Friendly front desk staff in evening, easy check-in, clean room, comfortable beds, large room, quiet hotel near shopping areas and easy drive into Mayo Clinic. Breakfast staff was helpful too. Plan on staying there again.

"Better than the Basics"
Easy hotel to find, with easy access. Staff were pleasant. Nice, clean Hotel located near restaurants, movies. Close enough for easy access to downtown area. Aothough no restaurant on site, breakfast was served early enough (5:30) to serve my needs and they were good. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice, very,modern,,fancy,quiet, nice front desk gave us late checkout . Visiting mayo clinic. Only wish we would have discovered it sooner.

We were wandering why their wasn't an ice machine on each floor? The shower curtain didn't stay inside the bathtub, it was to short. We finally figured out that you had to turn the shower knob around more than once to get hot water.

"Excellent selection"
My young grandson and adult daughter and I stayed at the Comfort Suites and were very pleased. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was large. When we asked for late checkout, it was granted easily.
"Great Place"
We were very happy with our stay and felt that it was worth being out away from the clinic. We found the room much larger and cleaner.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful! I was pleasantly surprised having stayed at Comfort Suites Hotels in other cities. This Hotels star rating should be upgraded to 3 or 4. Book it, You won't be disappointed!!!
"VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY"
We greatly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a Just For Kix dance competition. We arrived into town around noon and thought we would just ask if we would be able to check in early. They had a room ready for us and didn't even charge anything! The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were softer than any other hotel bed I have slept in. This is a VERY nice hotel to stay at. New, clean, lots of granite and upscale furnishings. Excellent!
Very nice hotel. Is located a few miles from downtown by a theater, mini mall, and fast food restaurants so was a great place for my family to stay.
"Beautiful Hotel"
This hotel is obviously quite new. Is is nicely furnished throughout and the breakfast is pretty good too. It is located a little off the beaten path, which suits me just fine. It was a beautiful, comfortable, clean hotel.

Very comfortable and roomy. Tasteful modern decor in the room and lobby area. The only complaint I have is that the vending machines don't get adequate ventilation and overheat the hallway.

"pool too small"
Everything was great except the size of the pool. We were expecting a full size pool.
