The service was excellent. We had a large family group, of four generations, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating in all ways.

We didn't receive satisfaction in our demand. We asked by phone for a east view. Our demand was recorded. Then our room was on the west side. We were 4 couples staying in your hotel, we've had the more expensive price for the less satisfaction stay.

No doubt It's a nice hotel, but I didn't feel pampered at all. There was no complimentary cocktail hour, no complimentary breakfast - no complimentary anything. Everything costs extra - and costs a lot! I wouldn't stay there again for leisure.

Really comfortable stay. I arrived early and they didnt have my room ready so they gave me a drink ticket voucher for two cocktails at the Whiskey Rye. After my cocktails came back to the front desk and they had my room key. Ordered room service and it was delicious. Wonderful stay all aroundl Would stay there again.

Having stayed at the omni before, i was not expecting the last experience we had there. Last, as in most recent and as I will never return. we got in after a wedding and ordered room service. Turned down the bed and, WHOA, there was dried crusty blood on the sheets!!! The omni DID NOT change BLOODY sheets, ARE YOU JOKING?!? Needless to say i was disgusted […] and did not eat the room service we just ordered, which they were going to charge us for. they changed the sheets, said sorry, and offered us free breakfast. Unbelievable! I have still NOT heard back from the night manager that said he would take care of the charges. Do not think just because it is more $$$ than an hourly motel that it is any cleaner. This hotel was INCREDIBLE. I stayed on a whim with my boyfriend for a fun night in Fort Worth. It was rainy and cold outside, so we decided to just hit the hotel bar. It was fantastic! The staff was very courteous and polite, the room was amazing, and the views were breathtaking. I will DEFINITELY stay again and encourage my friends to do the same.

I loved this hotel. Front desk was very friendly. Parking attendants very friendly and prompt. Great room service and great housekeeping. Restaurant food is really good. Shuttle service was great. I do not have any complaints about this hotel.

Great service, lovely rooftop garden with heated pool and hot tub, good food at restaurants on site (I'm a big fan of the brisket sliders at Whiskey and Rye). Literally across the street from the convention center. Spotless, stylish room with comfy beds. I would stay again for sure. Of note also had a great massage at the spa on site.

We enjoyed our stay at the Omni. The hotel is still fairly new. The decor is lovely, rooms comfortable, good bar, nice staff. Not a single complaint!!

THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD EVER!!! SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, COMFY ROOM, THE WORKS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! WE WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!

This hotel was a great find. The staff could not be more wonderful

The Omni Ft. Worth is a beautiful hotel with top notch service. The valet and check in were a breeze. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Exactly what I would expect from a top tier hotel. We utilized the complimentary shuttle service several times during our stay. Our driver was prompt and courteous. After a long day we were excited […] to get some much needed rest. Unfortunately, that is where the our GREAT experience ended. The beds were very uncomfortable, noise from the hallway was almost unbearable, and I had to call the front desk just to learn how to turn the shower on. After a less than peaceful nights sleep, we headed downstairs to checkout and someone had vomited near the elevators. My wife an I spend a night or two in Ft. I really enjoyed my weekend getaway at the Omni! Mokara Spa was the best!!!

My husband and I celebrated New Years Eve at the Omni Hotel with friends. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Bob's Steak & Chop House. Walked to Sundance Square to hear live music and see wonderful Christmas lights along the way. Hotel gets 5 stars!

I reserved two nights at the Omni. We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary with a nice train ride from Oklahoma City. When the staff learned about our 50th Anniversary, they upgraded the room to a beautiful suite with balcony and living/dining/office rooms in addition to a lovely bedroom and bathroom. We surely enjoyed our stay and the central […] location which allowed us to visit so many surrounding areas -- even a stage play and, of course, the Stock Yards (a class act). We were a little disappointed in two things: (1) There were almost no magazines or brocures in the room to tell of things to do and where to go in Ft Worth. We found the Chamber of Commerce location down town, though, where the kind people went way out of there way to get us lots of information. (2) Somewhat disappointed also was the evening Christmas Dinner after having seen the menu served in the afternoon, e.g., sushi and shrimp which didn't show up in the evening . We really enjoyed our stay at the Omni. We were there for New Years. Very efficient check-in. Pleasant staff. Valet can get hectic during rush-but they do a good job if they are given time. The bar inside the hotel was a good place to hang out for food and drinks. There are pool tables and live music the night we were there. The room, while not "spacious" […] was very ample for two. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great shower. The hotel is steps fro the train station or many great places to eat, shop, etc. Very safe environment for walkers. Great hotel. Great fitness center, great restaurants, terrific staff. Only thing bad is that the hotel uses a contract valet service, so be prepared for frustration with driveway management and some risk if you let the valet park your car. The hotel is beautiful and well- maintained. We found the staff to be very courteous and helpful, even though the hotel was operating at a very high capacity. Nice experience, very accommodating.

All in all, a pretty good stay. The only negatives I would mention was that the coffee cups with the coffee maker looked like they had been wiped out with a paper towel; they had a large amount of paper lint left in them and didn't appear to be very clean. Also, there was some sort of gathering in downtown Fort Worth, not sure of the nature of it. There […] were some parents allowing young kids to play LOUDLY in the hallway until about 10:30 p.m. Don't get me wrong, I'm a dad with 2 kids. I cannot say enough about the hotel and staff. We got a great price for the room and we were treated like royalty!! I have never seen friendlier people going out of their way to make a great impression!! Truly excellence ... !!

Superb hotel in a fabulous location in downtown Fort Worth. Clean, pretty, excellent staff! Love the Whiskey & Rye bar. Only wish is the air had cooled a little better.

The Omni is a wonderful place to stay with a great staff. The rooms are always very accomodating, clean and relaxing. We did however have a problem with the guest staying directly next to us. Starting at 2:00 am we made our first call to the front desk about the noise, then again at 2:30 and finally at 3:30 am we made our final call. Other than not […] being able to sleep much, the hotel was very nice. It's unfortunate that the noisy guest made our stay less than enjoyable. My daughter and I stayed at the Omni recently and were very pleased. The hotel staff was very helpful. When I asked for directions to a nearby restaurant, they offered to have the hotel driver take us there and pick us up. The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. From the moment when we pulled up and waited for 10 minutes for the valet's to stop checking out some roadster NO ONE took interest in welcoming us OR insuring a good stay. Also, we were awakened throughout the nite as the walls are paper thin The hotel is clean and nicely decorated but that does not make up for everything else.

High quality but ....the room was very nice, nothing special. Pool deck with bar and sitting areas was nice. Spa-not a resort spa. More like a day spa. the price was high for no WOW factor.

The Omni is one of those posh places that looks nice but isn't very comfortable. The rooms have an glass wall on one end. There's tremendous amount of traffic - buses, cars, trains, people - noise. The rooms aren't well insulated so you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms and the hallway. If you stay here, don't forget your ear plugs.

Beautiful hotel. Room was clean except the toilet area in the bathroom smelled of urine.
