Very enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly and continental breakfast very good. Large shower and comfortable bed. Woke up refreshed. Would recommend to our friends.

I was very pleased with this place. Both the front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Including a terrific breakfast was an unexpected bonus. My lower rating on the surrounding neighborhood is just because I didnt like the town, but it was where I had to go. I like the hotel hotel, It was a very convienant location..Your staff was very nice and helpful. Only problem was the mattress it slightly sunk in the middle it"s time for a new one lol..

Very friendly and helpful staff; very good breakfast but the room was very small and crowded. Reported a leaky faucet and it was replaced the next day. Great location; close to movie theater and outlet shopping and restaurants.

Everything was very solid about this hotel. Very clean, tidy and put together. Good location to major landmarks and places off of coastal highway and within about a 10 minute drive to Rehoboth beach. The room was awfully uncomfortable, which is the absolute only down side to my stay. The room was small, the bathroom was right in the room and the beds […] were VERY uncomfortable and actually hurt my back a little. But you have to be careful what you ask for and expect when you pay under 100 dollars for a hotel. Bathroom shower stall was dirty inside and out. Heating system was terrible. Not only was the fan ver loud, the temperature was either too hot or too cold.

This hotel was satisfactory. The room was quite small and the carpet was filthy. The carpet was vacuumed, but filthy. Except for those two things, everything else was satisfactory. Very freindly and accommodating staff. Really seemed like they took ownership of their building and jobs.

We liked this place very much. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Our only complaint is the pillows in the rooms. They were of the size one would put at the ends of a couch and putting more than two or three together didnt seem to help. Overall though,we give it mostly 5's We would stay here again (and bring our own pillows).

The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the coffee in the breakfast room. The coffee in the room was much better.

Basic but decent for the money. Clean. Pillows are small but okay. Bed not too hard. TV is new and many cable channels. Breakfast standard and ok for the money. One flaw--the weakest shower pressure I have ever used--could barely get soap off my body much less shampoo.

Adequately clean, nice breakfast buffet. For some reason, that night, there was a very young clientele, as if there was a prom nearby.

Arrived @ 730 pm, met with a big smile @ front desk. Check in east & quick. Room was excellent. Very clean. Carpet just a bit worn. Large chair partially obstructed my entrance & "front door light" was not working, had to prop door to turn on bathroom light. Signage on the road helped us locate the access road to the Sleep Inn. Our check-in and out were smooth. Breakfast was fine but the dining area was very cramped. Parking was fine. The best part was that it was quiet through the night.

Was very disappointed in the overall condition of the room. Was dusty and in need of updating. The icing on the cake was that our room was not made up when we returned in the evening after being out all day. We had no clean towels and the bed was unmade. We were told that there was no one there to clean the room. We finally were able to get clean towels […] and soap. The room was average, small, and dated. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane reving its engines. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location which allows you to get to the beach at Lewes or Rehoboth really easily and is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast is decent but the room itself was not as clean as it could have been. My wife left her kindel in our room and it was found, turned in and eventually mail to her. For this alone we would stay there again. Thank you to the staff.

The front desk clerk was less than enthused to be bothered by us. The room was great and the pool was clean and stocked with towels. They need to put the broken or unused tables away in the pool shed.

Once we got into our room it was OK but it took three tries before they gave us a room that was ready. On the first two attempts, we entered a room that was completely torn apart by housekeeping. It was just disappointing for the price. Bed was like a board & pillows were like mini pillows - literally half the size of a regular pillow. You only got 2 small, very thin bath towels (even though I left a note asking the cleaning staff for 4 & left a tip! They took the tip but no extra towels). The sink was actually in the room, right next to the […] bed, toilet & shower in separate area which was fine. But when I got up early & had to wash up for breakfast, wanting to let my husband sleep in, it woke him up because the sink was right next to him. Oh, and the water pressure was terrible, dribbled out in the sink! Also, no real closet, only a wardrobe. It was no Marriott or Holiday Inn, even though the price is the same as what I have paid at a Marriott or Holiday Inn hotels. I guess it was more because it is at the beach area. Front desk night staff was terrible - didn't greet us when we came in - no smile or anything, in fact one night he didn't even look up. It did have a cute kiddy pool that many families seemed to enjoy. And the breakfast wasn't bad - nice selection. Although on a holiday weekend (we were there Labor Day) they could use more seating. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was very cozy. We enjoyed the proximity to various restaurants and beaches.

We loved this hotel. The pool was fantastic with lots for the kids to do. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a good mix of hot and cold items. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was there was only a stand up stall and no tub in the bathroom - I was unaware of this during booking. Sleep Inn & Suites was very nice. the room was very clean & comfortable. Had a very nice free breakfast. They let us check in 2 hrs. early. They also have a very nice outdoor pool. It is near lots of shopping & not far from the beach.

Good thing we spent most of the time away. Room was very small for two people. OK cleanliness, although I didn't want to touch the spreads on either bed. Air conditioning was hard to control. Room was quiet and mostly clean. I think it was way overpriced for what we got. Front desk personnel was fine.

Overall, nice experience at this hotel. Only issue was that we were in a smoking room (only room available?), and the odor in the room seemed to get stronger the longer we stayed... even though no one was smoking. The pool area is great for kids and very well maintained. They have large kiddie pool with a slide and sprinklers. Breakfast was ok...food […] and coffee were cold. The dining area was very small. My daughters and I had an enjoyable time at your Sleep Inn in Lewes, DE.We also loved the continental breakfast that was offered. We enjoyed the pool too and would definitely go back. Your price for our two double bed room was reasonable for the location and time of year.
