Hotellin sijainti oli loistava. huoneet kyllä pieniä,mutta puhtaita.Hotellin henkilökunta oli vähän ehkä epäkohtelias ja aamiainen ihan hirveetä siis valkoista leipää pikakahvia ja kornflakeseja. Me otimme huoneen vessan kanssa ja maksettiin siitä reilusti enemmän , mutta vessa oli niin pieni etä sihen juuri ja juuri mahtui seisomaan eli olisi pitänyt […] käyttää yleistä suihkua. Hotellin ikkunasta katsoessaan näki pelkkiä juna raiteita ja on hyvin mahdollista ,että se melu joka niistä lähtee voisi häiritä joitakin,mutta meitä se ei niinkään häirinnyt. Voisin suositella sellaisille jotka ovat aamusta iltaan liikkeellä eikä hotellilla ole niin merkiystä. Lisätietoja

It is wvery well located, just 5 minutes walking from Victoria station but the facilities are much more simple than the ones you could expect based on the photos. This is a guest house with tiny rooms where the toilet and shower are the same and you will have to have breakfast sharing table.

Well situated small hotel. Clean rooms and nice service. Bathroom in the hallway was small, but clean. Breakfast was just instant coffee/tea,cereals and toast.

I spent three nights in this hotel and it was a good experience for me. The location is excellent. Victoria Station and the main sight0seeings are only in a walking distance. I am glad I booked this hotel.

hotel is at lovely location but so small and poor room quality, shared wc and shower not really everyone like. train and bus station just munite away if u looking for somewhere only sleep and dosent care about where its holly house right place

Holly's House was the cheapest hotel in the weekend where I stayed in London. It has a good location and it is easy to get around, but I must say that the condition of the hotel match that. Future guest must be prepared for a bad smell and make sure to get a room out to road, otherwise you will hear the train in the backyard. You get what you pay  […] fore Lisätietoja

This hotel is close to most see sights

The bathroom in room 11 is unacceptably stinky. It is unusable. It stinks to urine and I don't think it was just once. The manager suggested going to the hall bathroom.

Hotel had an amazing location, 2 minuet walk from Victoria bus station. I expected worse for the little money I paid but was shocked when I saw the premises. Only down side was the room was a little small and the shower was on the next floor making it a little shocking when trying to sneak down in a towel. Would definitely stay there again!!!!

When we checked in we were taken about 10 doors down the street to another hotel I would not recommend this, filthy and hidious smell from the bags of rubbish dumped outside our room door. The bathroom beggared belief, truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in thankfully it was only for one night. Book up for this one at your own risk!

Convenient location! The bed was a little squishy, but manageable. The room was warm, but the fan we found in the room helped immeasurably. The whole ensuite bathroom was the shower stall! We showered down the hall instead of getting the whole floor wet. The included continental breakfast was great!

this hotel was very clean but we did not stay here we booked in and taken 4 hotels down the road with no explantion as to why. the room i booked was a family we were in triple.The bathroom was no size if you are a larger person no room to shower. Train station right out side window so no sleep.

The hotel location is perfect, close to the Victoria station and about half a km from the St. James Park. The hotel has also internet connection however the TV had only a non-functional antena without cable television (I did not mind that much as we were most of the time out) and the rooms would need some more cleaning/reshaping. Man får det man betalar för. Personalen var inte direkt otrevligt men inte så värst charmig heller. Rummen var inte så fina men de var rent och bekvämt! Läget var suveränt, särskilt om man åker från Gatwick tidigt på morgonen då hotellet ligger nära Victoria. Das Holly House ist ein kleines, gemütliches Haus mit sehr nettem Personal. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr sauber. Das WC/Bad ist winzig aber sauber und es gibt immer warmes Wasser. Das Haus ist hellhörig, aber es stört nicht. Auch vom Bahnhof hört man die Züge. Aber es hat uns nicht gestört.

Très bien situé, a 5 minutes à pied de la gare Victoria qui dessert tous les grands sites touristiques de Londres. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Un peu bruyant car passage des trains à proximité. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Bien pour jeunes qui ne recherchent qu'un endroit où dormir à un prix raisonnable

As said in previous reviews this is not a place for everyone. If you can sacrifice comfort (for e.g comfort of silence and space) for the low price (for London) and great location in London (few steps away from Victoria) this is the right place for you. Your call :)

l'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, juste à quelques mètres de la station victoria! le quartier est calme et il y a un pub génial juste à côté! En ce qui concerne l'hôtel en lui même on a ce pour quoi on paie il y a pas de miracle! je vous conseil si vous réserver cet hôtel de faire en sorte d'avoir une chambre côté rue, en effet l'autre façade donne […] sur la ligne de train:( le personnel est poli sans plus. sinon la chambre est assez petite mais propre, d'ailleurs renseigner vous sur les heures de ménages (quotidien) nous avons été dérangé plusieurs fois. la salle de bain dans la chambre est très petite mais propre aussi:) Le petit déjeuner est bon: café ou thé, céréales et toast (beurre confiture au choix). En conclusion je dirais que l'hôtel convient très bien aux personnes qui veulent se faire une visite de Londres en quelques jours^^par contre pour le romantisme du coup on repassera!mais bon au final il y a bien trop de chose à faire pour rester enfermé dans un hôtel! bon séjour à Londres! ;) Lisätietoja

Ok til prisen. Morgenmaden er ikke noget særligt, ( 4 halve stykker toast og en kop kaffe/juice ) -men nok til lige at klare sig de første par timer af dagen. Hvis du/I kommer til London for at opleve byen og ikke for at slappe af på Hotellet er Holly House ok. Det ligger tæt på Vicoria station, med god forbindelse til de forskellige undergrundsbaner. TIP: […] Det kan absolut ikke betale sig at give ekstra for bad/toilet på værelset... The hotel is very central. The Big Ben and Buckingham Palace are in walking distance. It is very close to Victoria Station, but, make sure that you get a room at the frontside, because at the back of the hotel, the rails aren't even 5m away. Luckily, our room was in the front and the trains didn't really bother us. I did wake up at 7 am because of people […] talking in the street, even with the windows closed. So if you are not a good sleeper, bring earplugs just to be sure. The room was a bit worn out, the walls could use a new coat of paint and our bathroom had quite a funny smell. But the room was very clean. It was cleaned daily and we got new towels every day too. Breakfast was very decent. It consisted of warm toast, jam, milk, juice, cornflakes, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The breakfast room was in an other hotel in the street, 2 doors away (we were in the annex hotel). The people of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of CCTV camera's in the hallways so I always felt pretty safe (but it was quite a calm and nice neighbourhood too). The pub/restaurant at the corner of the street serves great food. Don't focus too much on Victoria Station, because if you turn right at the end of the street instead of left (Victoria Station), there is quite a nice little neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and a big Sainsbury's and Tesco. The people at the reception can help you out if you are looking for something in particular. Overall, I thought for what we paid, the hotel was excellent. I would recommend it and I would come back! Generelt var hotellet i en dårlig standart, sammenlignet med prisen og komfort af ligende hoteller i samme område. Morgenmaden var tilfredsstillende, når den da blev serveret, da personallet kom dryssende 10 - 20 min. efter morgenmaden skulle være startet (kl 0700). Betyder måske ikke så meget når man er på ferie men hvis formålet er forretningsrejse […] er tiden i mange tilfælde et vigtigt parameter. Billederne på nettet snyder. Jeg har aldrig boet på et mindre hotelværelse, og badeværelset var ikke større end et kosteskab.

Price is not low, but so is the standard. It is less than basic. Window opens to the tracks of Victoria station. But the hotel is clean and perfectly located.

料金がダントツにお安いので　期待せずに（ごめんなさい）行きましたが ロンドン　ヴィクトリア駅に近く　周りの治安も悪くなく お部屋には　小さな（やや使いづらいが）洗面施設もあり ベッドメイキングも毎日してくれて　大変良かったです 食堂のスタッフもとても親切で　ある事情でぎりぎり飛び込んだら　本当はもう終わりなのに　お部屋に持っていって食べるよう　パンとバターを配慮してくれました お手洗いと　室外のシャワーは　狭かったですが　これさえ我慢すれば　大変節約できるホテルでした ただ安全に　安く泊まるだけを望めば　最高のホテルです

Holly House er et såkalt Bed & Breakfast hotell. Det ligger veldig sentralt, et par minutters gåavstand fra Victoria tog- og tubestasjon. Veldig koselig og rolig nabolag. Selve hotellet var helt greit. Servicen var noe annet! Når vi kom fikk vi beskjed om at det hotellrommet vi hadde reservert var leid ut til noen andre, så vi skulle få familierommet […] helt øverst i "Ivy House" i stedet. MEN vi måtte ikke gjøre oss for komfortable, for vi skulle få et permanent rom neste morgen. Når neste morgen kom, hadde vi pakket sakene våre, klar for å flytte rom. Da fikk vi beskjed av en medarbeider at vi bare kunne beholde rommet. Nå vi kom tilbake på kvelden 2.dag, fikk vi kjeft av sjefen fordi vi ikke hadde tatt kontakt med resepsjonen for å bytte rom. Da vi forklarte at vi hadde tatt kontakt og at vi hadde fått beskjed om at vi bare kunne bli, sa sjefen at vi kunne sove på det rommet en natt til, men neste morgen måtte vi komme ned for å bytte rom. 3.dagen skjedde det samme og vi fikk på nytt beholde rommet og fikk kjeft av sjefen når vi kom tilbake. Standaren på hotellet er OK. Det er et greit sted om du bare vil sove og dusje på budsjett, men merk deg at det er felles toalett og dusj i hver etasje, men familierommet har egen dusj/toalett (Merk: VELDIG LITE BAD!!) Dette er uden sammenligning det værste hotel jeg nogensinde har overnattet på ! Jeg rejser meget og ofte går jeg efter lavpris hoteller da man jo ikke bruger det meste af tiden på værelset. Men hér vil jeg ikke mene at noget menneske fortjener at bo og det er direkte skadeligt for booking bureauernes omdømme at tilbyde dette hotel. Aldrig har jeg set […] så lille et hotel værelse 2,5 m x 4 m ! Bad og toilet forhold som lå 2 etager under mit værelse var en katastrofe og mange af de mest nødvendige ting virkede ikke længere pga alderdom f.eks mit vindue ud til gaden som ikke kunne lukkes. Yes it's pretty cheap, so I didn't expect much. But really, the bed was dirty, the locker and coffin was broken, the window didn't have a lock. The room is extremely small as well. I stayed in a double, but couldn't find room for my bag. I had to put it on the bed, and place it behind the door when I should sleep. My friend stayed in a single, and it […] was even worse. The baths and toilet are really old and dirty looking, but they work alright. The door on the toilet jammed one night though, and I had to force it open. The service level is OK, and there's a fast cleaning every day. The neighbourhood is nice though, and there's a realy nice pub right next door. Lisätietoja

For rejsende fra stansted er det 100 % super, ligger 2 min gang fra stationen. hotellet er ikke flot og prangende men det er en super go base, du har hvad du skal bruge om ikke andet så lige i nærheden. stort set uanset hvor du skal hen oxfortstreet eller i den omegn er ca 10 pund i taxa (hvis man er til det) og er ellers i gå afstand til mange super […] fede steder. kort sagt et super udgangspunkt. I stayed here for five days, when you put on the AC it was so loud that you could not sleep with the noise, so I and my sister, who I stayed with here, always had the window open (with the noise of the trains right outside) and the fan on, which helped little, the room was always very hot. I find it very peculiar that the sink was OUTSIDE our bathroom.. […] and one of the people working there could barely speak english, I could not understand him. The breakfast that was included was very poor indeed, only ate there one morning. The room is pretty clean, and the staff helped us book a heathrow shuttle, but I would not recommend this hotel, or book it again, because of what I´ve written above. Hotellet ligger utrolig tæt på Victoria st. højst 2 min. væk. Utrolig positiv ting, men det er også det, det redder det på. Selve hotellet er ligger i et fint kvarter, ikke noget af komme efter der. Jeg blev overrasket da de pludselig krævede mig penge, jeg var sikker på at jeg havde betalt over hotels.com som normalt. Men nej, det skal man bide mærke […] i at man kun bestiller over hotels og ikke betaler. Værelserne er små. Bad og toilet et på gangen, hvilket egentlig virker okay. Das Hotel hat eine sehr tolle Lage. Die Victoria Station ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, jedoch ist die Straße des Holly Houses sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pubs, Buckingham Palace liegen gleich in der Nähe. Auch der Service ist gut. Zimmer werden jeden Tag gemacht. Handtücher sind vorhanden!

Detta är ett mycket prisvärt, rent hotell. Detta är perfekt för den som är på resande fot och vill uptäcka så mycket som möjligt ute i staden och ha ett enklare hotell att sova på. Vi hade egen dusch och toalett på rummet vilket var bekvämt och fungerade bra. Frukosten är enkel (3 rostade mackor med marmelad, en liten skål med mjölk+cornflakes, kaffe/te […] och juice). Ik was hier alleen voor een nacht. De ontvangst was vriendelijk, de verdere service ook. De kamer was klein, maar netjes, schoon en er was ook thee en koffie + koelkast. Mijn uitzicht was een muur, maar dat mag niet deren, daar kom ik niet voor. :-) De locatie is ook centraal, vlakbij Victoria Station en de leuke wijk Chelsea. Dobbeltværelset var lille, det samme var toilettet som der ikke skyllede ret godt ud og lille var også badeværelset, men værelset var rent. Der var tv, køleskab og håndvask til rådighed, prisen var rimelig og så kunne man leve med at skulle sno sig. Morgenmaden var spartansk.
