Highs: clean room, good Disney transportation, great pool area w/lazy river & small waterslide. Strong drinks at the pool bar was a plus! Lows: smallish rooms, drawers in our room furniture wouldn't stay closed, toilet flushed lousy, all minor issues. Overall a great experience & worth the $$$.

Excellent time and have stayed there two times;-)

We were impressed with this hotel. It felt brand new. Very clean, spacious and beautifully decoraated. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the dive in movie. Although pool tube rentals should be free of charge. We were also impressed with the shuttle. Most hotels use a city bus so when the coach arrived, we all felt a little special. On the whole we had a decent 8-night stay at the hotel. At night, we enjoyed quietness in our room enabling us to have good sleep after a tiring day. The buffet breakfast was nice, and at a reasonable price. We tried one time the room service and the food was brought in timely. For five consecutive days we took the hotel's shuttle service to go to the […] theme parks of Walt Disney World. The buses were, in most cases, pretty on time. Everything about this place is nice. it was very clean, staff were very attentive to needs. As a matter of fact they go out of their way to provide great service. Excellent restaurants to choose from. Great views of the gold course from my room. Really was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very large and offers several restaurants and a beautiful pool area. We didn't have the chance to use any of those amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and as someone with chronic pain, this is very important. The room was very clean and when I asked for extra towels and some toiletries, they came quickly. I did not like […] the valet drivers. I self parked, but saw how the valets drove the other cars, plus, if I wanted to unload the car in front of the hotel to check in, I would have had to give them my keys "in case they needed to move the car." This hotel is great for business or pleasure. It was perfect for us while visiting disney world because it is more adult friendly. It has an excellent bar and bartenders, thanks Liz! The transportation to the disney parks was amazing, always on time and not over crowded.

We took our daughter to Disney and opted to stay here versus a Disney resport. Great hotel. Awesome pool. Great service. Super clean rooms. Shuttle bus to Disney. We immensely enjoyed and would recommend!

We stayed here for our family visit to Disneyworld and couldn't have been happier. Service, food, room, view all amazing. The best part was the pool with the lazy river. Perfect for the kids!

Can't believe this place was so cheap for how nice it was. Definitely worth going back.

What a wonderful hotel! We stayed during Disney marathon weekend. The service was wonderful. Everyone opened the doors for us and told us to have a wonderful day/night. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. We had a view of the pool with Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot in the distance. We loved seeing the fireworks at night […] from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was fresh and worth the money. I personally don't like buffets for cleanliness reasons, but this is clearly prepared right in front of you. Also, the staff cheered the runners as they returned from their long races (my husband and daughter were among them). There were balloons, and a stage set up. The pool was AMAZING! The lazy river was great, too. Even though it was 55 degrees at night, my husband and daughters still swam. When it warmed up during the day, we all went in. The only downfall: the garage parking seemed a little confusing to get out of (though there was signs to follow), and the cost to park every day was a bit high. The hotel was gorgeous, but parking was not included which did not sit well with us. Breakfast at the Harvest Bistro was a little pricy, but worth it. Overall great experience but could use a little more amenities, that's all.

As a business traveler, I have become a bit jaded when it comes to hotels and service, however I was blown away by the Hilton Bonnet Creek. From our first moments in the lobby checking in we were treated spectacularly. The staff was not overbearing in any way, but was always ready to assist if need be. We were placed in a Disney view room on the 16th […] floor, which probably wasn't worth the extra couple dollars in hindsight. The view of the pool/golf course was the highlight there. Couldn't see fireworks or anything of that sort. We had 2 adjoining rooms which came in handy with kids. Make certain to ask for the door between rooms, many of there rooms do not have them. The shuttle to/from the theme parks was great. Most days we had an entire luxury coach to ourselves. It was a welcome relief after a long day on your feet to get onboard and relax as the kids watched a movie on their overhead screens. The Harvest restaurant had a wonderful buffet which we enjoyed each morning. The heated pool/lazy river were an awesome amenity which we took advantage of on a warmer morning. My only quibble would be the daily self park rate of $13, but that is a very minor thing and understandable given the remote location of the hotel. The grounds were impecabbly maintained and although we weren't able to take advantage of any of the Waldorf's amenities, it's great to have it right next door. Stay at this hotel! Lisätietoja

We stayed here for the Disney Marathon. Hotel was outstanding. They had a night before the race buffet for the runners. Extremely family friendly and made all of the runners feel welcome. They even ran buses on the morning of the marathon. Will definitely stay here again!!

The staff did an excellent job welcoming all the runners for the Disney Marathon weekend. The management knows what it takes to make everyone welcome.

Being a regular in Disney I usually stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge or Contemporary Resort. I was in town for the Walt Disney World Marathon and the Hilton looked appealing. I have stayed in this hotel several times since it opened and each visit they get better. Very focused on their customers. The breakfast service is a awesome everything you would ever want, hot fresh now! Only thing lacking is on site shopping for the wife.

I can't say too many good things about our experience at the Bonnet Creek location. The personnel was helpful, courteous, and friendly and the accommodations were wonderful. I stayed here to run the 2012 Disney Half Marathon and was pleasantly surprised to find out they provided a goody bag and transportation to and from the event. Great hotel with nice selection of restaurants and amenities. Although my family and I stayed there over New Year's weekend while there was a girl's soccer tournament in town and at the hotel, the facility is so large it did not feel overly crowded. I booked on Hotel.com. I thought the breakfast is not included but I got certificates for it at front desk. It is a very nice buffee ($19.95). The service was great cross board. Everything is top notch. There is a fredge in room which I find very convenient. The location couldn't be better--it is right inside of Disney (An Chinese lady refuse to sell it to Disney for years and eventually Wyndham and Hillton got it). The water park is fantastic. Even the lazy river is heated at 82 degrees. It is literally one hotel with Waldorf Astoria as they were built together and you can walk from inside from Hilton side to it. We've been there before and forgot how nice the hotel is. We loved the lazy river and the "dive in" movie for kids. We had annual passes and stayed at a number of area hotels over the years and this one is definitely one of our favorites.

Excellent will book again soon!!

This is my family's new favorite place to stay - new, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We have stayed at many of the Disney Resorts as well as the ones close to Sea World. Many of the other hotels are starting to show their age. We all loved the lazy river pool and water slide. Plenty of comfortable lounge chairs around the pool. Everything about this hotel and amenities is great. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. The food was delicious and the free buffet breakfast was exceptional. The children enjoyed the pool area, with lazy river and water slides. We couldn't have asked for more!
