Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Villagen 150 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on iPod-telakat ja tallelokerot. 42-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat, ovat saatavissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä ja kaiutinpuhelin, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Vieraat voivat käyttää huoneissa ilmaista langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat, nimetyt vuoteet ja untuvahuopa. Olin nyt kolmatta kertaa samassa hotellissa. Paria seikkaa lukuun ottamatta olin erittäin tyytyväinen. Suurin harmi oli se, että bide-suihkua ei ollut, ja se suihkujärjestelmä, joka oli, toimi alkeellisesti. Säätö ei toiminut, vaan vettä tippui jokaisesta kolmesta kohdasta, vaikka miten olisi säätänyt. Veden tulo alkoi aina kylmällä vedellä, ja sitä siis tuli joka tuutista. No, kyllä tilanteen kanssa oppi pärjäämään. Toinen harmi oli se, että vaimoni yöpyku katosi liinavaatteiden mukana, ja takaisin sitä ei saatu.

"Four Points by Sheraton SoHo - we recommend"
Location is convenient and we really liked the area which was not too noisy and with nice restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. We can warmly recommend!
"Good location, friendly staff"
We stayed here for 6 nights. The room was not mindblowing, but still clean and cozy. The bed was nice, big and firm, the big TV has HD channels and the bathroom is small but compact. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative side was the slow housekeeping; on two occasions we came back from town after 4 pm and the bed was […] still unmade and towels unchanged. "Sheraton Four Points"
This hotel is located very conveniently to 2 different subway lines for easy access to anywhere in the City. Tse staff are phenomenal, always ready to help and make great restaurant recomendations. I would stay there again anytime I'm in NYC

"Such a surprise"
I was so pleasant surprised, didn't expect too much from my short stay in New York, but what a wonderful experience it was. The team of the Four Point Manhatten SoHo played a huge part in that. What a great team! I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the lobby. So nice, helpful and fun! I have to stay a lot in hotels, due to my job and they […] are always friendly, at the front desk. Wow... these guys broke every record. The hotel is clean and up to the standard you'd expect for a Sheraton Hotel. The location is GREAT if you like to walk and discover the area. "Great hotel to base yourself in"
Hotel served well as a base for exploring New York with easy access to transport links and walking distance to the West Village. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms are small but well kitted out and nice bathrooms . We were upgraded to a city view which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Place was clean and modern in a great area close to the C and the 1 train. The front desk staff, especially Nicholas, was very very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

"Great Location, Great Staff, Great City View"
We really enjoyed this hotel. It was a nice size room for NY. Nice finishes and look. Only complaint was paper thin walls and we could everything in the hall but again for NY, not bad. Would stay here again. Very much appreciated the free wifi, water, coffee, and tea in each room.
"Alot of broken things"
A week of broken things - first morning i had no hot or even warm water in the shower. i let the water run for 30 mins, on 'hot' and then on 'cold' to see if it would work. Had to get to a meeting, so took an extremely cold shower, complete with ice freeze headache from washing my hair. I called the desk who sent someone to fix it. they needed to replace […] something and it was fine after that. They gave me $20 toward breakfast- which i think buys 2 slices of toast from room service. THEN I realized the alarm clock was broken. i called at 10:30pm when i realized this and someone was sent up right away - with plyers and screw driver.! Once he saw it wasnt working, he kept playing with it for 15 mins until he finally left to get a new one. He was nice enough, but I was tired, had a early meeting, and just wanted him to replace the clock. I did get woken at the right time, but alas, the tea bag wasnt replaced. I went without til I got to the office. I dropped an earring at one point and it rolled a bit under the dresser. yeck... no telling when that area was vaccumed. We were welcomed right away. We were early, but they stored our bags and were helpful in assisting us with our plans. If you want a big room, don't go to Manhattan and don't stay here, but the room was more than comfortable and worked well for two night stay. Room safe and in room coffee available a long with free wi-fi. We found it quiet, but we were […] off the street, it is also not on a main street, just off. Subway right close by. Only gripe is that there were areas were the hotel could use sprucing, up, carpets, paint, but not a huge deal unless they don't attend to it soon. I would recommend easily and stay again. "Good stay."
Yes, I would go back to this hotel. Everything was great, except for one thing--I ate breakfast there, and I would not do it again--too expensive, and the coffee wasn't the greatest. If you walk outside the restaurant, take a left, then a right, there are plenty of places to go to down that street. Next time I would explore those.

I was given a king size bed instead of two double beds, which was frustrating at first. Hotels.com took care of the inconvenience with some reimbursement and I wasted a lot of time dealing with the issue, but mistakes happen. Luckily the hotel was able to put us in two double beds the next day and overall the hotel service was very friendly and accommodating. Newly renovated rooms/great bathroom. rooms are on the small side but typical for NY. Great spot to trqavel SoHo. Easily accessibly by subway #1 line!

NIce, clean hotel. Pretty quiet considering the ideal location- right around the corner from Houston and the subway stop. The only issue we had was that the shower door didnt close all the way so water leaked all over the bathroom floor (hence the floor drains I suppose.) We stayed at the Sheraton recently for a long weekend. We had heard many good reviews and looked forward to our stay. We were not disappointed. The customer service was exceptional. Nicholas, Alex, Emily and Patricia at the front desk never lost their smiles and were very helpful in suggesting restaurants, etc. (Try Magiani's near the hotel for great […] Italian). The room was neat and clean...a bit small for four of us but we were not in it much. We were able to get a floor on a higher floor and away from the elevator. It was still a bit noisy as the hotel is very narrow so the elevator is not far. And New York is the city that never sleeps so the elevator is going up and down a lot. It didn't bother the other members of my family but I am a lighter sleeper. Customer service more than made up for any noise problems. Great hotel and a reasonable price. What more could you want? The room we stayed in was probably the smallest hotel room we've had in NYC. The walls are paper thin so we heard conversations from our surrounding neighbors. Front desk people were helpful & friendly. We had breakfast at the restaurant & it wasn't good & extremely over-priced.

"Not terrible"
High traffic tourist hotel...kind of in SoHo but not really. Closer to the West Village. The shower stall leaked profusely and when we told the front desk they were nice but basically told us that they were aware of the issue and weren't going to be able to fix it...also, if we moved to another room we would likely have the same problem. "Nice for the Price"
Overall very satisfied with location and price and the service was great. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and clean. My main recommendation would be to request any of the rooms other than the two (on each floor) that are adjacent to the elevator shaft. Good value. Hot water is noisy when on and pressure is not too high, but comfortable and fine hotel
Room was comfortable and clean for our purposes. Stayed 2 nights was in perfect location for the activities we had planned. Prices was reasonable. Would stay there again.

Great staff. Great location. There was one issue. We used the hotels car service to go to JFK and the front desk person should have allowed more time for us to get to the airport. They gave us 45 minutes and we almost missed our flight. An hour and a half would have been best because NYC traffic can be slow and congested.
