rental and tax charges. A major inconvenience to us was there was NO cell phone coverage inside the condos nor on the balconies. You have to go to the parking lot outside area to use a cell phone. Our stay that The Watercrest by Oaseas Resorts was pleasant. The room was very clean & spacious; however, many of the necessities that most condos have, this one did not (eg. limited cookware in kitchen, and no dust pan or mop was available, only a broom). This is a great condo if you plan to take a bunch of people and split the cost. The condo itself charges you an additional cleaning fee on top of what you already paid to hotels.com. The rooms were spacious and had an all around view of the gulf of mexico. One room had a King and the other had 2 Queen beds. Great Experience for family of 5. Room was accomodating and think we had the best view of the ocean.
