Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport - Jacksonville

Located conviniently by I-95 for a nightly stopover on a road-trip. Room was big, clean and nice to sleep in. All and all a very good place to stay overnight.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

We booked the Hyatt Place as a last minute reservation when our flight was delayed so long that another hotel had given our room away. The front desk staff was super sweet, even offering to make us dinner, in spite of the fact the grill had closed 20 minutes before we got there. Convenience abounds at Hyatt Place, Jacksonville Airport. Airport Shuttle, Near I-95, and very good breakfast choices.

Shuttle bus a big plus, especially since my plane landed late evening.Great breakfast, with generous selection of items. Room size comfortable, suite-like layout.

The hotel is nice, with large rooms, pleasant staff, convenient shuttle service. However, during both of our two night stays, our sheets had holes in them! It was very strange in an otherwise nice hotel to have very poor bedding! We asked our maid to change them after our first night, which she did, but the second set weren't much better. The Hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly. I will definately stay at another Hyatt Place. Great Value too!

We stayed at this hotel on our way from VA to Orlando. It was fantastic. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The continental breakfast was better than we usually get at other hotels, and the staff was friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy. The sheets appeared wrinkled & had what looked like hair in them. That was somewhat disappointing considering the cleanliness of the hotel in general. The breakfast bar was well stocked with several item choices.

Despite obvious over booking, the staff coped v, well. The breakfast area was a mad rush, as everyone decided to decend at the same time. But they coped better than any of the normal places within this catagory.

The staff and management went out of their way to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one..I would definitely go back

We--two adults and two little kids--stayed here one night on the way in to Florida and the night before we left Florida. It's very convenient to the airport with a free shuttle, and the junior suite met all our needs with two queen beds and a fold-out sofa, plus fridge and sink in the mini-kitchen. We stayed for just one night. Nice hotel and a great breakfast. There was some nasty weather rolling in in the late night hours but we slept right through it. Safe place and comfortable.

In town on business and was able to bring my family along which included my wife and 4 year old daughter. Hyatt Place is a wonderful product and this property is an exceptional example. Easy to locate, very modern decor, and a delightful area restaurant that delivers to your room which was such a treat after a very long drive (The Mill House, highly […] recommended). We were only expecting pizza or chinese available for delivery. The staff at the property was always accommodating upon each encounter. Breakfast was plentiful and with much variety. Amazing staff...so friendly and helpful!

The hotel was beautiful, and clean. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was great. I highly recomend this hotel.

Wonderful stay. Room was nice, clean and very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and the staff was gracious and very hospitable. The breakfast was great. I will definately stay there with future visits to Jacksonville.

We have stayed at several Hyatt Place hotels, and we are always impressed. The customer service is great, the hotels are very nice, and the rooms are very spacious and comfy. There is a new shopping center right down the road with several restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the service was fine. If I had one complaint it would the A/C. The unit was one side of the room and the thermostat on the other. In order to cool down you had to set it too low.

This is an awesome hotel. Friendly and professional employees. Spacious rooms with separate seating area and huge HDTV. Mini fridge in room. Now serving a hot breakfast in nice surroundings. Many restaurants within 1 mile AND the hotel offers food 24 hours a day. Free parking and shuttle to the airport. This place can't be beat.

Excellent front desk service. Room was very clean and good counter space and mirrors. Linens were pristene and bathroom clean Main and pull out bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Liked the option of the coffee/bar sit down area at other times. Suggest clock by the pull out couch. Suggest that more privacy between the couch and bed is required. […] (May not always be parents/children sharing). Movies are a ridiculous price. The $4.99 was a ruse. Anything worth watching was almost $20! I would not pay more than $6.99 plus tax for a hotel room movie - I can watch many of the same movies through NetFlix on my computer. Lisätietoja

I occasionally stay at this hotel for business. Close to the airport...and shopping & dining for after the workday. Always clean and comfortable.

wonderful accommodations - however, we confirmed three times that there was a shuttle to the CRUISE port (not just the airport) and we were assured all three times that there was a FREE shuttle to the cruise port - not only was it not FREE, but there was no shuttle available!

Excellent hotel near everything you need. Great price also.

Hotel was above our expectations. Staff was cordial. We were so pleased with this hotel that we stayed a second time on our return home. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Pleasantly surprised by how new everything was. Automated kiosks for checking in and out of the hotel. Decent breakfast. Very large king room with nice couch and big 42 inch tv.
