"Clean and comfortable"
The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the location was minutes from the USC campus. Breakfast was good and better than most hotels that offer complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Was there for an army grad and even though the hotel was great, was not convenient to get back and forth from the base. Took about 30/35 minutes in morning and afternoon traffic to get back and forth. As for the hotel, as I said it was great. Has breakfast every morning and dinner Mon- Thurs. "Staybridge Suites in Columbia, SC - WONDERFUL"
Most important things to me are a super clean room and a comfortable bed- and they delivered : ) I loved the pillows. Rooms were great, pool area nice and clean (although not big), staff friendly and helpful. Only improvement I would make, a larger breakfast area, we ran out of seats.

The Staybridge Suites is a one of a kind hotel. The staff is very friendly and the accomadations are worth the price. Suites are very comfortable and visually appealing. Pets are treated very well. The food and snacks area is a real bonus. There are no extra surcharges for getting a drink or some icecream late at night or anytime! The selection is great […] and you can simply add the costs to your room without having to worry about anything. We will be back and looking for a Staybridge Suite for all our hotel needs. "Staybridge - Great Value"
This hotel was clean, had a full kitchen w/pots, pans dishes, fridge, microwave stove. only negative was the shower head - water pressure or shower head did not provide a good full spray. Breakfast had 2 types of eggs, waffles, pancakes, grits, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and lots more.

The staff of very friendly and helpful. Location was great... short drive to anything you need! Suite was a great set up for travelling with children. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Complete kitchenette would be great for a long term stay!

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were fantastic with the kitchen area. The lobby was a terrific place to sit and relax. And it was close to the Riverwalk Park. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed a couple of nights at this Hotel in late March. Although there is not a great deal to see or do within walking distance, the accommodation itself is superb. Roomy, clean, well fitted out, free breakfats (and free evening meal on most nights). great leisure facilities, and very helpful staff. We could not fault it at all

Very happy with our stay at Staybridge. Very clean and modern. The rooms are really nice and well kept. The walls must be insulated really good too, because we did not here any noises from the other rooms or even the hallway. You get alot of ammenities for the price. It rained the whole weekend of our stay,but the indoor swimming pool made up for that! […] Our family had a blast. Breakfast was very good! The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 star instead of a 5 is because the pool water was a little cooler than what we thought it would be for it being an indoor pool, and it can be hard to get out of the hotel depending on what direction you need to go. You can only make a left. But I would go back there again if we needed to stay in this area. The staff was very nice, even the cleaing staff. It was a very relaxing stay. Nice job Staybridge! Beautiful, clean, up to date facility. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen... Staff very helpful. Only complaint is location and traffic in front of hotel... Not something they can fix but it is difficult to get into parking lot if coming from certain direction.

We, a family of 6, sought out a place that could accommodate all of us. We booked a suite here and it was well worth it. The suite was very clean and modern. It seemed as if it was brand new. There was a kitchen in the suite which was very beneficial to us because we were traveling with young children. Included in our stay was a large breakfast buffet. Everytime I visit Columbia, SC I stay at Staybridge Suites. It's an up to date, clean, and extremely comfortable hotel. It is conveniently located to the Vista which is the heart of Columbia nightlife, restaurants, and entertainment. I love Staybridge and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to the Columbia, SC area.

"Beautiful hotel"
Truly a home away from home...if not better. The suite was absolutely lovely. Like a mini condo! Very clean and comfortable. The staff let us check in early and out later because they weren't busy! From now on, I will search for the Staybridge Suites no matter where we go for vacation. Definitely worth the money.

This room and place was amazing! I will be looking for Staybridge hotels where ever I go from now on. Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen (not that we really used it much). Furniture in den was hard, but only criticism. Staff was very nice and breakfast was very good.

"Nice But Needs Improvements"
First of all, they could not find our reservation for at least 15 minutes in the system. Meanwhile, they were allowing other guests to go in front of us during check in, since apparently they were experiencing issues while retrieving our reservation. I even showed them our confirmation. When we entered the room... finally... the room was very nice […] and clean. However, in a matter of minutes we saw three roaches. Hum... "New Hotel"
The suite was spacious -- 2 queen beds in the bedroom -- 1 pull out bed sofa in the living area. It was more than we needed for an overnight stay but was a welcome sight for a family of 4 (2 teens who had enough of family togetherness)on a week's vacation. I would certainly stay here again if the price remained so reasonable.
