Very glad we chose this Resort for our resent visit to the N. Myrtle Beach area. Beautiful, top quality resort, clean, comfortable with extremely friendly and helpful staff. For the value, could not have been happier.

Our room was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed in a king room suite with an ocean view on the 20th floor and the scenory was breathtaking! The room was very well cleaned was as well as the hotel resort as a whole. Overall satisfied with the resort but all guest that book need to be made aware that it is a resort and they will make you a gift offer for a timeshare seminar. Graet location with a beatiful oceanview from the balcony.

A beautiful property indeed and had no issues with the property itself but my only complaint is that the check out time is 10:00am and it is my fault for not reviewing that when I made the reservation. If I had known that; I would have chose another property as not to have been rushed on my last day..When I called to ask for a later check out with a […] bit of huffing and puffing the guest service agent gave me until 10:30am and housekeeping was knocking right at 10:30am...that is after they knocked first at 8:30am. I realize that units have to be cleaned and ready for the next occupants but many properties do it still allowing their guests to check out at 11:00am or even at noon. With check in times posted as not until 3 or 4pm I have a tough time understanding why this property needs you out by 10am.....I would recommend this property however make sure their schedule fits yours or you will have the same uncomfortable ending to your wonderful days at the beach as I did........ Nice hotel, we stayed here while attending a wedding of a friend, and it was nice to be able to have a fridge with icemaker, even an oven to make a frozen pizza late night! The beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean!

My husband and I came to this hotel for a short weekend getaway and was surprised how great our room was! The full kitchen allowed us to have all our comforts from home available during out trip. We loved the lazy river and spent most of our time at the pool. My only complaint was how pushy and sneaky the staff was about making you sign up to learn […] about their timeshares. Very nice hotel. Room was a little small but was updated and clean. Only complaint was they were pushing time shares.

Beautiful hotel, well maintained, with spacious rooms in a quiet area. A quick cab ride from popular attractions. Only cons, no bar or restaurant on the property, and because some of the units are up for sale/rent as timeshares, there are constantly sales personal showing the property to possible buyers which is kind of annoying when in the public areas […] of the hotel. Great spacious 2-bedroom Standard Room + the bonus pullout couch created a 3rd bedroom -- worked well for 3 Adults, 2 children + an infant. Rooms very clean, quiet and new. Loved the ocean view and access. Plenty of garage parking as we had 2 cars. Although this is a time-share hotel, the offer to join a breakfast presentation occurred at check-in, […] but no additional pressure was put upon us when we decided not to participate. *Better option than renting a condo -- full kitchen appliances, includes linens, all soaps, beach/pool towels. Walking distance to a breakfast/lunch restaurant, grocery store, ice cream shop & souvenir shops. 5-20 minutes drive to attractions, other restaurants. Drawbacks: 1) Small pool area...hard to get a chair during peak times, no pool in sunshine to hang out in (hot tub and lazy river); no toddler splash zone where water isn't dumping on their head. 2) No storage in room (no closets or luggage racks). 3) Bathroom off kitchen had a shower which leaked water all over floors (bathroom and kitchen) due to wrong shower curtain style. Had to mop up water each time. 4) Sidewalks narrow and right on the road -- not so safe for leisure stroll with the kids. Hotel was fine. It was the checking in that was terrible. First, the room wasn't ready when the front desk told us it would be ready, and had to wait around for an hour waiting for the room, then before we got our pool passes we had to sit through a "timeshare" meeting trying to sell us on going to a larger presentation. Recently stayed there on my honeymoon and was hassled on check-in about a luncheon or breakfast to attend. They schedule right off the bat, with promised of free gifts. They give you a prepaid gift card, and state if you don't go to the luncheon they will charge your debit account on file. My wife and I decided to go to receive the free swag, but definitely […] no intentions or any type of purchase. When we let this known to the seller, he then sent out his financial guy to hassle us about how its the right thing to do. If you can deal with 45 minutes of your life wasted then feel free to partake. The hotel rooms were exquisite. Tile kitchens with granite countertops and a jacuzzi tub. The place was impeccable. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, great swimming area and beach seemed quite private for area. Only downfall was with the Time Share Stuff. Great place to stay in North Myrtle Beach, SC Hotel staff very professional and all were pleasantly friendly (not a surly one to be found)! The only negative regarding the hotel properties is that one must go to the 3rd floor/Lobby in order to access a restroom. Bed sunk. Originally booked with Hotels.com was not clear this was a time share not a hotel. Surrounding area Ok not great. Parking accross street. in tower. (not in hotel) Beach nice, pool area small. Time share in constant motion- people moving in and out.

Hotel very nice and clean but the only thing I can say is that when booking an oceanfront 1 bedroom you really are getting a studio or efficiency room. As you enter the kitchen is right at the door and then the two double beds are next to the kitchen which is not closed off. You have a sitting area ( very small ? which is closed off and then the balcony. […] The layout at wyndam towers on the grove are not the typical one two bedrooms usally found in Myrtle beach unless you book the two bedroom ocean front deluxe. Beware do not book 2 bedroom standroom that sleeps 8 because it only holds people to sleep 8 , not to eat 8 or sit 8. The hotel was clean and right on the beach in North Myrtle. Comfortable beds. Fantastic views. Great beach.The room we had was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Had a full kitchen but no where to sit. Balcony had 2 chairs, but you had to climb over 1 to get to the other.

My husband, son and I stayed in the studio ocean view suite. The room was very, very small - in fact it was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in my whole life. No chairs or table in the room - just two double beds. The only place where we could store our snacks, etc. was on top of the stove. This was a last minute trip on the 4th of July weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was very easy, the room was small but very cozy and CLEAN. We were impressed by the cleanliness of all the amentities and how courtious the staff was. We didn't want to leave! Can't wait to go again!

Loved the time we spent here, planning on going back in the next year. Only problem was at check in. We arrived at 345pm for a 4pm check in and we had to wait till 5pm to get our room. Think this part of the process needs to be reviewed by the management. This was our only trouble, we loved everything else about the stay.

Hotel was very nice. We had some problems with reservations, but the staff was very helpful in resolving the problem. Very family oriented

Very mixed emotions on this place. GOOD: convenient location, clean room and hotel, kitchen had excellent supplies, beach towels are provided. BAD: they will not give you your parking pass until you listen to their pressured sales pitch where they coerce you to attend an "information" mtg about their properties, rooms are not cleaned daily as in a normal […] "resort", no restaurant or room service, very small room, check-out is at 10:00am and check-in isn't until 4:00.(Most hotels are 11:00am/3:00pm.), outdoor pool is under the hotel so you can't lay out by the pool, only the lazy river is completely outside. While the beach was beautiful, and the rooms fairly comfortable and modern... the location was not convenient. There were always people waiting for the elevators to come and go.. you have to park your car across he busy street in a 6 level parking garage... there is no bar or restaurant (aka room service). All in all, I found it to not be very relaxing […] or convenient at all. Whenever we needed something (meals, snacks, suntan lotion, gifts, etc), we had to take the elevators down 15 floors, wait for traffic to cross the street, take more elevators to our car, than drive 10-30 mins to do just about anything. Unless you want to cook for yourself, in the in room kitchen, for every meal we had to drive to another location (down the elevators, across the street, up more elevators, and out the parking garage)... minus the great lil pancake house down the street. The beach was BEAUTIFUL and right there outside the hotel... but that was the only convenience. Being pregnant, with 2 small children under 5... All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were well maintained. The room was very nice and included beach towels for our use, flat screen TVs in three rooms, and nice furniture. We were in walking distance of a major grocery store, restaurants, stores, and the Cherry Grove Pier. The pool area got very crowded […] and seemed kind of small for such a large hotel. When my husband and I book our room, we read the reviews about the time share sales. We had our game faces on expecting to be hassled at the front door! To our surprise and delight it was not mentioned at all! The staff at check-in were excellent. Our room was more than we expected...it actually looked like the picture on the website! The pool area […] had a water slide and a neat area for little kids to play! The hotel is in a great location surrounded by beautiful homes. There is a 24 hour grocery store (Huge! Has everything! +Hot food!) and several restaurants a block away. We will definitely stay here again! Lisätietoja

It is a very nice property. The room is new had granite counter tops and flat screen tv's. The pool and lazy river were very nice and our favorite was the water slide!

Very nice hotel. Luxurious, relatively new and well maintained. If I ever return to Myrtle Beach I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Location is good only because it is right on beach. We actually had fantastic views. BUT....room was a bit small. The worst part was check in! I had my 2 year old son in my arms and all he could think about or talk about was going for a swim in the pool. He was so excited. They started to give me the speal about timeshares, which I politely told them […] I was not interested and that I just wanted to check in and go to the pool with my son, You would think they would leave me alone, but no! They kept persisting but I held my ground and finally got checked in. Here is the kicker....they called my room at 9pm that night to further discuss timeshares! The phone woke up my 1 month old son and my 2 year old. For this reason, I would never ever recomend this hotel to anyone I like. I never seen a hotel with 4 pm check in and 10 am check out , and forget about trying to have early check in or late check out. Manager and staff are so mean and unprofessional. Hotel is very far from all the action. No room service. Dont let the pictures fool you , u wont get an ocean view from your room unless you pay top dollar for deluxe apartment. […] Parking is not in the same building. From the minute we walked in to register we were greated high preasure salesmen. They want you to sigh up for a "free" breakfast/open house with tons of free gift cards. The preasure to the breakfast was so uncomfortable it made me mad the rest of the trip. Come to find out, the free breakfast/open house is just more high preasure sales for timeshares […] and condos! the hotal was nice and Quiet, the serves was great, and we had a lote of fun. every thing about the hotal was fabulos and we would love to repeat the experience. the furniture was confortable and the bathroom ornate. I was happy that there was a washer and a drier. I loved the stay .

Beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. There was security all over this hotel 24-7, even in the parking deck, which made us feel very safe. The pool area is awesome!! Two hot tubs, pool, lazy river, kids water play area, and even a water slide! I was very impressed with the fact that a staff member […] was always present when the slide was open. All this right on the beach! This was nice and quiet place to stay in North Myrtle Beach. The only bad part was that someone had throw some glass on the patio of the pool which closed it down for our stay. Annoying! Would have been nice if they would have offered us to go to another pool at the other location down the street.

Brand New. Got a deal online 1 hour before. North of Myrtle by a lot. Great pool outside and under the hotel with small water slide. This ia a much nicer hotel than what you might think when you drive up and have to go up to the lobby of the 3rd floor.

The ocean from studio was very clean and neat. The view was excellent and the beach was right at my feet. However, I didn't realize that the studio was so small. The kitchen was so close to the bed, and there is no seating area to eat your food. Because there was no seating area, I ate out more than I expected to. I had not been to Myrtle Beach prior to this stay. So I did not realize there was a North Myrtle Beach as well. There are 2 N. Ocean Blvds that really screwed me up. I thought I was staying at the Wyndham near the Boardwalk, which is in Myrtle Beach, not North Myrtle. Even though I was decieved, the place was very nice, great access to beach. Let me give ya'll the straight poop on this place. The check in was fine and the "check in" people were friendly. There was not a hard sell on the time share if you let them no up front that you were not interested. We asked for a quiet room, which we sure did not get. The guest on either side of us were loud at all hours of the night. They told us […] they talked to these people, but it did no good. We asked for a different room, but none were available ( not sure how true that was.) The room it self was more the size of a closet than a hotel room. The bedroom of the one bedroom was right next to the hallway, so you heard all the hallway traffic. The carpet was wet when we got into the room and for five days it remained wet. They sent a maintenance man to clean it but it still was moist. The carpet felt dirty, I would not walk with bare feet on it. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Overall the room was too small and noisy. We would never stay or recommend this hotel again to anyone. The beach was good and not crowded. The pool was crowded with plenty of flootation items. Our one-bedroom oceanfront was excellent. All the appliances are new and function well. The view from the balcony is breath-taking, with the beach right below. Golf courses were nearby and there are hundreds of restaurants to choose from.
