It was clean and the staff were friendly. Not much more you could ask for a quick stay.

Comfortable bed. Minimal noise level from outside the motel. The only negative was the room heater/air conditioner was not easy to figure out and kept going on and off repeatedly through the night. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was well appointed with some extra little touches you would find in a much more expensive hotel. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, however, the breakfast buffet was excellent offering a wide variety of choices. Well done Sleep Inn Redmond!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The only thing I don;t like in my experience is the noise that coming out from the pipes I guess every time a toilet is flush from any room aboved us. The noise is loud especially at night when everything is quiet and stay for about 5 secs.

the rooms were clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a Sleep inn. the breakfast is excellent but I would say to ditch the biscuit and gravy ( yuk) and replace it with scrambled eggs. we were there for 3 days and never saw anybody eat any of that stuff. for the price, we got an excellent value. Clean rooms, good rates. The location is fairly central for an Eastern Oregon Trip.

Overall Motel was clean and check in and out was easy.....But the noise level was just too high there for resting or sleeping. There were just too many dogs and kids; the doors on the motel have a very loud latching noise when opened and closed and foot traffic on upper floors can be heard --- the rooms aren't insulated enough to keep the noises from […] being heard. The only thing that we found wrong was there was a Dog in the Breakfast Room.after we told the Girl at the front Desk she ask them to remove the Dog.

Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable. The black-out curtains need to be longer. Light comes in at the top. It was a long drive and my wife wanted to soak in the tub...No bathtub. I had a very comfortable stay but what impressed me the most was that I had forgotten my camera battery charger in the room. I gave them a call a day after I had left and they recovered it and mailed it to me. They were very prompt and it was in the mail by the next day. I will stay there again if I have a need!

We stayed here while skiing at Hoodoo- it was the closest hotel we could find that had rooms available and an indoor pool. The hotel felt "brand new"- we didn't ask how old it was, but it was very clean with minimal "wear and tear". The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was small, but fine for our two kids ages 5 and 9; it was a salt […] water pool which was a treat. Breakfast was a nice spread with many options including a waffle maker. I was pretty happy with this hotel. I arrived to Redmond early, and they let me check in early which was very nice. The staff was friendly. Once I got my room I did a walk about inspection. Nicely layed out room and comforable. Unfortunately I was only there one night and did not have much chance to explore the area. I would recommend this hotel for the business traveler and families.

The hotel appears to be brand new. It is well located north of town, is very quiet, nice room, and excellent bed. The complimentary breakfast is average.

New Hotel in North Redmond, OR. Beds were nice, large flatscreen TV, cool walkin showers, nicely appointed for a rural area. Staff was courteous and professional. Will stay here again when in the area. Came in too late to try resturaunt across the parking lot, but looks like a new sports bar. Only down side I had was hearing a garbage truck at Wal-Mart […] at 3a (across a street and a lot of concrete) from the hotel, and I was on the nearest room to the street on the top floor. Word had it that they would be adding bacon and real meat to the breakfast buffett soon, too many grainy carbs otherwise. Great newer hotel for a great value. Hotel was very clean and new. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Only suggestion would be to have a little softer beds. Thanks!

I can honestly say I didn't expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable, and the staff quite pleasant to deal with. I was a little concerned when we moved in to our room in that it was next to the vending area, but I never heard a thing. It was exactly what I expected. Rooms were clean. bed was comfy. Nice little fridge for our beverages. waffles in the morning. etc... The only thing that irritated the living crap out of me is the fact that every time i left the room my key wouldnt work! And at 12 at night the last thing I wanted to do was go all the way down to the front desk and all […] the way back to my room just to open a door. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great! The breakfast was delicious. The waffles were fresh and big! There was fresh fruit and a large choice of pastries. The dining room was very clean and well attended. This is a wonderful place to stay!
