The room was big and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The only thing to complain was that there was no one in the reseption. There was just a phone and you had to call to someone to get service. When we wanted to check in the hotel we couldn't get in. It was a nerv racking to stand outside with all your luggage and just wait for someone to come. Fortunately a nice couple who was staying at the hotel arrived and let us in.

Siisti, moderni, puhdas ja kaikin puolin toimiva hotelli. Tyylikkäät huoneet! Lentokentän läheltä hotellia tarvitsevalle erinomainen sijainti. Hotelli tarjoaa ilmaisen kuljetuksen lentokentälle.

The hotel was situated in the lively Latin Quartier, close to bars and restaurants. The hotel was nice and decorated with care. The kitchen in the room was well equipped. The only problem was that the hotel was slightly too quiet, we didn't come across any other guests while staying there and the front desk was often empty.

Tyynyvalikoima on saatavissa.Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneissa ilmaista langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. "Perfect Stay"
The Westin was perfect! Stayed in a suite with friends for a weekend away. The hotel was clean and the service was great. The location is perfect for walking and dining in the old port and totally accessible if you want to spend time downtown or further North. No complaints!

"Great Hotel!"
I stayed for a few nights at Sofitel Chain Bridge while travelling to Hungary for business and it was excellent. The service is excellent. Facilities are great. Rooms are great. I had a Luxury room but the front desk upgraded me to Executive Club Room with my Accor Gold Card, hence I enjoyed the views from the top floor and the access to Executive Club […] Lounge. The room was large and comfortable, excellent breakfast. If you have a Club room you enjoy your breakfast at the Executive Club Lounge which was great. Overall a great hotel. "Le Westin, Montreal - great for families."
Great room for a family of 5. Two queen beds and a double sofa bed in a separate room. Clean and comfortable. Nice looking, modern hotel. Concierge and reception staff were really nice. Restaurant was good and open late - useful as we arrived late and hungry. Great to have the pool with kids in tow. 3 small pools in one room. Freezing cold plunge pool, […] warm lap pool, and hot tub pool. All clean and nice. Cool glass bottom to lap pool that you can look up into from the valet parking area. Not always a pretty sight, but fun! Business/office neighborhood, but right on the edge of the Old Port area. 10 minute walk to the river for shops, great restaurants, bike rental, science center, IMAX, etc. Definitely a good hotel. Conveniently located in the Old Port district, Le Westin surpassed all of our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Montreal, but the huge contributing factor was our experience at Le Westin. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious (we loved the mini-gym in the room!). The food was nothing short of amazing and the staff made the visit […] exceptional. Whether it was questions about the city, hotel, or other incidentals, ther staff proved to be courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were impressed by all of Le Westin's staff, however Monika, Eileen and Myriam were particularly gracious to our family. We offer a hearty thanks to Le Westin and we plan to return many more times. We loved this hotel! The room was huge and i'm not sure if they spray something but it always had this very subtle vanilla-ish relaxing scent when we returned at the end of the day. The bed was amazing and the ipod docking station was also really handy for charging our phones. We will return!

Lovely hotel. Near Old Montreal. The port is in walking distance. Close to many restaurants, cafes and shops. Well maintained, clean gym with nice equipment. The pool has a glass bottom which you can view by looking up when you are entering the hotel; quite unique. The room was spacious and clean. Amenities modern. Free Wifi.

"Great hotel, great location"
The hotel was nice, staff was courteous and almost all bi lingual. Area is awesome, tons of shopping. The taxes on the hotel room (any room in Montreal) are obscene, but that's not a reflection on the hotel itself. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel restaurant was pricey but absolutely delicious, I would recommend checking it out. I really don't […] have anything bad to say about the place. By the way - all the road signs are in French which is confusing. I would plan on leaving my car with the valet and just walking everywhere. "Le Westin Montreal - in the heart of it all!"
This really is a great property staffed by a good team in a phenomenal location. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although the view isn't the greatest. No worries though... the action is all right outside in Old Montreal. The restaurant was very nicely appointed and the food was decent. The pool with glass bottom is a lot of fun... just needs better […] facilities for change rooms. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely return on our next trip to this wonderful city. Loved this place. We have a child in a wheelchair and, although the room we were in was not technically 'accessible', the room was wide enough to allow for his power wheelchair to move around and in and out of the washroom.

Despite the fact that the hotel description has a "kids room or kids place", they don't have it. Even though my son got a good bag with some toys inside at our arrive.

Stayed there for two nights. Hotel and room were clean and spacious although I found the lighting in the room to be rather poor. I was disappointed in the lack of "extras" in the room: no mini-bar and therefore, no wine glasses. When I asked the concierge where I could locate a couple of wine glasses, they charged me for them and added some hidden extra […] charges on top of that. I was rather unimpressed! "Excellent venue, highly recommended"
Excellent location - within walking distance of old Montreal (sightseeings, trendy restaurants, bars and clubs) and financial district. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated, with very good views to the city. The staff are very courteous and helpful (resturant suggestions, directions, bookings,...).
Fantastic location, good service, clean rooms, excellent way to experience Montreal.

"Le Westin Montreal - steps away from Old Montreal"
The room at the Westin was quite large, with a separate sitting area. The restaurant was fine dining and had excellent food, but there was no casual coffee shop. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location is excellent; steps to the metro and a few blocks to Old Montreal, which is quite spectacular.

"Fine but impersonal"
Everything about the hotel was fine and clean and the staff was nice. The beds were quite comfy and the room was pretty big. It was conveniently located in the old port area and right by a metro stop. However, it was very big and impersonal. It was a bit of a hike to a different wing of the hotel to get to our room, which just made the place seem huge. […] We got it because the price was good, but I would rather have spent $50/night more for one of the cute design/boutique hotels we popped into to check out while we were there, which had much more character, cool bars, etc. Gym was nice - pool was tiny (although families seemed to like it).
