Aloft Nashville-Cool Springs - Franklin

I enjoyed my stay and thought the service was great. One complaint: The patio, which was very nice, was monopolized by smokers who couldn't smoke inside the hotel. Guests who do not smoke and don't like to be around smoke, couldn't use the the patio area. I would still recommend this property to anyone staying in the Cool Springs area.

We really liked the retro look

The hotel Aloft in Cool Springs-Franklin, TN was clean and the staff was curtious. It was very close to the Cool Springs Mall and nearby restaurants. My only complaint was the noise from the nearby highway. I heard it ALL night long. Other than that...I would recommned this hotel to others.

I was very pleased with the hotel considering the price. Naturally, it was not as large as one that would have cost more. A little more privacy in the bathroom would have been nice. It had a sliding door instead of a closing one, so it was not completely closed. Again, for the price and location, I would stay there again.

We had a great stay despite booking problems. We booked a two queen room and were given a King room with no sofa bed. We made due and really liked the hotel. The only other issue we had is that it listed a different online company as the booking company instead of this site. That did not bother me as the rate was the same. This hotel is very trendy and comfortable. The amenities of this hotel are more than what would be expected from a mid-range hotel. From the bar to nearby restaurants to the outdoor seating areas around the fireplace, this hotel will be more than you expect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant is a short walk away. Room clean, comfortable. Area is nice.

We love to stay there when we are in town for titans games

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE -- LOVED THE ROOM, LOVED THE SHOWER, LOVE THE BATHROOM. GREAT STYLE AND DESIGN, I WILL LOOK FOR THESE HOTELS IN EVERY CITY WE TRAVEL TO.

My 87 year old mother and I stayed December 4th and had a very enjoyable stay. Mom commented on the comfort and warmth of the bed and that made her stay perfect. She is from Paris, Tennessee, and I am from Tunica, Mississippi. We go to Franklin/Brentwood every December to shop and we look forward to staying with you again next year. My visit to Nashville began at another hotel which I was not satisfied with. When I found this place I was overly excited. Everything about it was absolutely perfect. I loved how modern it was and how clean everything looked. This hotel was a great way to end my trip on a good note. It was definitely a lot of bang for my buck!

The decor is very modern and the location is very close to Cool Springs Galleria and only a few minutes from downtown Franklin.

Very nice hotel. First off, the interior design was very cool. Very different from most hotels. It was "modern" as they call it. And you're pretty much right in the center of everything you could do in Cool Springs. Movies in the room on a HD flat screen nice and high so your not looking right over your toes. A nice clean modern up to date facility for short term stay. The rooms are nice but very small much like its name "Aloft". Bathroom was nice with a tile shower. Room had a small frig, coffe maker but no microwave. Microwave would have been nice for popcorn when we rented our movie. Free breakfast was not an option. I do think the room was a tad overpriced, […] had breakfast been included I think the rate would have been fair. We stayed in Franklin to visit family so we just needed a hotel for one night. We had a good experience. Loved the bathroom in the room. It was very updated. Nice lobby and bar. There were games in the tables so we had fun playing Jenga when we got to the hotel that night. Great location. It was easy to get to and from the hotel. Simply put, the best in the area for the money. Why pay for a Holiday Inn Express or similar, which costs the same? The photos of the loft style rooms don't do it justice. The 42' HD TV mounted on the wall and facing a very comfortable bed was what did it for me, along with the all tile walk in shower and all Kohler fixtures in the bathroom. This was a convenient location on and off the interstate and was close to restaurants and shops. Very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Along with this being a great place to stay, my wife I really appreciated the hotel being pet friendly. We definitely would recommend it to our friends.

This hotel was great for me and my wife for our anniversary! It's great for the younger croud. The little lounge areas were a big plus! Location, price, and all around "hipness" of the hotel is a big seller.

Aloft was recommended by friends and we would feel very confident recommending it to others after our weekend stay. I'm not really sure that I can think of a negative other than not being extremely close to downtown Nashville, but it was only about a 20 min drive. We explored Franklin which was about a 10 min drive and the wife spent lots of time at […] the galleria which was right next to us, we had meals at a great little restaurant/pub (Jonathan's) which was nothing more than a 2 min walk from the hotel. As for the room itself it had a very crisp and modern feel to it, everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable despite what others have claimed. My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and we were extremely satisfied with the staff and conditions of our room. The hotel was well maintained and the customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience something a little different but fantastic.

If you want a hotel with a hip, young vibe, this is your place. It's clean, the front desk folks are friendly. However, the bed is REALLY uncomfortable. After the first night, I started waking up with back aches. Also, when I stay in a place for more than one night, I like to unpack and there's not really room to do that here. My room did have a really […] nice view of the hills, however there was a bit of highway noise. There's also a really great restaurant with in walking distance. The fitness center has really nice treadmills. However they should really put a sign up about children in the fitness center as I went in one afternoon and it was like a playground. In fact, there were so many kids screwing around that I left and came back later. ] If it was only a one night stay, I'd consider staying here again. My husband and I stayed here during a cross country trip. The hotel is a little out of the way, depending on which direction you are coming from, but it has a fantastic atmosphere and the room was fun and very comfortable!

My stay here was brief so I didn't partake in the breakfast they offered; which you have to pay for. As other reviewers have stated, the theme of the hotel is modern contemporary and it lives up to it's billing. I would stay there again the next time I'm in town.

This hotel was very clean and very unique. The staff was friendly and we would definitely recommend it to others.

room starting to show its age. carpet, shade, ceiling problems- but over all clean, quiet, comfortable- good price makes it worth it.

The only thing that took away from my experience was the heater. It was loud when it ran and kept waking me up in the middle of the night. So I didn't get a good nights sleep either night.

Loved the home feeling we got the minute we walked in...loved the entire stay!!!

Concept of the hotel is wonderful! Couldn't have asked for a better night's stay. Would recommend to anyone traveling in the Cool Springs/Nashville area! Will definitely stay again.
