Excellent Wonderful Hotel enjoyed it very much room was huge (like a studio apartment) everything was right there in the room.

The rooms in this hotel are very clean and absolutely huge. Nice kitchenette area with a sink and mini fridge. We used the shuttle service back and forth to the airport many times and at odd hours. Our flight arrived at 11:30pm and left at 5:30am. We had no trouble getting the shuttle at those hours and the drivers were very nice. The desk staff was […] helpful. The breakfast was just ok. We have stayed at this hotel many times but will not be staying here again. They need to do some serious cleaning and updating. The hottub had green algae on the sides and after only being in the tub for a few minutes, we began to feel itchy. The room has started to show wear and needs some updating. Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel

We would definitely go back. Appreciate the pick up shuttle from the airport. Rooms are great. Staff are very friendly. Nice variety for breakfast.

Pros: close to MSO airport, nice hot breakfast, overall clean. Cons: lumpy pillows, phone not close to bed, confusing wake up call.

The pool is the best! Bed wasn't as comfortable as I wanted, but I really loved the decor of the hotel. And, they had yogurt for breakfast which was a nice treat!!

The manager was quite helpful with directions to a resturant and with a city map. the pool was a bit cold, but the overall stay was excellant.

I like to stay at Hawthorne the night before a 6 am flight esp in winter so I don't have to worry about driving in the dark in a snow storm. Nice room but TV was in a weird location high on the side wall and didnt swivel.

We called the hotel the day before and reminded them we'd be arriving between midnight and 1am, they assured us that it was no problem. When we arrived it was a different story. They had sent they're driver home and the receptionist was there alone. no one else in the whole hotel working. As a credit to the receptionist she came and got us and another […] couple even though she had to abandon her post. The integrity of this place is low to say the least. The hotel was nice and clean, but the mattress was horribly uncomfortable. The sheets and comforter were great; it was just the mattress. My husband and I both had a horrible night's sleep. This hotel is out of Missoula, but it is a quick, easy drive to town.

The hotel and room were very nice, but the walls were very thin. I had the pleasure of listening to the neighboring room's tv show until midnight - Thin walls.

Good service, nicely decorated, nice facilities (more than I could make use of on a business trip!), breakfast was solid but not spectacular. King suite had mini fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, coffee pot, dining table with two chairs, sitting area, flat screen TV. Suite was clean and neat. Staff was business-like. I had a pleasant stay.

Staff was friendly, accomodating and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Only a few minutes drive from big box stores (Target etc) and less than 10 min to the university and downtown. Hotel also has a shuttle to drive guests around town for $5 a trip one way.

Price, convenience, room were very good...as was the continental breakfast. The shower was excellent! It suited our needs.

Had to call down to the front desk for towels. The man that brought them was very nice. We discovered no soap for the bathtub, no bathtub mat for the floor, no shampoo or conditioner, but did have lotion. The rug was dirty and cracker crumbs on the rug so the rug wasn't vacummed before we were checked in. The front office staff was great (Andrew and Allysa). They were helpful and pleasant. The only fault I have with the hotel was the "cleaning" staff. Our room was very quickly cleaned one day then not at all for the nest few days. I eventually had to say something to at least get the trash cans emptied (or give me a big bag and I will do it myself!). […] It seemed as if we were not the only ones that had to say something. The morning breakfasts were very good. My only suggestion there was that everyday the only fresh fruit that was available were oranges. If you need to stay near the airport, this is the place. There is no airplane noise. You are a little far from downtown, but it's only about a 5 minute ride.

Nice large rooms, furnished with all necessary amenities, professional helpful staff. The hotel is very convenient for the airport and the interstate but otherwise, the location is not particularly convenient to Missoula and it attractions.

Loved this hotel. Our room was great: liked the sofa area separated from the sleeping area. Definitely would stay again.

This was without a doubt the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. The staff was friendly, the beds very comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet, the breakfast area was clean, the hot breakfast was good, the coffee was the best and the hotel was conveniently located for the activities we planned. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel because it was located close to the airport and allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot (free) until I returned. They have a shuttle to the airport and will take you whenever you need to go. This was a great choice! Not only were the rooms clean and well kept, but the hotel personnel were friendly and accommodating!

This is a newer hotel and is very nice with spacious rooms. Nice staff, easy to access, and a very nice location as well.

We met friends in Missoula who were flying in. Hotel was perfectly situated and picked up our friends from their flight without any delay. The hotel itself is new, well appointed, and quiet. We are staying for another night on our way back to MN and looking forward to it.

Hotel staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and there when when you needed them. We lounged in the breakfast area late one evening and they asked if we needed anything.

Huge suite with plenty of room to move around. Convenient fridge and microwave in a separate wall unit. Could easily entertain additional guests or clients if needed.
