Pieni hotelli sivukadulla, josta minuutin kävely hyörinän keskelle. Alueella paljon kojumyyntiä ja ravintoloita. Sivukuja itsessään kumminkin hiljainen. Muille alueille liikkuminen suijui kätevästi tuktukeilla. Huone ei ehkä ollut kaikkein viihtyisin, sopii siis henkilöille, jotka eivät halua viettää aikaansa hotellissa. Ilmasto oli kostea, joten kaikki oli kostean nihkeää. Suihkusta tuli vissiin lähes joka kerta lämmintä vettä. Suihkun kaikkia hierovia ominaisuuksia emme testanneet, joten emme tiedä toimivatko ne :D Plussaa oli aulassa ollut tietokone, jota sai käyttää surffailuun ilmaiseksi. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja auttavaista.

Yhden yön kokemuksella: Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Taksikyytiä lentokentältä kannattaa yrittää tinkiä koska lupauksista huolimatta eivät meinaa löytää perille. Hotellin keltaisen opaskyltin erottaa kuitenkin sivukujalta isomman hotellikadun varrelta jos malttaa tiirailla. Hotellin henkilökunnalta kannattaa kysellä ravintolasuosituksia. Itse pidin kovasti läheisestä kasvisruokamestasta, nimeä en nyt muista mutta alkoi B:llä ja sijaitsi 2 min kävelymatkan päässä "makeisleipomon" yläkerrassa ;) Muualla en ehtinyt pyörimään.

Palvelu hotellissa oli ensiluokkaista! Ravintolavaihtoehtoja oli tarpeeksi ja palvelu joustavaa. Turvajärjestelyt olivat mittavat. Huoneiden siivous ei aivan länsimaiseen tasoon yltänyt. Suosittelen!

Ok, but below expectation when it comes to service. More friendlier to groups than individuals. Location is perfect, but everything is overpriced and watch you charges when you leave, they make a lot mistakes and double charge if you don't watch. Hotel was poor, rooms very small and the cafe was like a zoo!! very poor value for the money we paid. Drinks at the bar as expensive as the Shangri-la!!

The hotel is nicely decorated and has art sculptures and decadent detail. It is tourist friendly, however with that comes tourist prices. The food at the Thai restaurant was fair and an appetizer, entree and water run about 1250 rupies. The staff in general were very welcoming and attentive. Our room on the 16th floor was very comfortable. The restaurant food was rather expensive, but unremarkable. This has been our 5th visit to this hotel which indicates our satisfaction.

I had a bad experience with Hotel.com. I had a very long and specific conversation with the person on the other side. I had asked if breakfast was included and it was an affirmative reply. I even wrote to you asking about it on 9th Feb just to be sure. I was snt a reply on 14/15th Feb abt bf not being included. It was too late to cancel then. However […] I called the toll free no and spoke there. I was promised my call will be looked into and I shld expect a call from the senior executive the same day which never happened!! I paid for bf which I never got. It was very upsetting coz tht is the only meal one has time for whilst working. I still haven't heard from anyone and this is callous attitude!!! Internet charged pr. device, two laptops=double cost. In-house restaurant is expensive and has poor variety of foods. Staff are not allowed to recommend places outside the hotel. Limited shopping facilities in the neighbourhood

location is indeed very good for business and sightseeing, just near CP area... however all over the facilities are quite old and not maintained well. My room was quite small and no bath tab in the room though I have been told that the room is upgraded… I believe that you could find other better options for accommodation around this area..

"A hotel"
The hotel room is quite small. During the lunch time and dinner time the restaurant is full of BBQ smoke, witch makes the dining time there not very pleasant. Except that, the quality of the food is okay. We see more group tourists in the hotel than business travelers. .

Had a very wonderful stay at the Hotel Royal Plaza. Check-in was fast and efficient. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Easy accessiblity to other parts of Delhi. Metro station 500 metres away. Hotel was in a peaceful area with no touts to bother u. Breakfast was great. I would stay in this hotel again if i visit India.
A good hotel with easy access to most places in Delhi. Hotel rates are fair for the standard but laundry cost are very high for India

Wonderful hotel. Amazing entrance lobby, great pool and facilities and all in central Delhi. Lovely location, not far from anywhere. Rooms were a little on the small side but we had a good deal so you are never going to get the best rooms. "Wouldn't stay here again"
The service within this hotel brings it down to a level to which I would not stay there again. Reception were unfriendly upon check in, unhelpful with a number of my queries and made it seem as though every request was an effort on their part. The woman working at the money exchange was the same. The manager of the bellhop was also rude upon checkout […] and picking up my luggage. The only positive, friendly people working here are the concierge team- to which I am extremely grateful. I would never stay at this hotel again due to this experience. The reception area is beautiful and well kept, however the rooms are of a low standard. There were two mornings of my three night stay where there was no hot water left to have a shower with. The in room service is good but extremely expensive for what you receive- even by room service standards. Overall the location of the hotel is very good. It is in a safe, clean area- close to Jampur Markets and also all sorts of transport to get you into town (central isn't far, however it is too hot to walk). THERE IS NO COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET ACCESS. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was alright, basic indian and continental breakfast selection. Hotel was formally Ramada Plaza Hotel; despite the grand hotel entrance and lobby, the room was quite old. Convenient location for sightseeing and shopping.

"Chambre ridiculement petite et déco désuette"
Nous avions demandé une chambre avec un mot supplémentaire. Un matelas à juste été possible. En revanche nous ne pouvions plus circuler autour de notre lit même en supprimant un fauteuil et une table ! Déco horrible et petit dejeuner très moyen.
