Great place for much needed R&R. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, lots of space and a lovely balcony in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Great hotel with great amenities. Close to great mall and great places to eat. Hotel staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

Well maintained, clean getaway with a great location near eateries and Cool Springs Mall. Well come back when the weather permits to really enjoy the balconies:)

The Courtyard Franklin Cool Springs was extremely nice--beautiful decor, very clean and new. It is close to all the Cool Springs shopping. Downtown Franklin and Nashville are both a short drive away. The toilet ran intermittently, but it wasn't really an issue. I would definitely stay there again.

Another great stay at a Courtyard. This facility is relatively new (less than 3 years), and it's evident. Everything was in good shape, from lobby to room. Nothing to complain about. Liked the lobby, option of dining at the hotel, good staff, good location

This is a new hotel with a modern lobby and bistro type restaurant that serves breakfast and limited lunch and dinner items. Hotel is clean, new and modern and is in a good location to businesses, shopping and restaurants. The room we had contained 2 queen beds and was really a large room. My only complaint was the water temperature on the shower was […] difficult adjusting to a moderate temperature. The lever turned from cold to scalding hot and was hard to adjust to a warm temp. Otherwise the hotel went above our expectations. Had free wi-fi in lobby and restaurant areas. Also included an indoor pool, balconies and a business center in the lobby. We were WoWed by the decor of the hotel. The main floor had lots of great options such as a convenience store, Bistro (although I have to eat gluten free foods and there were not a lot of options because everything they served revolved around bread or pasta). There were great places to sit and enjoy conversation either casually or formally. Our room […] itself was great with lighting. Best hotel lighting ever! The bathroom was spacious... nothing felt like you were crammed into any area especially when sharing with your spouse. My husband loved the sofa area. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel was noisy. I was woken up a couple of times from the noisy halls. Other than that, it was a great stay, super clean and nice. I will definitely stay there again.

We chose the Courtyard Marriott for a weekend stay in April when we decided to visit friends in the area. The hotel is very nice and convenient to Highway 65. IT is just a short drive from the Galleria mall and several great restaurants. We chose a double which had plenty of room for our family of 4. There were younger boys and girls running around the lounge area and around the pool...running up and down the halls being voicetress, which for this caliber of a hotel thought it was very inappropriate. Someonw about 11-12 p.m. had there music louder than it should keeping us awake. Morning hours customers allowing their doors to slam and maid came […] to our room about 9 a.m. with a couple of knocks....no announcement and tried to enter our room...luckily we had the door latch connected or she would have been in our room with us sleeping. We have recently stayed at the Marriott just right up the road and it was very similar. The Courtyard we stayed at with this instance was very nice and new, but the only complaint we had was the comfort of our bed. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very convenient to the interstate, shopping, etc. Very comfortable room. I was so impressed with the comfort of the mattresses and pillows, I inquired and found that I could go to shopmarriott.com and purchase pillows, the Marriott bed, etc. The only suggestion would be to have a mirror above the bar area or above […] the dresser. The only mirrors were in the bathroom and was difficult for three women to get make-up on and hair fixed while the bathroom was being occupied. Other than that, our stay was exceptional and the customer service was second to none. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others and hope we will get the chance to stay there again. Very nice hotel, good service. Had just a short stay. But next time will stay away from room near elevator - lot of noise from people in the hallway.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Location was a little far from downtown Nashville but that was my fault for not researching it better. The area surrounding the hotel is a great area of town with lots of places to eat and shop.

A little hidden but very close to the highway. Great lobby restaurant/lounge. Fun friendly atmosphere. Needs more light in vanity sink. Water was heavilly chlorinated.

The hotel was great very up to date. Exceeded iur expectations. Did offer a free breakfast but ohterwise is a good value.

I don't understand the negative comments for this hotel! It was the most beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable place I have ever stayed! It, by far, exceeded my expectations! My family stayed on the first floor, which was conviently located by the swimming area and gym and I never had an issue with noise problems (and I have two small children who never […] even moved during the entire night)!
