Ystävällinen palvelu, jota sai nyt myös suomenkielellä. Huone siisti. Tekstiilit ja huonekalut eivät ole enää uusinta uutta, mutta hinta-laatusuhde mielestäni ok. Hyvä paikka oli yöpyä ajomatkan varrella.

Huone oli siisti ja edullinen. Huoneet uusittu varmaankin parin vuoden sisään ja melko hyvin ylläpidetty motelli muutenkin. Allas oli siisti, mutta vesi kylmää näin tammikuussa. Saimme alkuun huoneen tien puolelta joka oli meluisa, mutta pyynnöstä meidät siirrettiin altaan puolelle asiallisesti palvellen. Pihan puolella olikin rauhallista ja, joten kannattaa huomioida tämä jo sisäänkirjautuessa. Riviera Beachin rannalle oli matkaa autolla noin 4km, mutta pysäköinti rannalla oli ilmaista monesta muusta kylästä poiketen, joten rannalle oli helppo siirtyä autolla.Palm Beachin / Riviera Beachin alue oli mukavaa kunhan löysi oikeat ranta ja illanviettopaikat. Motellin läheltäkin löytyi helposti perusruokapaikat, mutta alue oli lähellä I95 moottoritetä, joten soveltui lähinnä nukkumiseen ja altaalla loikoiluun. Kokonaisuutena hyvä motellikokemus, mutta motelli ei ikinä ole Ritz-Carlton. Jos maksaa kolminkertaisen tai nelinkertaisen hinnan niin taso nousee ja saa hienommat puitteet. Tästä motellista löytyy siisti yösija jos haluaa käyttää rahat muuhun kuin hotelliin.

Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Huoneissa kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja joissakin mikroaaltouuni. Siivous toimi, yhtenä iltana puhtaatpyyhkeet unohtuneet mutta respasta sai pyytämällä. Uima-allas hassusti päätien vieressä verkkoaidan takana, ei houkuttele aikuisia. Lyhyt matka Lake Worthin rannalle ja muille kohteille, toki autolla tietysti.

Kaupungin West Palm Beach sydämessä sijaitseva Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown on lähellä kohteita CityPlace, Palm Beach County Convention Center ja Norton Museum of Art.Lähistöllä ovat myös Kravis Center For The Performing Arts ja The Society of the Four Arts.

Hotellissa Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown on poreallas ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Nopea langaton ja langallinen Internet-yhteys on ilmainen yleisillä alueilla. What a fabulous location for runners....one mile brings you to the east coast of Palm Beach and the return run is through a beautiful waterfront park!

"waiting game"
Only thing I need to say was we were out celebrating and decided to use our reward to stay over so we would not drink and drive, we went to check in and it took me to get on my cell phone at 2am and I had to talk to Hotels.com in order to get my reservation straightened out, which took just less than 2hrs to figure it out and the guy who was working […] desk was less than nice to us. The hotel was conveniently located to the highways, shopping, dining and various activites. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Location and room were fine, the free breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and Starbucks coffee. One thing was not as advertised they charge $15 a day for parking.

We were there with our two kids and everything about the room was terrible. There were stains on the carpet. The room felt dingy and sad. The "view" from our window was of a parking structure. We left our room a bit late one day and came back in the evening and the room was still unmade! Stylish and comfortable. Had no view to mention from my room on 4th floor, but it's a short walk to the waterfront. No discernable points of interest in the immediate area. About 1/2 mile from nightlife at the Cityplace outdoor mall area and Kravis Center. The included breakfast was nutritious and plentiful if not exciting. Parking was a snap. I recently reserved rooms for several of my colleagues while I stayed with family nearby. I checked the room of one to see what the accommodations looked like. Wow! What a great room! Clean, sitting area, decorated beautiful! I will seek out Hyatt Place from now on for our business trips!

Very large rooms and close to activities in downtown West Palm Beach. Walk to Citiplace. Not a hotel to relax by poolside since in is in downtown and no outside pool area.

From start to finish, I could not have been any happier. Upon entering, the heady, sexy scent used in the lobby had me, the modern look and helpful staff was the icing on the cake. The room was spacious, clean and had a great view of the city. I cannot wait to stay again!

Everything was very good - amenities, service, room, etc. The staff overheard us talking about walking down to Clematis and they arranged a shuttle. Perfect, will definitely stay here again when in WPB!

"Paking Scam"
When I booked the Hotel, it said Self Parking is $5.00 and when I checked in they charged me $15.00 and I did not have any other option. The Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. No room service at all. Overall I will recommend this hotel and may stay again. The rooms have no view at all. You feel closed in in spacious room.

"Definitly worth the price of entry"
Didn't use any of the amenities so I cant talk about those. But the room as nice and big; king size bed, couch desk. asked for a late checkout and i was able to leave at 1:30pm very nice staff. All in all for what i paid on a saturday night great deal......and my date thought i spent a lot more than that.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It is clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, the shower heads are large. A refrigerator and an iron were already in the room. It is close to the Norton Museum, the City Place, and the beach. There were a hot spa and a cold spa. Parking is $15 not $5 as advertised. Continental breakfast only runs until 9:30AM...too early for vacation in my mind. Dont even think about using your hotel room phone. chargers are outrageous. Great location to restraunts bars. Quiet Stay. Useful shuttle if needed. park off site if renting a car.
