The hotel is very clean. The coffee is wonderful ! It's close to restaurants and there's a movie theatres walking distance in case you would like to catch a movie. Will definitely return.

Nice Hotel in Nice Area. VERY POOR Customer Service! Had a late check-in scheduled, the Hotel could not find reservation and all the hotels in the area were booked. 30-45 delay checking in. Next day, the hotel maid claims we put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door and the room did not get clean, nor did we get fresh towels. I personally had to get the […] towels and get the keys recoded due to other issues with the reservations. I normally do not write bad reviews, but In this case I feel it was warranted. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Albany Ga. It's around everything you need, and also around great food places. If I could rate a 10 I would, so anyone looking to stay in Albany Ga please go with Country Inn and Suites. Also the whole staff is awesome and friendly.

The hotel was very nice, the staff helpful and the room clean. I didn't use the pool, but the gym had good equipment and was well maintained. Breakfast was good although the choice on Saturday morning was not as good as that on Friday.

The stay was nice-- the breakfast was bland-- the toaster and waffle iron both were broken.. But the worst was the "Hidden Costs" of $24.99 that had to be paid up front -- this was mentioned nowhere on Hotels.com or any website for that matter-- I had prepaid the room in full or so I thought--when the hotel ran my card-- it threw my account off balance […] due to my bank putting a hold on the funds as a charge-- as well as upon arrival the clerk was obviously stressing over another matter with a guest problem who was checking in ahead of us.. my advice -- treat each guest separate and with the respect they deserve-- they are paying your salary--and it is not their fault if something is going wrong --she was also vocal on her displeasure with the situation and for that I gave this hotel a ranking of 2 overall--it made me and my family very uncomfortable to say the least--especially after driving all day to get to Albany. The hotel is nice, good service, but the room 334: the carpet in the entree in from of the bathroom area: there is a discasting big spots, I can not understand how the Hotel rents a room in that condition. I use the hotel every month (36 days/year), but I have to re assess the choice.

Overall, I was satisfied w/ this facility. My only complaint is that the workout / fitness equipment was lousy.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in - no lysol needed here. The staff was friendly & helpful. The sleeping area & bathroom were roomy & comfortable. In the morning, my spouse & I were able to use the bathroom counter space & get ready together - definitely a time saver!

I would definitely recommend this to others. The staff was nice and friendly. It was very cozy and clean. We will definitely stay there again!!!!

The front desk rep was not nice at all. She had a terrible attitude and refused to take the conf. number to look up the reservation. I will make a call to her supervisor. Otherwise, the hotel was great. It was nice and clean and in a great location.

We have the opportunity to go to Albany every Labor Day so we will stay here next year.

the hotel stay was great.

My kids and I had a wonderful excellent time at this Hotel it was extrememly clean well maintained and comforting it gave that feeling of being at home even being away from home and I am going to visit my kids 8-19-11 thru 8-21-11 and I am booking 2nights at this hotel again. Just excellent!!!!!!!

First experience with Country Inn and Suites. Found the price reasonable and condition of the hotel excellent. Did not utilize the breakfast area, however noted most guests were. I would recommend this hotel to any staying in the area.

Hotel was OK. Breakfast was bad. There was no juices available. Lady said the supplier was out of the juices and they needed to get a different machine. SO DO IT! Waffle machine was ok. No Hard boiled eggs. No bananas. Not your typical breakfast. Much better at Holiday Inn Express. None in Albany so I thought this was a good hotel to try. The hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms could have been a little bigger but other than that it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel was nice and situated in a clean, well-lit, and highly traveled part of town. The location of the hotel was very close to dining and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and the accomodations were comfortable.

I have stayed in this hotel twice now and it is a wonderful place to stay; however, it is important to note the sauna in the hotel never works. Each room have 2 - 42 inch flat screeen televisions a couch, chair, desk, and bed. I would recommend this hotel.

good location and near freeway to get to downtown. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. They came up when we arrived to make sure our room was ready. Only complaint was noise-folks above us walked loudly and the fridge in the room was loud. Overall, pretty good place to stay while in Albany.

My family loved the stay. The pool was great. The staff was excellent service. The rooms were great. Wonderful vacation.

What a nightmare! I booked a room for my daughter, son-in-law and 2 month old grandson for 3 nights. They were going to arrive late so I went to the hotel and gave the desk clerk my credit card for "incidentals." I was told everything was fine and they could pick up their keys at the desk when they arrived. At 1 a.m., I received a call from my son-in-law […] saying the hotel would not let them check in because my "credit card had not cleared." I told them that the room was already paid on hotel.com and my card had been swiped and approved for incidentals. I got out of bed and drove 10 miles to the hotel. The woman at the desk said that my credit card had not cleared. I showed her my card and she called someone and spoke to them for 10 minutes. She hung up and said, "Oh, it's all taken care of now." She then allowed my family - who had been sitting outside in the damp weather - to be buzzed into the lobby and go to their room. The next day I looked online at my credit card to see they had charged me $75. I called to ask what the charge was for but was told the manager would call me back. He never did. I finally got through two days later and was told, "Oh, that seems to be a mistake. We'll address it but it will probaby take a few days to show up on your card." Will they be paying the interest charged me, too? I doubt it. The rooms were clean but you could hear every little noise through the walls. The sauna was broken on the first day and the pool and jacuzzi were broken on the second and third days. The washing machine on the third floor worked but the dryer didn't. When my daughter asked the front desk for some extra towels, the woman said, "Aren't there any in the pool area?" My daughter said, "I don't know. I didn't think we were supposed to pick up extra towels to shower with from the pool." The woman turned and walked away. I had 2 problems with my room, the most important being it was apparently too far from the access point so I did not have internet service. The staff was completely indifferent, including the manager. I did not get another room even though it did not appear as though the hotel was full. The Hotel was clean and nicely decorated but the beds were VERY FIRM and my family checked out early because no one could get comfortable to sleep. It's unfortunate...This is an easy fix though- hoepfully they will address this issue.

Each employee we encountered asked us how our stay was going, including the manager as we were eating breakfast. Very friendly service. In room bathroom had broken tiles near bathtub caused by water leaks.

Worked out perfectly for taking State Boards, was only 1.5 miles away from the testing facility.

We stayed in one of their suites and the price seemed a little high for such a small town, but the folks working there were very nice. We were traveling with our 5 month old son and the maids went out of their way to be quiet and not use too many chemicals and such in our room. We also got some great help from the front desk. Wir benoetigten dieses Hotel nur fuer eine Uebernachtung, fuer die Durchreise. Man konnte ggue. etwas zum Essen bekommen, ein paar Meter weiter befand sich ein Kino-Komplex, sodass wir dort unseren Abend verbrachten. Wir haetten gerne die Sauna genutzt, hatten allerdings nicht viel Zeit. Sie war eigentlich bis 0 Uhr geoeffnet, um ca. 23.30 Uhr war […] sie allerdings lauwarm?! Es war sehr sehr sauber, wir hatten jede Menge Handtuecher im Bad, sah wunderbar aus. Wir waren begeistert und bedauerten, nur fuer eine Nacht bleiben zu koennen. Das Fruestueck war ok, kontinental.
