Pieni hotelli sivukadulla, josta minuutin kävely hyörinän keskelle. Alueella paljon kojumyyntiä ja ravintoloita. Sivukuja itsessään kumminkin hiljainen. Muille alueille liikkuminen suijui kätevästi tuktukeilla. Huone ei ehkä ollut kaikkein viihtyisin, sopii siis henkilöille, jotka eivät halua viettää aikaansa hotellissa. Ilmasto oli kostea, joten kaikki oli kostean nihkeää. Suihkusta tuli vissiin lähes joka kerta lämmintä vettä. Suihkun kaikkia hierovia ominaisuuksia emme testanneet, joten emme tiedä toimivatko ne :D Plussaa oli aulassa ollut tietokone, jota sai käyttää surffailuun ilmaiseksi. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja auttavaista.

Yhden yön kokemuksella: Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Taksikyytiä lentokentältä kannattaa yrittää tinkiä koska lupauksista huolimatta eivät meinaa löytää perille. Hotellin keltaisen opaskyltin erottaa kuitenkin sivukujalta isomman hotellikadun varrelta jos malttaa tiirailla. Hotellin henkilökunnalta kannattaa kysellä ravintolasuosituksia. Itse pidin kovasti läheisestä kasvisruokamestasta, nimeä en nyt muista mutta alkoi B:llä ja sijaitsi 2 min kävelymatkan päässä "makeisleipomon" yläkerrassa ;) Muualla en ehtinyt pyörimään.

Jostain syystä taksin oli vaikea löytää hotellia, mutta kyselemällä hän löysi paikan. Alueella ei taida sijaita muita hotelleja. Itse hotelli on siisti ja aika pieni (ei paljon huoneita). Huoneet siistit ja palvelu pelasi. Iso tie aika lähellä joten kannattaa muistaa mainita huonetta tilatessa, että saisi huoneen pois päin tieltä. Jos meinaa viettää enemmän aikaa itse hotellilla, niin sitten kannattaa harkita muuta. Palveuita ei ole kovin paljoa. Mutta itselle hotelli toimi mainiosti koska olimme siellä lähinnä yötä pelkästään.

Mukavasti lähellä lentokenttää kaupungin Gurgaon sydämessä sijaitseva The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon Delhi NCR on lähellä kohteita Ambience Mall, DLF Cyber City ja Sahara Mall. Lähistöllä on myös Kingdom of Dreams.

Hotellissa The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon Delhi NCR on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, kuntokeskus ja ulkouima-allas. Langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla (maksullinen) ja majoitusliikkeessä on myös tietokoneasema. Tämän 5 tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukikeskus. Hotelli, jossa on 5 ravintolaa ja myös kahvila ja baari / aulabaari. Vieraille on tarjolla ilmainen aamiainen. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: kiertuejärjestelyt / lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: poreallas, lastenkerho ja kuntokeskus tai -sali.Asiakaspysäköinti sisältyy hintaan. Hotellissa on tupakointialue.
Vierashuoneet.
Huoneissa on parvekkeet, joista on kaupunki tai piha-aluenäköala. The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon Delhi NCR tarjoaa asiakkailleen 411 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja pesukoneet / kuivausrummut. Langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen) on käytettävissä. Huoneessa on 40-tuumainen taulutelevisio, jossa on digitaalikanavat, DVD-soitin ja videopelikonsoli. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, jossa on porealtaat. Kylpyhuoneissa on myös kaksi pesuallasta, televisiot ja vaaka.
Huoneissa on jääkaappi, minibaari ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat kylpytakit ja tohvelit. Lisäksi vierashuoneissa on saatavissa pyydettäessä allergiatestatut vuoteet ja herätyssoitto. Huoneen kunnostus on tarjolla iltaisin ja siivous on saatavissa päivittäin.

"An Oasis Compared to Much of Delhi"
This is a wonderful hotel, even if it is not as close to Delhi as one would like (it is in a city called Gurgaon). We picked it for the first two nights after a flight from Chicago to Delhi and noticed that the hotel is very close the airport and was highly rated. We wanted something where we could rest comfortably and recover from jetlag before hitting […] Delhi and all its sights. The hotel turned out to be better than anything we had imagined. It is a classy place with great rooms, great amenities, great staff, and great restaurants. We had originally planned to stay there for only two nights and then stay in the city, in south central Delhi. "Perfect stay, except for the internet fees"
Indian hotels need to get with the program and not charge for internet. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect, though pricey. We stayed here after my daughter had surgery and were going to be in the room 24 hours a day so it was worth paying for some perks. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had. I had an amazing stay at the Leela, Gurgaon. You truly experience the luxury along with the Indian hospitality at this hotel. "The Leela - The best"
It was a perfect stay for my wife and I. Bathroom clean, spacious, deep bath, shower was incredible - rain shower (the best ever) electronic blinds for bath room window. Rooms, spacious with a 40inch Sony plasma, Bose iPod docking station, (don't stay in room 201. you can hear the noisy fans outside). Stayed in 316. Brilliant with a great view. Staff […] very helpful, was always greeted by name. Check-in was prompt - in your hotel room, not lobby. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. "Excellent hotel but too expensive on services"
While the hotel is quite good they are very expensive on extra services you may use. For example, we have rent the business center for four hours to conduct interviews. We have finished the interviews and we were just sitting there discussing. We haven't realized that we have already spent an extra 45 minutes that we have been charged for a whole hour. […] We have asked not to be charged since we believe that they should have asked first if we want to book for extra hour. "Luxury!"
That's one word that sums it all up. The hotel is as fancy as fancy can be and to top it all got a super deal from hotels.com. The agent at hotels.com who helped me book the hotel was really great. the hotel itself is simply superb. The maintenance of the hotel can be improved a little. When we checked into our room the toilet flush was not working. […] I would've expected them to check this before we were chaproned to our room. The person who checked us in told us that the mini-bar and snacks was complimentary. Had to double check to make sure that was right. The buffet spread was simple spendid. The service in the buffet restaurant has scope for improvement. "Fantastic, unique hotel"
The Kempinski is a great oasis in Delhi. Check-in was almost too over-the-top, with procedures being done en suite. Different, but still a very nice touch. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Few will stay at this hotel without appreciating the bath and shower facilities - quite simply, there are none better. The extravagant bathroom takes some […] living space away from each room, but if you ask me, it's worth it. The location of the hotel is convenient to the airport, although not particularly close to the center of Delhi and a 10 minute taxi ride away from the nearest metro stop. "Man føler sig ægte velkommen."
Jeg har boet på mange lignende hoteller forskellige steder i verden men aldrig følt mig så velkommen som på dette hotel. Lige fra ankomst til afrejse. Personalet forstår at give indtryk af ægte og personlig gæstfrihed og service. Ikke bare som et indstuderet koncept. Og dejligt med en shopping mall "next door". "First Class Ambiente"
Das Hotel bietet jeglichen Luxus den man sich wünscht, gerade wenn man von einer Rundreise zurückkommt. Hätte ich gewusst, dass dieses Hotel so toll ist, hätte ich mehrere Nächte gebucht. Auch das Restaurant mit der Show-Küche hatte einiges zu bieten. Einfach klasse.
