"Impersonal Grandeur"
The young receptionist on duty on our arrival was extremely helpful. Our room was spacious and the rate were inclusive of continental and cooked breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed. However, locating the lodge was a nightmare. Lower Glanmire Road is a very long road. Although the lodge appears grandeur, the many rooms, long hallways and different stairway makes it like a maze. "More of a business-man's guest house----"
A little out of the way and off the beaten track in Tivoli . I liked it as I was able to get a room without breakfast. A lovely garden in behind that is probably marvelous in summer. Be careful about parking in down-town Cork City--it is difficult and expensive.Recommend public transit!!!

My room was clean, spacious and well equiped. Nice large flat screen TV, Quality shower gel, shampoo, hand cleaning gel and moisteriser, much better than I have experienced in 5*. Tea/coffee/chocolate making facility and a kit kat bar on my welcome, nice touch. The breakfast was was first class with fresh juice, cereal, choice of bread and salmon plus […] a full Irish cooked breakfast with as much toast and tea/coffee as needed. The Hotel was homely and very well maitained and the service was warm and friendly. The location may not suit all as it is a €8 taxi from City Centre and €15 to/from Airport. Situated between Cork City Centre shops and Mahon Shopping centre and retail park. I very much enjoyed my stay with a great nights sleep on a very comfy bed. "B&B outside Cork city"
This B&B is extremely pretty and well managed. The building itself is an old Victorian house, which adds to the charm and sets it apart from other B&B's which are usually based in peoples homes. It is run practically like a hotel. The only downside was the dual-carriage way (major cork road) right outside. if l have to say any bad thing about the Belvedere Lodge is the front of it as it looks very old and is off putting but when you get inside its old but nice and staff were nice and very good at there job keep it up we will be back again for a nice weekend soon
It is a beautiful place, very well maintained and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful and the service was quick. It has a very homey feeling. This place has a really nice breakfast room! Great complimentary breakfast. Free wifi. Good service.Unfortunately, the owners did not make their bedrooms and bathrooms equally as cute. And the outside is a little scary. If they update the bedroom and outside, I think their ratings would improve greatly!

This is a lovely hotel to stay in. It's a beautiful period house and while extended has not lost the small, friendly feel. The garden is fantastic on a sunny morning such as it was when we were leaving, there is a lovely tea room to enjoy afternoon tea and the staff are extremely relaxed and friendly. It's a very nice house with a homely feel, surrounded by a garden and plenty of parking space. At present its a b&b with a very nice breakfast . Only trouble was we did not have a car. The house was on a main road, 3 miles from Cork city, with an unreliable bus service.
We found the bed and breakfast through hotel.com, and it met all our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were allowed to bring our dog.

Nice rooms, convenient location, friendly staff, nice breakfast and great value for money. I would have no problem booking this hotel again. My only complaint is that the pillow cover was very old and needs replacing but im nit picking here.

It was my first trip to CORK and i got this B&B in the last hour of my trip planning . Hotels.com team was very helpful in giving information and lodge was good , as a first timer in CORK initially it was bit difficult to find this hotel in CORK but overall i enjoyed my stay there.

This hotel is outside of the city center, but right on a main road and easy to travel around. There was free parking onsite, which was important for us. The room was great - plasma TV and a newly remodled bathroom. We stayed on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the hotel's backyard gardens. Great location near airport and city centre. the staff were wonderful and very helpful. They were warm and friendly and made our experience of cork that bit more special. We were given a courteous lift to the centre one evening which he did not need to do but was very much appreciated by both of us. Bed and Breakfast sympa mais sans plus, photos sur le site très avantageuses. Qualité/prix : trop cher pour ce que c'est par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver sur Cork et environ. Personnel très sympatique. Pas de reproches à faire en particulier sauf qualité prix mentionné. Merci

"Super Romantisch!"
Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, aber sind rundum zufrieden mit der Atmosphäre. Netter Garten in dem man Kuchen und Tee Nachmittags bekommt und Morgens bekommt man ein leckeres, frich für jeden Einzelnen zubereitetes Frühstück. Gerne wieder…

unser aufenthalt war sehr schön! das hotel liegt nicht weit weg vom citycenter und es befindet sich auch direkt ein busstop am hotel! der service war super und das personal ist auch sehr freundlich und bemüht, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! das zimmer war sehr sauber, wir hatten viel platz und es war sehr ordentlich! das frühstück war sehr zufriedenstellend […] und man bekam eine große auswahl, egal ob full irisch breakfast oder continentales frühstück! wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses hotel buchen wollen! B&B molto carino e pittoresco peccato la posizione, lungo un gran viale, ha il vantaggio che si ritrova bene. Non vicino al centro pero con la macchina ci si muove bene! Cork non è proprio la tipica città irlandese, pero il b&b lo consiglio!

In dem netten zweistöckigen Haus wurden wir direkt freundlich empfangen und über alles wissenswerte aufgeklärt. Wie und wie schnell man zu Fuß und mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt kommt, welche Buslinien und Haltestellen wichtig sind und auf einem kleinen Stadtplan bekamen wir sogar ein paar Attraktionen eingezeichnet.

Excellent hotel not far from Cork city. Very nice large room that was very clean. Cosy common areas- almost romantic. Good service and excellent breakfast. The best hotel of the 7 hotels we used during our trip. I will surely return when opportunity is given again.
