I did read readers reviews before going, and I remember many were raving about it. Let me just say that I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and the room we stayed in. Modern/Contemporary design, clean, comfortable. GREAT value. I just wish the area were better, but I guess this is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was very convenient off of I 95. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was well kept, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

I liked the hotel and staff very much. This is the first hotel that I found in Jacksonville that has soft water!!

Convenient to freeway but backed away from the street (no noise). Beautiful hotel for a good price. Definitely staying here again.

This hotel is modern and chic and a great value for the price I paid on a last-minute deal on hotels.com. Breakfast is not included, but the food offered for $8 is excellent. I was able to check in only 10 minutes after placing the hotels.com reservation on my iPhone. The check-in went smoothly, and the staff was very accommodating to all my needs. I […] ordered room service 45 minutes before closing. The staff quickly delivered my food and beverages so that I could relax after a long day of driving. The rooms are clean though small. Our stay was the best hotel experience in memory. My wife and I remarked on how quite it was. We were never disturbed at all by outside noise. And, the price was just super. A great bargain. Thanks

The staffs service and helpfulness made my stay an excellent experience I would recommend this hotel to anyone without exception

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. When you first walk in, the smell was clean and fresh. The room was spotless and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin, so ask to be separate from other guests or on the 4th floor. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would defenitely stay there again!

Front desk helpful and welcoming, modern and clean rooms. Walls were really thin and could hear loud tv nex door. Other than that, great shower, comfy bed and flat screen!

What a great experience. It was clean, modern, and oh so comfortable. We had such a great experince we booked a second night on our trip back. The neighborhood was excellent and the location near excellent places for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Jacksonville, Fl.

Great Hotel! The only thing that slightly bothered me was the sliding bathroom door, but because of it's art deco-ish design I didn't really mind. I am definitely staying here again!

Arrived very late (9/21) and reservation was all in order and clerk got me checked in and to room very quickly. Room was very nice. Sliding door to bathroom is cool design feature. Only complaint would be that the public areas, particularly the hallways, were very warm. Need more AC in those areas.

The hotel itself looks nice but.. Little things bothered: shower door doesn't have inside handle; water leaks out on the floor when you are taking shower. You cannot plug the blowdryer in because the mirror is in the way, so have to go look for another plug. The quality of the throw pillows and the comforter is awful.

Very good hotel for the price and services.

It was not the best but still fairly nice. Very hot elevetors and hallways. Charging for breakfast makes them look cheap. Bed lines were alittle old looking with lots of piling. They would need to improve these things to make it a top notch hotel. On the plus side, they charged a fair price and have a very convenient location.

The hotel was a good place stay. Easy access to the interstate and surrounding resturants. We will be back!

The room is very clean and modern, the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. My only issue is that they charge for breakfast which, imho, makes them appear to be cheap, when everything else looks upscale. They are competing with holiday inn express, Hyatt and Hampton inn and all of them have the free breakfast. Do they really need the $5 for  […] oatmeal? Lisätietoja

Very nice hotel. Good customer service, very clean rooms and comfy beds. It was an overall good experience and worth my money!

The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful but that is just about it. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattreses I have ever slept on. And it would not hurt to add some sound proofing to the walls because you can hear every door slam and conversation of the hall in your room

We enjoyed all the hotel amenities at this Shearaton Four Points location. We had a quite restful stay. The hotel is close to I-95 and all points of interest can be located easily.

We attended the Jacksonvill 2011 Funk Fest and stayed at Four Points which was about 13 mins south of the event. Not much time was spent in the room but the service received and the comfort of the hotel was great.

Great hotel. Near lots of restaurants and near the highwaly. Very clean. Breakfast not included. Nice little bar area.

I have stayed here several times. Great value and the employees are very nice. Employees do make a difference! It's one of my favorite hotels in Jax. I usually look for good price and this is convenient. Thanks - Tim

I liked this hotel. The styling was great and the beds were very comfortable. I traveled with two children make sure everything is up to par before letting my kids sleep in a hotel. It was also a great value.

I liked this hotel. The room and hotel itself was nice and well maintained. The bed had those really nice to die for pillows like all the Four Points. The hotel seemed to be in a strange location however. Its a very nice hotel, but the street that it's on is not quite as nice. It made the hotel seem out of place to me. best thing - new. Rest was awful!. hair on the bathroom floor, useless bathroom door, no shelves in shower, shade didn't work, no fitted sheets, two cups and one coffee portion, in corridor with conference rooms. It was clearly designed for the discount market...there were less than 12 cars in the lot so there were plenty of vacancies.

The Sheraton Baymeadows was everything you'd expect from the Sheraton name. However, the floor we were on the other guests were very noisy and in and out of rooms all night long. We finally got to sleep after 2am.
