Wingate by Wyndham- Richmond/ Glen Allenn 102 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. "its a pretty nice place to stay"
The hotel seemed pretty well kept. Didn't really have much interaction with staff. Room was very clean and comfortable, and pretty big too. The breakfast provided wasn't half bad. Very comprehensive. My only issue: no towel racks. There was not one towel rack for a hand towel or bath towel anywhere in the bathroom. Super weird. "Nice"
It was a nice hotel but I thought overpriced. The door locked was not working and they added something else to the door. The refrigerator made a noise all night.
Thought this hotel was very accommodating and a great experience for the value paid.

I stay in Richmond frequently. The two locations I go back and forth on depending on the current available price is Wyndham Wingate and Hyatt Place. Great rooms, comfortable, clean, good included breakfast and convenient location.

Solid hotel. The king suite was spacious and quite. Couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Not much of a view but I can't find anything to complain about

Good Hotel, good location. HOWEVER : POOR BREAKFAST, BELOW PAR. BACON NOT COOKED WELL, SOGGY EGGS, LUKE WORM COFFEE, STALE BREAD NEED TO BE ADRESSED. !
the hotel was very clean the room was comfortable. we had an enjoyable weekend in short pump area. the complimentary breakfast bar has lots of room for improvement.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Wingate. After checking out I realized my cell phone charger was still in the room. When I called, the gentleman at the desk stayed on the phone with me while he had another employee locate the charger. Very nice of him. I would definately recommend the Wingate.

Great pillows, but bed a little to firm for my tastes.
Both rooms I reserved for my party were large, clean, and comfortable. One room had a nice view of a pond behind the hotel while the other room over looked the parking lot and other commercial property. All in all nice accomdations and a plesant stay.

This hotel was great!!!!!!!!!!! Very clean, customer service was great and the room was spectaculor. I enjoyed my stay very much and intend on using them again for many future trips to Richmond!!!!!!!!!!

the hotel staff is so pleasant and kind no matter what we needed they tried to accommodate us beautiful rooms and so clean only small complaint is no fan in bathroom so when you take a shower kinda get a sauna as well but just a wonderful experience thanks we will be back
"Excellent place"
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. It is always very, very clean, folks are well organized and food is good. I cannot say enough about this hotel. We will definitely stay here each and every time we go back to the Richmond/Glen Allen area. You will be pleased with this hotel.

"Wingate at Short Pump"
This an excellent choice of accomodations if in western Richmond or suburbs. A new facility with all one needs while visiting SE Virginia.
"Not enough tv channels to many sports and news."
The locations was nice and every thing was very good . i would rather see more televison channels then so much sports and i didnt mind the news ,have more channels .with direct tv i know u can put more channels on the televison in the rooms.that is the only thing i had a problem with.but would come again.
The front desk staff need better training. On checking in it took 2 trips front desk to get the key to open the room door. The 2nd night at 1:30 AM, someone open the room door, but was stoped by the chain on the door. When bring this up to the staff on duty I was told that I was not listed in this room. They had me in another room.

Needed to get away with the loved ones... Enjoyed the hotel an the rooms an beds were very comfortable... Found a dead roach on the a/c unit... Don't no where it came from.. Breakfast was great every morning for 3 days.. It was a lot of construction goin on but other than that, a great location an great hotel... Enjoyed the pool an spa.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. It's located out in the western suburbs in a new region and we were astonished at the miles and miles of new shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Only downsides: the A/C temp was either blasting out frosty air or immediately turning into an oven--no in-between. The bathroom door stuck and made a deafening […] noise every time it was opened or closed. The desk clerk who checked us in during late afternoon seemed overworked and overwhelmed; we asked several times for linens and never got them. Nice newer hotel. Clean, quiet rooms. Hot tub was wonderful. Great hot breakfast. Located next to Short Pump Shopping Mall and lots of good restaurants. Would stay again when in the area!
"Nice stay except for parking lot re-paving"
We checked in and the entire main parking lot was blocked off for re-paving. The only parking was on the side of the building, with no lighting. I had to park across the street at the bank because all of the spots were taken when I got in that night. The hotel itself was very nice and very clean, also well priced. I would stay again.

Great stay. Very clean and well maintained. Under ground parking a plus during the hot summer days with elevator access near car. Pool was nice and warm. "Very clean and family friendly w/great breakfast!"
My family and I have stayed in this hotel the past three years. The rooms are ver nice and always clean, the staff is helpful and very friendly, and we love the added perk of breakfast (saves our family money - waffles, eggs, cereal, Danishes and more). Hotel is also close to awesome shopping on Broad Street). Highly recommend.
"DO NOT STAY!!!!!"
The employees are unprofessional, rude, and have no idea about customer relationship. I got there at 2 am and the receptionist was rude, bad shape ( no shaving, dirty, and with messy clothes.) I will never stay tehere anymore!!!
The hotel was excellent! The room was was so spacious and the bed was comfortable, i had a wonderful rest. It not far from the mall and many different resturant. Only complaint it was hard to locate the hotel due to no sign showing where the hotel is located.

This hotel is at the edge of Short Pump but that isn't a bad thing. Less traffic and noise but all the convenience. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Always a great place to stay! Great staff that will go out of their way to make your visit what you want it to be! Found this hotel during my daughter's four years at University of Richmond and they made it my home away from home. Newer hotel in a quiet area at the edge of every eatery & store and easy access to the 64 highway. Will miss our visits […] and defiitely return if life brings us back to Richmond. Lisätietoja

"Weekend"
Hotel is new, clean and quiet. There surrounding area is growing with plenty of shopping, stores and restaurants. Breakfast has hot and cold items. Stayed for a NASCAR weekend, only 10 minute drive to the track. One word of caution, don't use the N. Gayton RD address in your GPS, will need the W. Broad st. address!
