Tämä hotelli yllätti meidät positiivisesti, sillä huone oli tilava tosin kuin yleensä Nycin hotelleissa. Huone oli kunnostettu varmaankin lähiaikoina, sillä vessa ja suihku oli todella hyvässä kunnossa. Myös sänky oli erittäin hyvä eikä kaupungin meteli pahemmin haitannut. Sijainti erinomainen China townin vilkkaalla kadulla muutaman askeleen päässä little Italysta ja Sohon mahtavilta shoppaus kaduilta. Aamiainen kuului hintaa ja se oli juuri riittävän kattava. Täm'n hotellin hinta-laatusuhde on erinomainen.

Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Siisti sekä tilava huone, jossa kaikki tarvittava lomamatkalle. Sijainti vain muutaman minuutin päässä Time Squarelta kaikkien palvelujen keskellä. Suosittelen!

Ihan kelpo hotelli, sisustus vähän kulunut, mutta ei kai sitä lomaa hotellissa ole tarkoitus viettää? Rauhallinen sijainti, metroasema kuitenkin lähellä samoin ravintoloita lähistöllä. Ystävällinen palvelu respassa.

Lähellä kaikkia perustarpeita, mukavuuksia ja upeita kohteita sijaitseva Bentley Hotel yllätti minut täysin. Positiivisesti. Sain ystävällistä palvelua ja laadukasta huolenpitoa. Reissuni aikana sairastuin, enkä koskaan ole kokenut moista huolenpitoa: hoivaa, apua ja mukavuuksia. Ennen kaikkea ystävällisyyttä. Huonepalvelusta soitettiin ja kysyttiin tarvitsenko jotain, voileivät voideltiin valmiiksi pötkötellessäni sängyssä, tuotiin jäitä ja virvokkeita.. Olen kiitollinen. Bentley pitää huolta pipinäkin. Suosittelen. Lisäksi laukkujen säilytys ja autonkuljettaja: mahtavat palvelut. Hotellin oma ravintola ja baari oluvat ainoa heikkokohta, mieluummin kävin muualla. Kokonaisuudessaan neljän tähden hotelli.

Minusta hotelli oli varsin hyvä hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Siisti ja miellyttävä huone. Olin varannut yhden hengen huoneen, tilaa oli runsaasti ja huone oli siisti. Ilmeisesti huoneissa suurta kokoeroa, mutta omani oli hyvä. Liikenteen melu suurkaupungissa luonnollisesti kantautuu osaan huoneista, korvatulpat kannattaa varata. Pimennysverhot olivat hyvät. Liikkuminen hotellilta helppoa ja keskeinen sijainti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Voin suositella, jos haluaa perushyvää.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

"Good hotel, perfect location"
An ideal hotel with central location for somebody who prefers to be a lot on the move, whether you are in NYC for theatres, shopping, museums or just walking around. It is also easy to get out of Manhattan - Penn St, Grand Central and Port Authority Bus Terminal are all within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was small with a carpet […] floor (guess you cannot avoid that in a NYC hotel) but in good condition. The bathroom was clean with good enough water pressure, so taking a shower was a pleasure. It took me some time to get used to the air conditioning which was noisy but practically the only thing to complain about. We stayed on the 16th floor, with a nice view to Empire State Building. There was some noise from the street traffic but that is hardly a surprise in the centre of Manhattan. For those who do not like to have breakfast or dine at the hotel restaurant, there is a good deli around the corner. Would gladly go back to this hotel on my next trip to New York. Lisätietoja

"Excellent base in NY"
Perfect location in midtown NY, very good base for exploring New York! The rooms are clean and our room was quite big with a clean, comfortable, large bathroom. This is obviously no luxury hotel, but it gives you very good value for the money spent - very recommendable for the price we paid!

The Hilton Hotel was great. It was in a convenient place to get to everything that I wanted to see and do. The food was good in the dinning area. The employees were pleasant and the stay was affordable.

I stayed at this hotel for a week on business. They have a great gym, convenient breakfast and the rooms were nice also. Very clean and updated. The location could not have been better and the staff went above and beyond! I'll definetly go back.

Great Location.. right at Herald Square! just 10 blocks from Times square!! Subway is right under the hotel making commute within the city very easy! Downside is the size of the regular room - too cramped! But the clean rooms and toilets make up for the loss of space. Plus got a good deal from Hotels.com!! Though I only stayed one night I found the service and accommadations to be excellent. The room size was good and the shower was terrific. The bed was very comfortable. It had a sleep number adjustment on it!! I hope my company picks this Inn for me again in the near future. Oh and the surrounding area was great!

From the free cookies at check-in to the free coffee on the bar in the morning, this hotel has warm, friendly touches. Midtown isn't my favorite part of the city, but it certainly is convenient. Our room was small, there is really only space to lay open one suitcase if you are using both beds and if you don't want to use the desktop as a luggage rack. The Hotel is vert well situated close to all major attractions. The room was quite small; otherwise, everything was good. Wi-Fi works perfectly and is free. Would recommend this hotel ; especially, if you stay for a short time and do not spend too much in the room.

Super great location in the heart of everything. My only complaint was the room received was just across from the elevator even though I arrived at the hotel first thing in the morning. However, they were very nice enough to relocate me to a quieter room which was much better. The Hilton Staff were very friendly and no complaints. Check in was fast and friendly and our room on the 16th floor was clean, comfortable, and not as small as we had expected (considering the great rate and all the reviews noting that the rooms were very small!). Flat screen TV, cushiony beds: good good. "Fantastic location"
I picked this hotel based on reviews and was not a bit disappointed. It couldn't have been a better location. Herald Square station is mere feet away from the door, and you can catch a train to anywhere in Manhattan. Felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. If we ever get back to NYC we will definitely stay here again.

Although the hotel's on a quiet little block, if we looked left (and up) out our window, we saw the Empire State Bldg one block away, and if we looked right, Macy's on Herald Square. The rooms are small but very clean and attractive; obviously recently updated and redecorated. It got pretty crowded in the equally small lobby those days after Christmas, […] but the staff handled it very graciously and were all very helpful. Our only complaint; the elevators were S-L-O-W. This was a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Mannhatan. Except for the size of the room which was quite small, this hotel had all the amenities and was reasonably priced. The staff was efficient. Check in and check out were prompt.

"Great Hotel"
The hotel was great and very accomodating. We checked out at noon, but they held on to our suitcases until 5 pm. We also kept the car in the lot until 5 pm, and didn't have any trouble paying the one parking fee.

I opted for the city view room which had a wondeful close up view of the Empire State Building which is particularly stellar at night. The problem is if you are on the street side you hear the street noise. The rooms are very small and the elevators tend to get too crowded during the midday with checkouts and checkins. However, ther room was very clean, the bed was very good, no bedbugs, and the hotel's location was close to Times Square without the "seedy" problems that occur with neighborhoods on the West side of Times Square.
