This was the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever been in and I really appreciated the fact that the room had no perfume odors from cleaning sprays. I had requested a room without sprays and they accommodated my request. There were no odors whatsoever and the room was very clean. We had a great time after the Hotel Bar closed. We were able to stay in the bar area and continue solalizing with our friends and family without an issue.

I stayed at this location a year ago and was very pleased. This vist was just the opposite. The staff seemed to have a general lack of interest. The light in the bathroom was burned out. Oh well, we will contact housekeeping tomorrow was the attitude. The Wi-Fi was in and out. very annoying. There are a lot of other facilities at this interchange which […] would be a better choice. Stayed here 8/8/11 with 2 very large dogs and was expecting something altogether different than I found. Nicely appointed rooms; clean and well-kept; helpful staff. We chose this hotel based on past reviews and the competive rate. We were NOT dissappointed. Convenient location near I-75, shopping/restaurants close by; clean, spacious rooms; comfortable beds; friendly staff; the only thing that could have put our stay over the top would have been a complimentary breakfast...but the certainly wasn't a deal breaker; […] breakfast is avalable in the dining area. We had not stayed at a Holiday Inn for sometime and we were pleasantly surprized. It was very new and updated. Clean and the front desk was friendly. The only reason that I gave the hotel an overall 4 is that they should have some kind of FREE continental breakfast. There is a nice breakfast but the charge is like $9....and they have a very small sign […] letting you know that there is a charge for it. 3 people that were in our party went down separately and had the breakfast thinking that it was included and then was given a bill. Brand new, right off the freeway with lots of restaurants to choose from. Hotel kept up very nicely, staff was very nice and accomodating. Nothing super fancy, but exactly what we needed for a night of rest on our long road trip!

Our team was in KY playing in a baseball tournament, so we were hoping for a free breakfast cuz its always a nice place to hang....our mistake for agreeing to that place I guess. Very small pool, other than that it was very clean and walking distance to some restaurants and a Walmart. Also, they had a laundry, which came in handy for the team

no hot water,poor service,no resolution,no repeat--no more holiday inn stays

This room was fine for business travel, but if you have children of any age it is not for you. Room was clean and updated. Just no amenities and boring!!!!!!!!!!! Prefurred to spend 20 bucks more for nicer hotel!!!!! And no breakfast!!!!!

I booked two rooms for an overnight stay for a conference that we were attending at Rupp arena. There were six of us and all of us agreed that the rooms were extremely nice and clean. We all wanted to take the beds home with us they were so comfortable. Booking through hotels.com made check in and out very quick and easy.

This hotel is fabulous. I compete at several horse shows a year at Kentucky Horse Park. After a long, hot day this hotel is luxurious, and the beds are divine.

There is no breakfast buffet. I asked them to give me free breakfast as I reserved, but they didn't provide me at first. After one more asking, they reluctantly gave me breakfast. I felt offended. I want to say there won't be free breakfast.

Returned to room after being out for the day, room had not been serviced. Called the desk, was immediatley offered new room,(we declined),room ammenities replaced within 10 min. Beautifully appointed room, fair room service, mostly freindly staff.

The hotel is only 3 years old and it looks brand new. The room was clean and comfortable, had a flat screen TV and it had more of a Master Bedroom feel than a hotel feel. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom is standard, but very clean. There is some shopping nearby and is close to the interstate with out the road noise. The site says breakfast is complimentary. That is not the case. The have a full service restaurant and bar. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The hotel was sold out and there were only 2 people working the restaurant. The buffet was always out of something, it would take 15 to 20 minutes to be replenished. However the staff never brought out enough […] food, so with 3 people the food would be gone again. Would not eat at the hotel if I stayed there again. We also had to call down and ask for more towels, because did not replenish them after serving the room. The in door pool was ice cold. On a good note the hotel looks new or at least updated. The hotel was opened in March of 2009 and everything was new and in superb operating condition. The staff appeared to be a bit inexperienced, but nothing to create any significant problems.

I was so surprised at the level of quality of this hotel at the price I paid. It is a brand new hotel. Very close to the KY Horse Park, Walmart and places to eat out!

Staff was great and the hotel was excellent. Would stay again when we return to Lexington. Georgetown is close enough to all Lexingtons attractions, and you dont have to pay "Downtown" prices.

The hotel is still new enough that it has the "new" smell. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area around it is growing and offered several eating establishments. I would stay at this hotel again.

The check out time on my reservation was 11pm not 11am. This is why I chose this hotel. The time conflict really crashed my plans for this business trip.

It's a new modern hotel with a lot of space, because I have a son that walks on a walker and the bathrooms are roomy enough which helps also.
