Siisti hotelli hyvillä palveluilla. Hotellista kaikki nähtävä ja koettava ajomatkan päässä.

Hotelli oli helppo löytää ja katettu ilmainen parkkipaikka oli hyvä. Bank Atlantic Center ja Sawgrass Mills kävelymatkan päässä.Todella siisti hotelli ja tilava huone. Varusteena mikroaaltouuni oli positiivinen yllätys. Sisääntulon yhteydessä sai ilmaiset suklaacookiet! :) Viivyimme hotellissa vain yhden yön, joten emme ehtineet hyödyntää kaikkia hotellin mahdollisuuksia, esim allasosastoa ja fitness centeriä.

Olimme hotellin asiakkaina maaliskuussa 2012 1,5 viikkoa. Hotellissa tehtiin tuolloin pientä pintaremonttia, joka ei kuitenkaan haitannut asumistamme ollenkaan. Lastenallas ja tenniskenttä olivat pois käytöstä, ovia ja ulkoalueita maalattiin, eivät haitanneet menoa. Aamupala sisältyi hotellin hintaan ja aamiaisaika oli 8-11, joskus ovet avattiin myöhemmin (eräänä aamuna 9.05), mutta aamupala oli runsas ja syötävää. Huone oli siisti, joka päivä huone oli päiväsaikaan siivottu. Parveketta huoneessamme ei ollut, en tiedä oliko oikeastaan kenelläkään joilla oli merinäköala huoneesta? Yhtenä iltana pikkukeittiömme lattialla oli 3 torakkaa, muuten saimme olla rauhassa ötököiltä. Hissejä oli kolme (hotellissa oli yli 10 kerrosta) ja hissit olivat kovassa käytössä, ja siksipä ehkä melko hitaat. Allasalue oli siisti (paitsi yhtenä päivänä kun pari poikaa kantoi aamupalansa altaalle eivätkä korjanneet roskiaan pois...) Allasalueelta pääsi rannalle, mutta portti oli lukossa ja takaisin hotellialueelle pääsy oli siitä kiinni oliko allasalueella joku ystävällinen joka avasi portin. Allasalueella oli myös baari, josta sai juotavaa ja pientä purtavaakin päivisin. Hotellin alakerrassa oli pari pikkukauppaa, ja hinnat tietysti sen mukaiset. Seuraavaksi lähimpiin kauppoihin oli jonkin verran kävelymatkaa, bussilla tosin pääsi helposti ja halvalla mm. South Beachille ja toiseen suuntaan ostarille (Aventura Mall) ja halvempiin päivittäistavarakauppoihin. Alueella on paljon espanjankielisiä, mutta pärjäsimme myös englannin kielellä. Hotellissa oli ympärivuorokautinen vartijapäivystys. Auton sai vuokrattua hotellilla sijaitsevasta autonvuokraamosta. Ajo Miamissa oli melko vauhdikkaan näköistä, joten me tyydyimme ajelemaan bussilla edestakaisin :) Alakerrasta löytyi tourist-info, joka järjesti asiakkaita erilaisille retkille, halvemmalla kuin varsinaiset tour-paikat. My husband and I enjoyed staying in this hotel. New and clean with good staff. Convenient to the Turnpike but not much else; however, not too far of a drive into Doral area shopping.

I inadvertently left my phone charger in the room. When I called to ask if it had been found and could I pay to have it shipped to me. The person I spoke with said “no” they would not do that. She gave the attitude that she could care less about my charger.

People at desk very bad! Waited to get picked up by airport shuttle for over 2 hours on a street corner when they told me 30 mins!!! Come to find out the driver went and snuck to pick up his girlfriend and acted like he got lost when we were only 5 miles from the hotel!!! The hotel was WONDERFUL! And it was exactly as it's shown in the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would consider staying at this location again.

Wow, the reviews about this hotel are true. Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms and clean bedroom. If you are by car its the perfect option, no way to mistakes. Turnpike is just around the corner! I would stay again!

This hotel is worth the money, very clean and relaxing. I would stay here again if I happen to be on the area next time. The only drawback is, it's a little isolated and in the center of industrial offices, but not a big deal

Very cozy, neat and quite. Great staff, Very clean, whirlpool tub by the pool was very inviting. Great place to unwind, close to shops and the airport. Great stay off the beaten path.

I had no problem checking in or out, very fast service. How the picture looks on the website is what you get, I was expecting a business center and i was still able to do work and there stay or the art touch screen t.v that gives you directions and suggested area was very helpful. Only stayed for one night to catch a flight out of Miami International Airport. Hotel lobby was very nice and clean. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. It was like home away from home.

If you dont mind the remote location, it is absolutely the best hotel for the price. My kids felt they were in the Ritz. Everything was perfect, spotless, great service, the room was beautiful, the pool and patio outside have a beautiful lake view. I would recommend this hotel without a doubt.
