"Did not meet expectations"
Rooms had been freshly painted and theyreeked of paint smells. Mattresses need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Just was a very disappointing stay. Otherwise, staff was friendly and were helpful.
"Average Hotel"
If you need a hotel in this location, this should suite your needs. However, the swim area (tile) could have been cleaned a little better. ** Something the hotel could improve on would be to allow guests to swim for free the remaining day of checkout. A charge by hour is more for a waterpark type hotel. Not just a pool & hottub... in my opinion.
"Overall nice, but..."
A few glitches to be on look out for - my ground floor room had no window screen and the 2 window locks were broken such that the windows were unsecured and could be opened and entered by anyone from the outside at any time. Front desk clerk did not know about the condition of the window. Requested move to another room. Room key did not work for the […] 2nd day of my stay. Had to get room key reprogrammed. Front desk clerk asleep at front desk when I went to check out. Had to wake him up to process my check out. Granted it was 5 a.m. however he was at the front desk. Lisätietoja
"Osseo Super 8- A super employee"
We were at the Hotel over the weekend, and had breakfast both Saturday and Sunday mornings. We were so impressed by the woman who not only took care of the breakfast room, but did the checking out of guest, and mopped the floor.
