Excellent staff.. Just some confusion w/the housecleaning .. not cleaning our room the first day. And our shower leaked and wasn't addressed until we left. Beautiful view, comfortable contemporary decor in rooms, sleek restaurant and bar. It is right on a walkway that hugs the ocean for miles and ends at Black Falcon Pier. I Love this hotel.The staff is friendly.The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean.It is in a busy neighborhood but you would never know it .I sleep like a baby and go back all of the time!!

The service, hotel, amenities were the best! Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is well situated with beautiful water views, an excellent fitness center and luxurious touches in the room. We were within walking distance of some amazing Italian cafes and restaurants. The nearest subway was about a 10 minute walk.

Absolutely spectacular hotel. Staff is exceptional, rooms are fantastic and they pay great attention to the small stuff. They even had jazz on in my room when i came back from dinner. Simply a great, great hotel.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms very clean. The beds were very comfortable, would stay here again for sure!

Our room was located right on the harbor, and even though it was on the second floor it still had a gorgeous view. The front desk was friendly, helpful, and courteous every time we approached or called them, and we did so multiple times. The room was kept clean and our sheets and towels were promptly replaced. The bathroom was large and the overhead […] shower is a nice touch (we were in the Deluxe room with two Kings). The wifi service was fast and reliable, and we were able to avoid the surcharge by having one of our members join the President's Club (I believe this was also free). Lastly, the North End Italian neighborhood was terrific, and we were within walking distance of several bars, restaurants, and historic sites. The only cons were really the lack of a pool (apparently common in Boston) and that the garbage cans in the room were a little on the small side. I'd definitely stay here again. Lisätietoja

Both the hotel and its location are quiet. The cab ride in from Logan took only a few minutes. I enjoyed the stay, was there on business. Cabs can be a bit tricky to get. Not much around the area within walking distance. But very comfortable, very quiet, food at the hotel was excellent (but pricey, as you would expect). For business stays, it's great. […] For sightseeing, something closer to major attraction might work better. Lisätietoja

the hotel is a bit over priced but it is Boston. Parking is an extra $42 and it is very slow.

This hotel is fantastic. The check-in process was superb, a review and orientation of the amenities in the room, nearby sites, and a truly meant offer to help. I say that as we did have a minor item of the exhaust fan in the bathroom being less than expected and they had it fixed in 10 minutes. A few minor items were noted during the repair process […] and they immediately offered us another room for the inconvenience. Things happen in life, it's how you respond that makes a difference. In the hotel business it is all about customer service. At the Fairmont, they live by it. I've not found a staff more friendly and professional, truly on top of their game. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, access is to what feels like their own private wharf. Nearby site seeing includes a lot of interesting nautical items, a view of Bunker Hill, a great outside walkway around the wharf well lit and maintained. Nice views of a harbor town, day and night! Knowledge of the area was great, recommendations for places to go were top shelf and the rooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel whether it is a stay over on the way to someplace else, or if you want to really get around Boston and see any sights. Perfect location, best hotel staff ever, and a great experience. I will try to always stay at the Fairmont when staying in Boston, they won me over in a big way. Spent only one night at the hotel, and I am satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. However; bad service was evident from the time of check-in. For this price($$$$), I expected everything to be in order, but one of our rooms was not ready for two hours after check-in. The hotel staff blamed it on overbooking. We absolutely loved this hotel - it was immaculate, and everyone from the doorman to the manager were friendly and very accommodating. We ate in the hotel restaurant and took advantage of room service and were very pleased. Location is the best in Boston, close to all the tourist sights and on the waterfront so we had an excellent view out our window. […] Next visit to Boston I will definitely be staying at this hotel particularly if the hotels.com can get us the reasonabale rates we were able to have on this visit. The level of service was extraordinary.

We loved the hotel. We loved the location to the waterfront, the North End for the history and the italian neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boston!

I knew nothing about Boston or where to stay. Luckily we ended up at the Fairmont Battery Wharf. The room was beautiful, convenient to everything, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also were able to walk around the neighborhood safely.

Not only is parking $42 a day but they lost my car twice...yes twice and I had to walk to dinner. The wait for your car after calling the valet was at least 30 minutes. Many of the hotel guests were complaining. Upon asking the hotel staff, I heard that they do not own the garage and therefore can not fix the problem. I asked for the $42 to be removed […] from my bill (since they did not perform and lost the car twice) but they refused. I would not stay there again. In addition, the internet is $14.95 per day. I need this for work and it is just irrational in this day and age to charge $14.95 for wireless internet that costs them next to nothing. Again, nickel and dime like the parking (bait and switch) However, the hotel staff is GREAT! Lisätietoja

Close to the North End, which means amazing food. Staff were all so helpful and nice. Loved the bath salts and the overhead shower. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Great accomodations at a great rate (thanks to Hotels.com) The room is really well laid out, we had a great view of Boston Harbor, the staff at the hotel were uber accomodating. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Hotel is located within walking distance to the North End of Boston where you have historical venues (Paul Revere's home) and fantastic eateries and Italian heritage. Service was outstanding and professional and very helpful. Hotel is very safe as well with entry only by key card for both entrance as well as going from one floor to another on the elevator. Would […] have rated all fives but the orientation of the room and TV is such that the bed faces north and TV is located at the far east portion of the room (12 feet away) so in order to see the TV, you have to lay on your side and if you are with someone, they won't be able to see the TV. While the front desk was very capable of checking us in and out, they were no help in providing a list of nearby eating establishments or sightseeing opportunities. We asked them to make reservations for a tour and it was made in advance, but there was a great deal of confusion regarding it. Outstanding location and atmosphere

It was my first time staying at the Fairmont. This is a smaller hotel, nicely situated on the waterfront. It is actually located in two separate buildings, connected at the lower level so there is no need to go outside. Our accomodations were excellent. While they have the full range of amenities, the restaurant and lounge are on the smaller side. Given […] the location, they are a little out of the way for cabs so a call ahead to the bellman will save a wait while they call a cab. Very close to the North End and all their great restaurants. We got a deal at this hotel when it first opened. We spent two nights there and had great service. Our room was beautifully decorated. We didn't try the restaurant because the hotel is located right by the historic Italian North neighborhood and we had to try some of the Italian restaurants.

Beautiful property, clean, All the staff that we had contact with were great. John T, the Concierge went above and beyond making us feel welcome and givng us some good dining ideas. He also made a mean Espresso Martini. The only bad part to the trip, was leaving.

You know how when a new movie comes out and everyone's talking about how great it is and how you just have to see it? Then you finally sit down and it's... good. Not bad. Not even ok. But good. That's what staying at the new Fairmont Battery Wharf felt like. There wasn't anything wrong per se, but there was definitely something missing that I would […] expect from a) Fairmont and b) any 4-star hotel on the Boston waterfront. The hotel is relatively new and awesome. We took the water taxi from Logan Airport which was such a great start to our vacation. The hotel is top notch, and we were even given a tour of the room amenities (that says it all!). Location is great and has a beautiful landscaped area where you can relax and look out over the water. Lovely. North end location […] is key, too. Kids loved the big flat screen tv and we even paid for a movie(which we never do) since room was so nice and relaxing. Would absolutely stay again. Lovely new hotel on the wharf in Boston's North end. Very conveniently located close to historical locations and restaurants. Rooms are all modern and bed was extremely comfortable. Our only complaint was that the walls were a little thin. We were placed in a room above the entrance to the hotel and could hear the conversations between the bell hops […] and arriving guests. Great location on the North End. The attention from the staff is the best I've ever had.

We loved this hotel! We were upgraded to a 'gold' suite, which was amazing! The room was immaculate, the amenities were great, the staff was extremely helpful. The location was fantastic for eating in the North End. We also enjoyed brunch at the hotel itself. The one problem we had was actually finding the hotel using our GPS.
