"We loved this place!"
I loved this place. the hospitality, good humor, location, helpfulness of the owners was remarkable. There is nothing to fault. Breakfast was made to order; rooms were lovely and Iain and Diane were friendly, fun, remarkable hosts.

The room was nice, very clean, with lovely little details - such as a couple of small bottles of water, a tissue box, a nice folder with information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The guest house is situated pretty centrally, only a few minutes' walk from the centre with all its Shakespearean houses and things to see. Not too far from the […] theatres either. Very comgortable family run guest house. Very friendly individualised service. Wonderful breakfast which kept us going all day. Brilliant position for the centre of Stratford Upon Avon. We visited the theatre to see The Taming Of the Shrew and ate in lovely restaraunts. We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend.

Iain and Diane run a marvellous "home-from-home" B&B. They are both very friendly and helpful, and their breakfast really sets you up for the day! Our room was on the first floor, towards the back of the building. With a really good bed, enough storage space for a week or so, and a bathroom designed for such short stays, we felt that we'd really "dropped […] lucky". Especially given the generous tea/coffee/bottled water/sweets left in the room! While they are close to the centre of Stratford, they are still just far enough away to be in a relatively quiet area. Parking is an example of close co-operation with their neighbours, and the general tone of the area is of a desirable place to live. "Ashgrove House (B&B) - Stratford-Upon-Avon"
The hosts were very warm and welcoming when I arrived in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The breakfast over both days was satisfying and delicious. The location is hard to beat and was a short walk from all the Shakespeare houses and a nice leisurely walk to Anne Hathaway's Cottage. Well recommended.

The hotel is lovely and clean and you were made to feel very welcome. My only grip is that we were not put in a room which was en-suite, No 4. Everything else was lovely. Would definatly go back.

Hotel owners Debbie & Ian were perfect hoteliers. Very very helpful with all my queries both before and during my stay. Beautiful room, exquisitely decorated, with a real eye for detail, and a comfy bed. Wonderful food - the perfect stay!

Lovely place to stay. Located close to all the Shakespeare must sees. Host was very friendly and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

I needed to be in London for a meeting and so decided to go the slow route via Strafford on Avon for the RSC, Wells for the Cathedral and finally London for the meeting.
