InterContinental Dubai Festival City - Dubai

A good friend and I recently took a trip to Dubai. Our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel far exceeded our expectations. Every employee with interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional! We planned many activities and tours through the hotel and the service was exceptional. I can't wait to come back! Thank you!

I like it but it is costly

The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are well designed and beautifully equipped, the staff are all very friendly and courteous. The range of restaurants looks good, and the hotel as well equipped spa, gym and pool area. The hotel is connected to the Dubai Festival City mall and we had a nice time there. The breakfast wasn't that good compare to the price , i could have breakfast at the mall and i will save 200 AED.

This was my first time in the Hotel. I have been coming to Dubai for last more than 12 years on different occasions. I can say - this was the best hote - so far - I have stayed. Hotel is located right next to a large shopping center, called Dubai Festival City shopping mall. It is close to the airport and not far from places like the Burj Khalifa. Thus, location is good. Hotel staff put us in a smoking room, f After waiting for an hour for the availability of a non smoking room. We were disappointed with the level of service. This is not the level of service we got used to in intercontinental hotels.

Nice hotel close to shopping and night time entertainment. Some noise at night from out door band. Few mix ups with reception staff over lack of extra bed and price of upgrade. Our bill was eventually amended to allow for this.

This hotel was recommended by a friend of mine and i really like it..it is going to be one of my best choices in the future.

With our friends and my wife we have chosen this hotel for new year's eve because of the 5.0 expedia rating out of 30 opinions, otherwise Intercontinental is not our favourite. At check-in, we had to wait for our room so the chief concierge invited us to a dinner (smart move), we had no reason to complain. Don't miss Bistro Madeleine, this is definately the best part of the hotel. Sehr gutes 5 Sterne Hotel in Flughafennähe (ca. 5km), Fahrt mit dem Taxi ca. 30 Dirham, guter Ausgangpunkt für Ausflüge mit Mietwagen. Kostenloses Valet Parking (Ausnahme Trinkgeld). Die Mall Dubai Festival City ist im vergleich zu den anderen Malls (Dubai Mall und Mall of Emirates) deutlich kleiner und wird tagsüber von sehr wenigen Menschen besucht. Very nice hotel, very good service and room amenities. Staff extremely friendly, very nice pool on.the top of the building.
