This hotel was spotless on the inside. We did not want to leave. They have a air filtration system that makes the air smell wonderful and fresh. Nice place to stay. Better deal than hotels closer to South Beach and it's only a 10-15 minute drive. Nice neighborhood. We had a kithchen in our room and a nice grocery store close by. It is not a high rise hotel. The hotel seems a little small but the rooms are big. Freeway is close by. Pool is nothing special but the beach is better anyways.

Superb hotel/apartments, beautifully styled and furnished with every convenience. Only small niggle was the mattress and pillows are too soft but that's personal preference. The only real issue is that it is at the opposite end of South Beach and downtown beach area so a car is necessary. Once in beach area parking is plentiful. I had to stay in the Balharbour area and didn't want to pay for The One Resort or stay at the Best Western so I decided to take my chance with this hotel. Pros: Nice, new, clean hotel with attentive staff. Checking in and out was easy. You can walk to Balharbour shops for all your dinner and lunch times and to shop! Bal Harbor Quarzo is a new Apart Hotel with most modern and latest style interior comfortably located close to Aventura. Keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Miami. We had a wonderful time.

Once we finely found the hotel very secluded location directions on hotel website were not helpful. The Hotel was very nice small we asked for an oceanview we got a view of the parking lot and look to the left you see the ocean. But over all it was nice make sure you have a car due to the location of the hotel.

Also, despite being such a nice hotel, nobody here seems to be even slightly snob (as it happens sometimes at boutique hotels). Bal Harbour is a beautiful, quiet and very upscale area, still close to shops, great restaurants and amazing beaches. Toileteries were replaced almost everyday in our bathroom, we also got several small gifts in our room during our 1 week stay (chocolates, a cute paper fan, jelly beans on a mini-jar). When we requested a couple of extra towels for the room, the housekeeping ladies left about 5 more!. When we wanted to print our flight boarding passes, the guests printer was not working, so they allowed us to use a computer on the front desk and print directly from there. There's is free WIFI in the room, it was great to get some work done, send some emails and plan our vacation on-site. Very spacious and very comfortable hotel. State of the art contemporary furnishing. You feel you are home away from home and definetly not in a hotel. Staff is very professional, courteous and well mannered. The only thing all of my family hated was to leave this hotel. We highly recommend it

The Bal Harbour Quorzo is not the place to stay if you want to be close to Miami hot spots, but very pleasant if you want to take break and relax. This hotel is very charming. The hotel looks brand new and very ultra modern high end. Big rooms, full kitchen and a very nice pool and outdoor. The water front lounging area is really relaxing and has lots of outdoor sitting area and outdoor beds. The experience was a very pleasant one.

There was a group of youngsters who were screaming and banging on doors from 23.00 hours to 2am. The reception did not answer when I called down and when I made a complaint in the morning I was told that it could not have been so. I think this is appalling. Excelente mesmo, em todos os sentidos, funcionários, limpeza, localização.... Mas o único problema que encontrei foi a acústica do corredor, pois o piso é de ceramica e as pessoas que passam pelo corredor de manhã causam barulho no interior dos quartos. Isso incomoda apenas no primeiro dia, depois vc nem percebe! Nos demais dias coloquei um pano entre […] o chão e a porta e pareceu melhorar bastante o barulho. Das Zimmer sieht wirklich so aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Service war sehr gut, auch wenn es nicht ganz einfach war das Hotel zu finden und es ist auch ziemlich klein angeschrieben wenn man dort ankommt. Das einzige was ich ein bisschen bemägle ist, dass ein Telefonanruf nach Deerfield Beach ( ca. 50 min entfernt von Bal Harbour aber auch noch in Florida […] 12 USD gekostet hat für nur ca. 10 min Gespräch, nachdem man mir gesagt hat, dass es ca. 50 cents kosten wird und es ganz bestimmt nicht unter long distance call geht! Adoramos o hotel, como o norte de Miami beach é mais sofisticado que o sul, sempre preferimos nos hospedar nessa região. Fica mais próximo dos lugares que mais fazemos compras, como o Bal Harbour Shops, Ventura mall, Bed Bath e Beyond, alugueis de barcos e a praia é bem vazia. O pessoal do hotel nos recebeu super bem, tentavam falar o máximo de português, […] os quartos são enormes, fiz um supermercado apenas para tomar café da manhã, é bem ali perto (PUBLIX). Gostei tb do preço, achei bem justo! Só não me informaram que para estacionar nas vagas a frente do hotel, seria cobrado. Soube apenas na hora do chek out. Sai por volta de U$10 o dia. é baratinho! el servicio y las instalaciones son excelentes. en mi opinion deberian instrumentar un sistema de asistencia en playa ya que esta un poco distante del hotel.

Jättetrevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Troligtvis nytt då taxichaufförer hade svårt att hitta hotellet. Enda minuset är att rummen är mycket lyhörda. Vi hörde våra amerikanska grannars festande mycket väl 2 nätter i rad.

Hotel moderno , novo, limpo, confortável, muito espaçoso e principalmente sem carpetes no chão. O piso de ceramica é lindo! Otima localização, funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Tem uma cozinha completa no quarto. Fomos muito bem atendidos e estamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia recomendando-o a todos.

O hotel foi todo reformado e por isso está bem novinho, o que é ótimo. O quarto é amplo e confortável porém o banheiro é minúsculo e nao tem espaço na bancada da pia nem pra escova de dente. Eles deviam ter rebalanceado isso... Há uma cozinha toda equipada, portanto da pra comprar itens pro cafe da manha no Publix proximo. Não tem serviço de praia, […] eles dao as cadeiras e toalhas e vc se vira. Houve 2 inconvenientes durante minha estada: acabou a energia por mais de 12hrs e nao havia gerador proprio; um dia eu estava na piscina lendo quando funcionarios começaram a cortar grama fazendo muito barulho e levantando sujeira. Estive neste hotel na semana de 27 e setembro. O hotel é novo e com um serviço bastante pessoal e prestativo. Estacionamento perfeito com um bom preço para USA. Quarto com acomodações otimas e utensilios de cozinha super novos. Recomendo este hotel.

Instalaciones nuevas, decoración minimalista con muy buenos detalles, de lineas simples y completo apart. Agradable atención del personal. A 15 minutos del Aventura Mall y 3 minutos de Bal Harbour. A pesar de la cercania, un poquito dificil acceder a la playa inmediata q practicamente se comparte con otro hotel.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, numa zona tranquila de Miami Beach. Organizado, limpo, decoração de extremo bom gosto. Staff atencioso. Estacionamento no próprio hotel. Recomendo.

部屋はとっても広くまた清潔感もあり快適でした。また、スタッフの方もフレンドリーで親切にして頂きました。ただ、ロケーション的にはダウンタウンやサウスビーチの繁華街から離れているので不便でした。車があれば問題ないと思いますが。私たちはバスとタクシーで移動していたのでその点で時間のロスになってしまっていたと思います。 ビーチは歩いて３分くらいの場所にあり、常に空いていたのでよかったです。

ottima qualità, ambiente tranquillo e non affollato giusto per rilassarsi senza confusione con una vista decisamente appagante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile soprattutto con chi come noi non sa parlare bene l'inglese o lo spagnolo. ho già suggerito l'hotel ad una coppia di amici che si recheranno a Miami nel prossimo settembre.
