Terrific hotel, great in every way, huge room and very, very clean and comfortable. All staff were helpful and pleasant. Only drawback was the sound transfer through walls... family next door let what seemed like 20 children literally bounce off the walls all day/evening, and tear up and down the hallway screaming, letting their room door slam loudly […] shut an average of once every 45 seconds. Don't get me wrong, I'm a parent, I just wouldn't allow my kids to behave in such a way. Nasty little boy pushed past my missus coming off the elevator and almost knocked a hot cup of coffee out of her hand onto himself.. That would have set him to dancing about! TIP: you went to Fargo to shop; don't take your kids, just to drag them around West Acres for 8 hours then let their little sugar-laden bodies loose back at the hotel. An hour in the pool just won't cut it. All the other families with crying kids in the mall seemingly are having the same experience. But seriously, that could happen anywhere. "Large, comfortable guest rooms"
My daughter and I stayed here for a college visit. We couldn't believe how large the room was! It was clean and comfortable. They had nice breakfast choices including waffles, yogurt, cereals, hard-boiled eggs, and more. We were happy with our decision to stay at this hotel. Some friends stayed in a less expensive hotel about 10 minutes closer to the […] airport and NDSU and were VERY disappointed that for a bit more money they could have had clean and welcoming conditions. "Good place"
The Settle Inn was a pleasant place to stay. The hotel appears to be new, was clean and is decorated in a faux lodge style. The room was very clean, large and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard, but a nice touch was the homemade bread. My night there was quiet, but the room wasn't as soundproof as some of the others I've stayed […] in. We travelled with young children and found the room to be very big, comfortable and clean. We had a connecting door in our room and would have asked for another room if we hadn't arrived so late and were so tired- the connecting door wasn't very soundproof but it was late and the other family retired around midnight too. The pool area was decent, smaller […] than others we've stayed at but kids still had a good time. There were a few adults (fathers) horsing around quite a bit on the waterslide and my kids were too hesitate to use the slide because of that. The breakfast was good, however, the set up could be improved- got very congested in the side room where they had the food placed. Overall, good hotel and would stay again if the price was right. We could only stay for one of our two booked nights. We cancelled our second night and went to the Ramada. Although this hotel was clean, we could not accept the following..poor soundproofing, lousy breakfast, uncomfortable pillows, the curtains were too thin to block out the light..it was bright at 7 am..not good if you want to sleep in, overchlorinated […] pool. Can't say enough about this place. Everytime I stay here the quality of service and cleanliness are consistently superb. Many restaurants close by and easy to get to off of the interstate.

Was put in a room next to the pool, so loud the walls were shaking, constant running up and down halls until after 11 pm and started up again at 7 am. If an adult that just wants to use pool and hot tub for relaxation this in probably not what you are looking for, no matter what time of day the pool/hot tub was always full of kids. "Located Quiet and peaceful"
This hotel was really wonderful. We recieved a corner room and it was just HUGE! There were so many options for tv channels, and the breakfast selection was amazing. There were a couple of negitives that made us rate it a four. The bathtub didn't drain very well. "Outstanding Facility!"
I'm a business traveler and I wish I could stay in a place like this EVERY night! Large rooms, refrigerators, microwaves, comfortable beds, felt 'new', although i couldn't guess how old it was. Very nice pool area, especially for young kids, although I didnt use it. Nice breakfast too, you can't go wrong with this one!

The banging of room doors coupled with being close to the pool was probably the worst motel experience that we have had. The extreme banging of doors (next door) along with running up and down the hall late into the evening made for a poor stay. The room cleanup crew was banging on the door at 08:00 in the morning (2 times ). Not Good

"Settle Inn,Fargo,ND"
This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and it was excellent. The service was great, the rooms were big and the ammenities were awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer. I would definately reccomend this to all my friends and family. I didn't even get charged for my local call to a pizza place. Where as, at the Courtyard, Marriot they charged […] me 75¢ to call a local pizza joint. Thanks to the staff at the Settle Inn for a pleasant stay at your hotel. "Everything but the bed"
I stayed at Settle in because of the great rate I received for my honeymoon suite. Everything about the hotel and surrounding areas was great with the exception of the king size mattress. it was too hard and both my wife and I had a rough couple nights sleep. I was very happy to see that the hotel was very clean, only 2 years old. It was close to shopping. The continental breakfast was quite good. Lots to choose from. Coffee was excellent! The room was super clean and I was very happy and comfortable. I would stay here again!

"Convenient and friendly"
Nice clean hotel, very friendly helpful staff - had a problem with the TV remote and hotel staff was there in less than 5 minutes to help us out. Great to have a microwave, fridge and wifi come standard in the room. HUGE bathroom! Great free breakfast which even included scrambled eggs and sausages. Pool was small and shallow, my 14 year old was not […] impressed and unfortunately no hot tub to soak in after a hard day of shopping! Otherwise a great value. Lisätietoja
Great hotel to stay at - big clean, modern rooms and great breakfast. The only concerns were that the elevator is very slow and the stairs are at the ends of the hotel and not convenient to get to, as well as the lack of seating for breakfast when it is busy. "GREAT HOTEL"
VERY nice hotel...clean...great breakfast...nice staff!! Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Nice and close to shopping. Will definately stay there again!! This was our second time and will go there again and again.
Room was clean, spacious and accessible. Neighbors in next room were very loud with no respect for other travellers - children screaming, banging etc. with no attempt by parents to diffuse the situation. Breakfasts were ample. Parking very good. Staff very courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay again but would hope for better neighbors!

The room was unnecessarily large with a great deal of excess space, which was wonderful, but the sound-proofing was not very good. You could hear the people upstairs and in the hall clear as day.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during our 10-day holiday to the USA. This one was, by far, the BEST. The hotel is clean, new and inviting, and the breakfast is exceptional. Staff are very friendly. It is located just a very few minutes from the shopping centre. The price was also more than reasonable.

"Clean comfortable room next to Zoo"
The hotel is fairly new so it is very clean and in good condition. The rooms are big and the bathroom is quite spacious. I found the bed a bit firm for my liking but others may prefer the hardness of the beds. We did not use the pool as the smell of over chlorination was too strong to handle in the pool area. "More than your money's worth"
The Settle Inn in Fargo is FABULOUS. It was our last night of a 3.5 week vacation, staying in hotels across south western USA. Honestly - it was one of the best! Spacious, super clean, great ammenities - we will be back!!!

The hotel is located right off of I-94 so it was very easy to find. The Golden Corral Restaurant, Applebees, The Pizza Ranch and The Taco Shoppe are all within walking distance so food was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and decent continental breakfast. The hotel has a little snack bar in the front lobby where you can get pop, chips, candy, […] etc pretty reasonably priced. My daughter loved this rather than the vending machines. The room was pretty basic but very clean and comfortable. Only two small problems: 1) the air conditioning unit in the room is very loud when it's running so in the middle of the night (if you're a light sleeper) it tends to wake you up; 2) took awhile to figure out how to get the TV channels to work and there wasn't much to choose from when we did. We had 12 channels and 2 of them were local talk channels (book TV and politics) and one wasn't working the whole time we were there. There was HBO but that was hit or miss. "Great place, great value."
This hotel stay was very nice, even with it being sold out we did not find it loud as other guests had commented. Breakfast was sufficient. Bed was comfy, and the whirlpool tub was terrific. All in all a very nice hotel and we will certainly stay again.
