Hotellissa Apartments on Bay on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, kuntokeskus ja uima-allas sisällä. Langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 3,5-tähden majoitusliikkeen (huoneisto) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukikeskus. Tämä huoneisto on kylpylä-hotelli, jossa on ravintola ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: hääpalvelut, tilaisuuksien tarjoilut ja limusiinipalvelu. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät ja puhelin, useita linjoja, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia).

Hotelli sijaitsee aivan North York Centerin kauppakeskuksen ja metroaseman vieressä. Mukava huone, hyvä aamiaispöytä, kodikas kuntosali saunoineen ja pikkuisine uima-altaineen plussaa. Vastapäätä rakennettavan pilvenpiirtäjän työmaa saattaa häiritä herkimpien aamu-unia.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

"The Apartments on Bay - strangely noisy"
We were in on the 18th floor, but it sounded like we were on the 2nd floor. Some of that was the sound reflection off the surrounding buildings, but some was also the amazingly old, single-paned windows our room was outfitted with. Housekeeping was spotty - sometimes wonderful, going above and beyond, and sometimes forgetting to give us more coffee, […] toiletries or other items. Sheets had a hole in them one night. Bed was hard as a rock and shower is not recommended for anyone with the slightest mobility problem. I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and found it very difficult to get myself clean in the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 foot shower stall. Otherwise, an amazing location, a spacious room, convenient facilities, very clean. "The Apartments - Not so much"
My stay was for 7 days. No one told me they only make up the room every third day. There was no soap in bathroom, only a shampoo dispenser on the wall of the shower. The towels smelled of bleach. On my checkout day i check two bags into their luggage holding area. I only received one ticket. The guy brought out only one of bags upon my return and proceeded […] to tell me I needed a second ticket for my computer bag. The guy tells me he can't find my bag and yet he wouldn't take me to the room to identify it. Finally a manager took me back but not before they photocopied my passport and filled out a report. My computer bag contained my wallet with photo ID and I had mail with my name and address on it. All this took one hour and I missed my flight costing me to make a flight change. Lisätietoja
"Toronto's Best kept secret"
We use this hotel regularly, and it is both central and very convenient. The service is absolutely top notch. They did over book but moved us once, however, it really was not a problem. The wireless was down and they did credit us for it. The parking is a little steep at $ 25 for self parking. It is as I said Toronto's best kept secret.
"Apartment rooms"
My room was large but unclean and tired. The only thing recently upgraded is the TV system. Bed was hard. Location ok and staff friendly.
"Not what I expected for the money."
Stayed in one of the aparments. In my opinion they gouge for parking and internet. Balcony door kept opening with the wind, it also had a large draft. Kitchen had old appliances. Refrigerator door did not close properly. Anyways I expected more from this place.
"GREAT HOTEL BUT NEEDS ROOM RENOVATION"
Our stay for 2 weeks at the Sutton Place was overall quite good, except for the condition of the bathroom and air conditioning equipment which seemed antiquated. The staff were friendly and professional and if I had to stay for a prolonged period in Toronto, the residence with 2 bedrooms was ideal and good value. "Disappointed but only because of Expectations"
My expectations were VERY high since the apartments were at the Sutton Place. Sutton Place is a beautiful hotel, however for the Apartments section we felt like horrible step children in the hotel. No hotel like services, the hallway corridors were run down on that floor, the rooms were decorated circa 1989, Old TVs, tiny cramped bathroom with a crazy […] shower head, stained ugly carpets and bedroom sized closets. Friends of ours were downstairs in an executive suite and their room was beautiful!!! On the positive: Realistically for the price, it was a great size and enough amenities. They are on high floors so nice views and nice size balcony. If you are expecting a Sutton Place apartment, you will be disappointed. If you are expecting a decent un-renovated apartment with the comforts you had in your college apartment, you'll be ok. Lisätietoja

"Apartments at Bay - rolig, men sentralt"
God beliggenhet, naer sentum og t-bane og buss rett ved hotellet. Rolig. Leilighetene er romslige, har fullt utstyrt kjoekken og fin utsikt.
