For a one star hotel this is good. Quite near by airport (15min). Free pickup from airport and breakfast. We (me, my wife and 4y child) stayed there only one night. No complains :)

Hotelli on hintaansa nähden laadukas ja palvelu on hyvää. Ainut todellinen ongelma turistille on hotellin sijainti. Se on kaukana kaikista nähtävyyksistä, joten kannattaa varautua riksan / taksin käyttöön. Liikenne Mumbaissa on aina ruuhkaista, joten matka keskustaan saattaa kestää jopa yli tunnin. Liikenteen äänet kantautuvat myös hotelliin.

Hotel was good. Lots of traffic in that area, getting to India Gateway or other places took lots of time, same getting back to hotel, almost 3 hours, but if you have nice car with nice driver and background music it's ok. The room service was goodl food at restaurant delicious, staff was kind. The neighbourhood not so good, but it depends on what you want to see, reality or bollywood type of scenery. Local people were nice though. If you plan on just doing tourism in Mumbai, this hotel is good for you.

This hotel is value for money. People describe it as a decent business hotel and that it is! It is located in the Fort area which is relatively close to all the attractions such as the gateway of India. However you will have to take a taxi everywhere. The rooms vary in size. The first room we got was very small and the bathroom even smaller. However after requesting a bigger room the manager was kind enough to show as a couple of options and let us choose the one we wanted. This was great service! The staff were very friendly indeed and always willing to help. The breakfast was adequate with fruit, toast, eggs etc. There were a couple of computers for internet use in the lobby and place had wifi. However you had to pay separately for wifi.

Hotelli sijaitsee ihanteellisesti aseman lähellä , josta saa taxin minne tahansa ja heti. Hotellin ravintola on erinomainen ja aamiaisella on hyvä aloittaa päivä hektisessä kaupungissa. Mukavana lisänä on markkinakatu vain 3 min. kävelyn päässä!! Suosittelen

Location-wise as expected it was convenient & good. The hotel otherwise leaves much to be desired. For the Price being charged, the rooms, especially the middle rate level & the lower rate levels are too tiny & dingy. Housekeeping is just about OK. Staff are good though. Old fashioned TV's, No writing desk for computer usage, as being promised in the […] facilities. If one has no other options & is only in Mumbai for a day...I guess it would be OK. "Room electricals badly need maintenance."
I often stay in this hotel. The electronic controllers for the electrical system in all the rooms are in a very bad shape. They should replace the electronic boxes, or just switch to a better system.

Maybe we just had bad luck, but this was our experience. -a/c broken -phone broken -cockroach in my water at dinner -unscheduled wake-up call at 5am -spider came out of the drain before my shower -breakfast gave us stomach troubles

If you do not mind sleeping with two layers of clothes and socks, this is the hotel for you. Sticky floors, spotty internet, a bathroom perfumed in mothballs are some of the delights that welcome you. A man that resembles an Indian version of Igor will meet you at the airport and surprise you with a journey that suggests you are not sure where he will […] take you to rob you since you have no way of communicating with him. "Good location, poor service"
To their credit the hotel offer a pick-up and drop-off service to and from both the international and domestic airports. Unfortunately that is the only positive. The staff on arrival were quite rude and dismissive, particularly towards my girlfriend. Although we had ordered a double room they put us up in a twin, which they changed only after we complained. […] If this hotel is a 3 star rating, I would hate to see anything rated worse. There was mould growing on the walls, the bath smelt of urine and overall the whole place was quite grim. Breakfast in the morning wasn't too bad, but wasn't anything special either; cornflakes, papaya and curry. The surroundings of the hotel are equally grim but to be expected in India. Comfortable stay near to Mumbai airports. Good food served in restaurant. Would benefit from a computer for internet access though.

"Good for an overnight"
Best things about this hotel: close to the airport, free shuttle, & very good breakfast included. The staff was also friendly, but when we had them price out a 170km taxi ride, it was twice as much as one we were able to find on our own. The room was old and deteriorating, but it was all we needed for an overnight near the airport after 20 hours of […] flying. It was also inexpensive so we did not expect much in return. No problems. "Good budget hotel with minor drawbacks"
The hotel had excellent service, that's one thing I could not complain about. They called me taxis, carried my bags to and fro, held my bags even after I'd checked out, helped me log into the internet, etc. The biggest drawback was the bathroom. 空港から近いので、トランジットで利用するには十分満足です。しかし、周囲にはなにもなく、少し入ったところにあるため、少しわかりづらいかもしれません。部屋は比較的きれいで、豪華ではありませんが、まずまず快適に過ごせると思います。
